I've stayed at this hotel now a few times and the staff have always been friendly, and helpful, with rooms that are clean and fresh. I've only had breakfast once, and this was good quality, and the coffee machines were decent.

We stayed 2 nights at the Apex. The rooms were big enough, so were the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful with a menu one could order from plus the continental buffet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to walk to the sights. It is just a couple blocks from Buchanan Street. We had a wonderful stay!

Great hotel right in heart of Glasgow. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was nice with huge bed. Would recommend.

Comfortable in the centre of Glasgow. Watch parking at the closest Q park, the hotel doesn’t give discount to this one. 5pm Sunday to 10:30am Monday £26. The discount is the one down the hill, call and they will tell you which one. Clean rooms, good breakfast.

Having had a bad start to my journey I arrived at the hotel to be told I did not have a booking. Lucky for me I had printed confirmation of my booking. I was feeling really stressed but the lovely young gentleman on reception managed the situation wonderfully. He was very calm, helpful and extremely professional. His handling of the situation turned a potentially horrible experience into an extremely pleasant overnight stay. I think his name was Gisan and I apologise if I have got it wrong. Special thanks to him. The other receptionist were lovely and friendly also. I would confidently recommend this hotel

Stayed for a night after returning from a family holiday in Spain before heading home to Belfast. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, couldn't do enough to help us, and the hotel was great. Clean, warm, great rooms, central to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again, and couldn't recommend it enough.

Absolutely FANTASTIC stay! We wished we could stay there again! The room and hotel were full of "thoughtful little extras" to make you feel very pampered and special. The location is perfect and the food was excellent. The young man (October 22 morning shift) at the front desk was so helpful, professional and kind that he made our stay even better than we expected! I would not hesitate to recommend it or stay again myself.

Had a great time and the staff were excellent. A special thank you to Damian and Isabel for all their kindness.

A very good hotel - nice decor, comfy room, friendly staff and excellent breakfast (buffet continental or cooked to order). One star off as the bar menu at the moment is very sparse - I really think a hotel this quality needs to offer more than just pizzas or small plates for evening food, even if there is quite a lot of options around. Appreciate its likely due to staffing issues, but if this is the case maybe explain its due to that?

The hotel is ideally placed in the centre of Glasgow with Sauchie Hall Street, George Square and the St Enoch Centre all within a short walking distance. Both train stations are also a short walk away. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and attentive and were keen to assist you when required, also recommending places to visit etc. The only downfall was I wish the restaurant served a larger choice of dishes, but there are numerous bars and restaurants near the hotel.

60+ single traveler. Overall a great hotel, however there are a couple things to be aware of. First, I chose a 2 story room, thought it would be nice, didn't think it through! The upper level (loft) is bed ONLY- NO BATHROOM. Bathroom is on main level, down dark stairs at night. My fault for not thinking about late night bathroom trips. 😖 The reception staff are really nice, efficient. Same with restaurant staff. The restaurant however is lacking- lacking in everything! Extremely limited menu- don't plan on eating anything beyond breakfast here. Not sure if they have a cook or just use any staff walking by to make anything. I did try eggs Benedict but it was easily the worst I have ever had...ever! Warm soggy English muffin. A slice of ultra cheap sliced square ham, poached egg with a dollop of yellow tasteless sauce. They use the same super cheap ham in everything- sandwiches, omelets and eggs Benedict. Eggs Benedict was 17£ I think. Maybe worth 1£. Tops. There's a Hilton just up the street. Likely a better choice for dining of any type. Would I go back? No.

Nice place. Small but great location. Just off main roads so not too noisy either. I come here for work and am never disappointed. And you get a rubber duck!

Certainly no VIP service as per their marketing, front desk didn’t care and said that all their rooms are like this. Rooms are tiny and I mean tiny, the bathroom’s are worse especially the width of the shower. One window in the very dark room looking at a wall and a pipe. I would definitely not go back.

Great location, staff was very attentive. Breakfast was okay, but you can find better cafés in the city center. Modern clean rooms. Rooms with 'a view' includes a view to the buildings in the other side of street.

Lacklustre atmosphere. Restaurant staff member Alanna was lovely. Very helpful, courteous and polite. She knew her whiskys and generally made an effort to make the dining experience even better.

Small room, good service, excellent place , 5 min walking from Buchanan street, no parking to the hotel. 3 stars hotel is their breakfast, bit the staff is super helpful and welcoming. But in general doesn't worth the price. Won't go back.

All you can ask for in a hotle and more. the place is really managed to aim for high customer satisfaction. Unlike other hotels, here you actually get what you asked for. Rooms are of good quality and design, clean, and well arranged. Staff are friendly and very helpful. location is perfect for city breaks/activities. We staid in a city view room and was a stay to remember

Great hotel in the heart of Glasgow. This hotel is ideally situated for Bars, Restaurants and all transport links to anywhere in the city or indeed further afield. The rooms are well decorated and the bathrooms are lovely. This hotel is extremely fresh and clean. The only slight issue is if you get a room at the front of the hotel you can hear the traffic noise from about 7am onwards. Well worth the money.

👍👍 An excellent experience at Miller and Carter tonight. The food came out quickly and was so incredibly delicious - the steak was cooked to perfection and the beef dripping sauce was to die for! All steaks come with house fries they can up upgraded to chunky chips or sweet potato fried but we honestly...
