God food god servive nice and friendly staff. Sorry for my bad England

The food was lovely but the service was bad. Had to go and ask for our orders to be taken then again a half hour later to ask where the meal was. When it finally arrived it was delicious but we were too hurried then to really enjoy it.

Service was so bad it was like an episode of faulty towers. We had pre ordered as we had booked for a spa day, they just dumped any old starter with any of us for us to sort between us and they couldn't tell us what any of it was. Anything we asked for had to be asked for 2 or 3 times. 15 minute wait between first and last main courses arriving. Told me that my card payment had gone through but then sent my friend to get me from the ladies' after telling all of my friends my card had failed. Turned out to be a problem at their end, not mine. Got sorted. All the tables complained about ridiculously loud singer/guitarist, it was like being at a (bad) gig. The spa was lovely but definitely do not recommend the restaurant although food tasted good. Loads of staff, none have a clue.

The food was nice enough but the staff were not very well informed about the food and drink on offer so we're not very helpful when it came to answering questions.

Great spot to grab a hot drink on a cold day, I was very grateful I came across this place today.

Had afternoon tea today with 3 friends. Food was lovely both choice and amount. Our server Grace was so attentive and nothing was a bother too her, lovely girl. Setting spacious and very clean. We have been before for afternoon tea and would recommend to anyone for lovely time.
