Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your place. They compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed. This hotel is a tower block of 18 floors, don't let that put you off, it was ultra clean, welcoming and had very nice friendly staff. Very central near the main shops and Queen Street Station. Best of all the room was comfortable and quiet.... Got it a great nights sleep.

The location is phenomenal. Centrally located by the bus station, train station, city center, mall, etc. Everything that you need is nearby, and you VERY clearly see the building to get back to at night. (The lights are purple and reflect onto everything around it.) 💃 The rooms are clean, the staff are super polite and friendly, and it's so nice to have both air conditioning and a bath tub. (I am American, but I live in the Netherlands, so I miss these things from back home.) They even have American pancakes and maple syrup in their unlimited self-serve breakfast. 😋👌💯

The hotel room itself was great. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the location was fantastic. I loved that you have to request housekeeping so I didn't have to remember to put a do not disturb sign out. Key cards are required to access room floors using the elevator and enter room corridors. I would absolutely stay at the hotel on future visits, but I wouldn't eat there again.

Frozen, heating not working in room, only a small oil filled radiator to heat the room, had to go out and get fleece pj's for my 80 year old mother to keep her warm, reception said heading hasn't worked "for months" in the whole hotel, the heating is not working in any of the rooms. I wouldn't have booked this hotel at this time of year if I knew there was no heating. Very disappointed 😞

I can honestly say I am on my first night still and the experience has been great. I am on the sixteenth floor and our room is amazing! It’s beautifully clean well equipped with plenty consumables for drinks, including a coffee machine and a kettle. Bathroom is stocked well too. We have an iron and an ironing board and spare soft pillows , just in case. The access is great once inside with 3 lifts that run smoothly. Floor two has a reception desk and bar/ reception. A big shout out to Ryan on reception whose knowledge is great and keeps the consumables table stocked for easy access if you run out in your room. As I am part of a group of ten I can honestly say he has been more than happy to help advise us. The bar staff are friendly, chatty and somehow remember our drinks all round happy to oblige. What a great team. So far premier Inn well done!!

Fabulous stay staff, room, can’t complain about anything .. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast . It is a help yourself so a traveler can have a good meal before beginning a trip. I have stayed at 5 Premier Inns now, and they are all wonderful.

Booked as said was disabled access. The mini life to get you up stairs at the only entrance never worked. Had to haul myself up stairs and get someone to lift the wheelchair chair up. It is a good job I am semi mobile. Please check that it is working before booking as apparently has not worked properly for over a year. Also if you want breakfast or evening meal book your table as restaurant is small.

The hotel is situated bang smack in the middle of Glasgow with the shops and bars a minutes walk. This hotel forms part of a complex which includes a cinema. The hotel is spread over 18 floors which offer some fantastic views of the city. On entering either the lifts or stairs will take you to floor to for reception. Also on this floor is the bar and restaurant. During my stay I bought the meal package which was good value. This included a two course meal and a drink and an all you can eat breakfast for £24.50. Some surcharges on the mains so watch out. The room was as standard but with a great view. Service for checking in was very busy but the staff did their upmost to be as efficient as possible.

A go to hotel for central location. Stayed in a recently refurbished room that now have walk in showers and the rooms are geared toward the modern traveller. Lots of electric plugs and USB's. Just wish they would bring back the comfy beds they were famous for. Had a noisy night with the heating but it is difficult to contact reception to complain. Will still return though

Very nice, tidy and cosy room, on the higher floors you can get a fantastic view of the city. Only minor criticism I’d have is the slightly confusing lifts, but they can easily be overlooked. Would recommend to anyone having a wee stay in Glasgow

Stayed for one night and everything was so good! The staff were so so nice and helpful, food was lovely and my room was like brand new! Perfect all round!

Have been to the premier inn Glasgow many times this time very disappointed with service staff were always somewhere else if you wanted a drink you had to wait for someone to appear.dinner had a few complaints about the fish and chips. Fish batter was very hard even the waitress had told the chef and he or she completely ignored the complaints. Breakfast .hot food was like some things were sitting there for hours sausages burnt the toast machine either left it hardly toasted if you put it in again it was burned to a crisp. No earl grey tea as on the menu.not a good experience at all this time.

Staff here are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The hotel and rooms are immaculately clean throughout. Breakfast was fantastic and is buffet style so you can get as much as you want. There are stairs as you go in off the street but they have a disabled lift if you need it, which I did. Situated just on the edge of the main shopping area it is perfect for a bit of exploring the city. Parking is available outside but is very limited and is expensive £1.50 for 15 minutes (free from 6 pm to 8 am) although if you have a blue badge you can park in any of the on-street parking spaces or yellow lines with NO time limit anywhere in Scotland, I checked this fact with a couple of very friendly traffic wardens. There is a multi-storey car park just around the corner that the hotel recommends, if you park there get your ticket validated at the hotel for cheap parking. Be aware though, vans such as transit etc don't fit in the carpark as the height limit is a bit low. We had a lovely few days while helping my son move to his new home and will be returning to the hotel very soon for another longer visit.

I have mixed feelings about our most recent stay. As always the rooms are great with really comfortable beds, large bath towels etc. The food is also very good. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we found the check in staff a bit rude and to be honest one member of the check in staff quite hostile. She immediately made herself unlikable. The bar staff were very polite and friendly as were the waiting staff. However, the manager on this occasion was also not very pleasant. We stayed on Friday, 9th June, 2023 and checked in around 6 pm. Both parties could do with reviewing their customer service attitude. Disappointing as I find this hotel very convenient for our purpose when staying in Glasgow.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included. All the food was good. The full breakfast includes cereal, sausages, eggs, beans, pastries, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, and all the other breakfast favorites. It is a help yourself so a traveler can have a good meal before beginning a trip. The only downside was the internet. The provider, not the hotel, had problems, so it went down frequently. I have stayed at 3 Premier Inns now, and they are all wonderful

We booked superior room and even though it looked small it was beyond cozy and comfortable. The bed, ahhh that was the BEST MATTRESS we ever slept on! It was warm enough and the view was interesting. Everything was clean and nice! 10 points! The best restaurant in Glasgow! 99% of the restaurants on the main street are fast food type of restaurants which wasn't what we were looking for but we got lucky with the hotel's restaurant - various of choices, good prices, excellent taste! The staff was extremely friendly and fast even though it was busy. The breakfast was lovely. 10 points for safety - the only place someone can go without room key is the reception.

Smooth easy check in, clean room and comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice and clean. Location couldn’t have been any better right in the centre of glasgow, Starbucks and pret a 1 minute walk, McDonald’s about 3 minutes, and 2 minute walk to Buchanan bus station. Wifi kept going on and off constantly had to keep reconnecting then it would disconnect it’s self. Used a lot of a data, so only downfall. Otherwise perfect hotel and great location and the view is amazing as the building is so tall.

Perfect location for night out in the city. Lifts were a bit unpredictable, but there was some renovation work going on. Quick and easy check-in. The bar was nice for a drink after the show. Rooms had a big, comfortable bed. Reasonable price. Will stay again.

Pleasantly surprised by this Premier Inn. The location couldn’t have been better - you have everything you need within walking distance. We stayed in a standard double room on the 9th floor and it was a great size with a comfy bed. The breakfast was great and buffet style. Whilst most hotels run out of food at peak times, the buffet was fully stocked each morning (weekends and weekdays). It has a very small business center with a handful of meeting rooms. The wifi wasn’t reliable so I hotspotted off my mobile which worked perfectly. They offer a parking discount at the Concert Square Car Park which is a block away from the hotel. Overall a great hotel and we couldn’t be happier with the rate.

Solo traveller. Everything is excellent but sorry had to knock a star off for restaurant. No steaks snd no gammon steaks. Had steak pie but had to get binoculars out to look for the meat although it was very tasty. Service from megan was excellent in the restaurant Reception first class from liam and chloe very helpful and friendly. Sat night arriving from s concert went to bar waited for 15 mind. Bar quiet but the poor boy was on his own serving a customer with a very large order. I gave up and went to room.

Ryan you rock. I have given service 5 stars because of you and the way you assist your residents. Unfortunately I found reception very unhelpful. Thank you for all your help. Breakfast has usual selection of hot food, and offered a continental menu also. Good value here. Dinners in the restaurant were really delicious. Good value also. Rooms clean but a problem was having one hand towel for 3 people. even after requesting 2 more twice. plenty tea, coffee and milk in room.

Great stay for the cost of a room. Straight out the door to the shops and handy to transport links. Was relatively quiet considering the location. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Not a luxury hotel but comfortable and clean . Will definitely stay again .

Really nice weekend stay. lovely room. staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The only negative was I struggled with my luggage as the lift to the lifts was broken. I didn't eat in so can't comment. Would visit again great location.

Room was spotless, location was excellent very central, service was very good from staff although the guy on the desk when we checked in could have smiled at bit and chatted to us, the staff in the restaurant were very attentive. If I return to Glasgow I won't go if there's a rangers or celtic match. Too many fans just felt a bit intimidating.

You can't go wrong with Premier Inn hotels. Comfy beds, clean rooms, nice shower and good breakfast. Also quiet throughout the night. This city centre hotel is ideal for a shopping trip, concert, theatre or just a weekend away.

Room nice. Clean and spacious with iron, kettle hair dryer etc. Ordered a burger to eat in the room which looked really uninviting under the plastic cling film but actually tasted great!

Probably one of the worst places. Called about the booking because of having strong symptoms of covid, had to self isolate so couldn't attend the booking. Tried cancelling it within the time I had left to cancel. Wouldn't let me. Then emailed explaining this and was told that I could change the date and that was it. I'm sorry but I booked it to see a show for my mum, and chose the booking I did incase either of us caught covid. Yous are one of the worst hotels, imagine being happy with taking money off people and not offering refunds when covid is involved. Would you have rather had me attend with covid? No didn't think so. I reccomend you avoid this hotel at all costs as they only care about money and not the safety of others. Absolutely disgustingShow

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had the best 2 night's sleep I've had in ages. Breakfast was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. Only downside was that the evening meal ordered for my mum was wasted as she couldn't eat the tough ham as she said it was like leather. A big plus was that all the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out

Room was spotless & you could smell the santiser spray felt very safe. Check in was from 3pm reception staff dealt very quickly with the queue. Had to book a breakfast time as hotel was full so best to do that before arriving otherwise you might have to go early. Staff were helpful & friendly.

Lovely place to stay. Very friendly staff and a nice quiet atmosphere. Nothing fancy - very functional with no bells and whistles, but definitely worth the £50 per night I paid for my stay. Halls, corridors and elevators were very clean and well maintained, as were the room I had, and the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept as well as their advertising suggests. A great stay away experience. My only criticism is not about this place itself - which was excellent - but of the Premier Inn chain itself. Since I was impressed about my stay, I began looking online for other places I could go visit and use Premier Inn as my accommodation. But there is a serious lack of consistency concerning their pricing, depending on time of year and the place in which you are staying. For popular places, they are charging up to £200 per night, which on my budget I think is extortionate. The quality of the buildings they own varies around the country, I get that. But I would imagine that the rooms available and the service received is probably about the same, so the dramatic differences in pricing around the UK is extremely disappointing and I probably won't be using Premier Inn as a go-to service in the future.

Maintaining usual good standard with rooms. Central location. Good breakfast. Only quibble in the 3 times we have stayed there they have never had Port in bar stock This time no Port Bailey's or Drambuie,?!

It's been a long time since I stayed at a premier inn pèrce. Having stayed at dozens of hotels over the last year. This one exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back. From the minute you walk into the huge building you just feel relaxed and welcome. Staff were fantastic. Rooms were spotless. My partner and I had the premium plus room and we could see the entire Glasgow city centre and beyond. Absolutely stunning. Thank you premier Inn for providing this level of service you, have set the bar very high for other hotels

Great stay here. Great location and staff. Had a great room. Premier plus room on the 16th floor. Glad the lifts worked. The room was really nice , spacious and obviously that high up there was no noise. Definitely stay here again when I'm in Glasgow.

Perfect stay! The hotel is walking distance from most places in the city. The beds are super comfortable. Special thanks to Linda & Ary for taking such good care of us every morning. They even had a vegetarian option for the bacon and sausage.

During my and my partner's journey to Glasgow, we stayed for one night from Tuesday to Wednesday in a premier plus room. The only saving grace was the cost. My partner suffers from sensory overload. At 11 a.m., a very loud wailing alarm went off, causing my partner to have a panic attack. It was a test alert, according to the staff, and there is a sign in the lift that states this will happen. In a lift, not everyone reads all the signs. We would have been able to prepare for this if staff had informed us about the test alarm when we checked in, or even if there had been a sign in the room. In addition, there was a large brown stain on the carpet floor, the toilet had not been cleaned properly before we arrived, and there were small blood stains on the bedding. I was quite dissatisfied with my stay; other premium inns have been far nicer.

Didn't stay here - just used it as a secure bag drop so we didn't have to lug our bags around all day. Really good service. They were put in a locked room and we were given a ticket to retrieve them. Only 4 stars because once through the main entrance to the hotel there's a flight of stairs and then a lift before you get to reception.

Lovely hotel right in the middle of all that Glasgow has to offer. Walking distance to the theatre, shopping, restaurants and pubs. Comfortable rooms, beds and pillows. Wonderful tub/shower. Excellent water pressure and a deep tub. Nice and friendly staff. Restaurant and pub on the premise for those lazy mornings and that night cap.

Great hotel in the middle of Glasgow and only a 2 min walk from Buchanan bus station. Rooms are a good size and clean. Beds are soft and lovely to sleep on. The view from the building is amazing as it is so tall. Last I was there the WiFi was not working as they where doing some work on it so that was a minus. When I have been there in the past it worked well so hope they get it fixed soon. Cheap and awesome hotel for anyone wishing to explore Glasgow and do some shopping 🛍 😊

I’m a big fan of Premier Inn hotels as I believe they offer great value for money and consistency. The staff are also superb. Friendly and helpful, no matter which Premier Inn we stay in. This was our first time staying in the Premier Plus Room and we were mostly happy with what we got. The room had a pleasing decor, a big shower and it was good to have complimentary water and more luxury shower products. Nespresso machine is also an excellent addition. The location of this hotel is also good - very central and close to the train station, as well as near the airport bus stop. The only disappointment was the view from the room. Even though you are on a higher floor the windows are tiny. Most of the view is really the wall. I would still highly recommend this hotel but please bear this in mind when booking.

Great location. Very clean rooms with all you need, tea coffee tv etc. Very reasonably priced. Would have liked checkin a little earlier, we arrived into Glasgow on a very early flight but we could drop off our bags early at no cost which was a great facility.

Great location but quite poorly run. Tried to contact hotel all day by telephone no one answered. Paid for a premier plus room hdmi did not work initially unfriendly estate person did fix it but acted like he was going me a great favour. Did not feel comfortable reporting broken fridge due to experience. Aggressive chef telling me that they ran out of black pudding a week ago and there would be no more when asked about ultimate breakfast. Overall very unfriendly staff who did not make me feel welcome at all. Which is sad as I stay in premier inn all the time across the U.K. This was my worse experience
