I stayed here for four nights in early April. The hotel is in a great location in Glasgow and is within walking distance or a short taxi drive to everything worth seeing. Checking in went smoothly. I stayed on the sixth floor in a premier room and it was spotless and I never heard any loud noise the whole four nights. In the morning there is a lot to pick from on the breakfast menu. The staff were very friendly and were always about I anyone needed advice. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and it won't be long until I'm back.

Nice hotel in a great location, just a short walk along from George Square. Also fairly close to transport links with Queen Street and Buchanan St Bus Station within walking distance. Rooms were big and clean with the added welcome addition of air conditioning which was lovely! Staff were friendly and welcoming and check in was very quick. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in with regards to other guests being considerate to others, I wasn’t woken up by anyone banging doors or talking in the corridor, this was a first! But makes all the difference. Would stay here again and recommend.

WORST HOTEL EVER DO NOT STAY HERE! I showed up 8 minutes before their 3pm check in time and they rudely stated I can't check in yet like I'm crazy for even asking. That is unless I pay Β£10. This is despite the fact the rooms are all ready to go. Interesting tactic for paying customers. Then once I got my room I realized the air conditioning doesnt work and it's literally 30C in the room. They wouldn't let me switch rooms so I hardly slept at all. Save yourself and book at a decent hotel, this place is garbage.

There is more attention to detail needed on the cleaning, especially around the wall heater. Also, had issues with the bed. As the sheets didnt fit the bed . The bed sheets were obviously meant for a single bed. Otherwise, all good. Loved Glasgow and premier inn. Very rarely have any issues , so , 9.7 Thanks guys.

Great hotel for the price you pay. Room was spacious and clean. I could hear noises from corridor and other rooms but they didn't seem to be very disruptive. The breakfast was somewhat dissapointing. Mainly full English and a few pastries. Okay for a few days but would imagine it can get boring quite quickly and could be a bit of an issue when staying longer. Overall enjoyable stay for the price paid.

To state the obvious the location is superb and the main reason to stay here. The service, when we visited, was pretty good and the room was clean and in good condition. There is a restaurant for breakfast or a quick snack. They claim it's accessible but there are entrance stairs and a small stairs lift wasn't working a fact that is outrageous for a city hotel. Thus not friendly for wheelchair users. Lastly please note that the beds are too high and again not friendly with persons with slight disabilities or shorter than average.

Originally.booked charing Cross to realise it had no heating fought to get moved to George Square. Upon arrival the room was absolutely freezing. There were refurbishments going on in the hotel that was affecting the heating. Later that night a young man came with an extra heater. Overall during our 3 night stay I could not fault the colleagues who were absolutely amazing. The food was superb. We would go back again.

Staff were lovely, room clean and comfy. Meals were pub grub so hot and nothing fancy, portion size good and speedy service. Great for a short stay when only needing somewhere to sleep, with breakfast onsite.

We stayed for 4 nights. Very good location near George Square. We had a very nice refurbished room. Very clean with friendly staff. Disappointed with evening meal choices (more limited than we remember). One night we waited over an hour between ordering and getting our main course. On another night we chose one of the curries - a mistake as it was very watery.

Beds and pillows in Premier Inn always gets full marks from my wife and myself. Great staff all pleasant and very efficient. Ticket available from reception for a good discount at the private carpark opposite. Recommend not to visit if your are driving unless you have an electric vehicle. We didn't and unbeknown to us our zero tax low emission car in N.Ireland isn't low emission enough for SNP Glasgow. Β£60 fine for driving to the carpark and Β£120 fine for driving 3 minutes to the motorway slip road 2 days later. Fine doubles on every offence, luckily we parked up and walked everywhere. This made it a very costly 2 night stay. This should be made clear to tourists when booking hotels online.

We had lunch booked at a local restaurant and arrived early at the hotel. We wanted to leave our case, but were notified it would be Β£10 for early check-in. The staff at reception just repeated "Β£10 for early check-in". We ended up taking our case to lunch with us. Disappointing. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Coffee machine leaked.

Rooms felt alright, nothing special. The staff were amazing though, they were very friendly and accommodating as well as very happy to help. The breakfast was alright. The location is amazing with great walkability around the city centre but also with many options to get around to places further away.

Good stay. Clean room. Food wasn’t bad for hotel food. But definitely a lack of interest in the request for a β€œgluten free menu”. And when the food was delivered, it has bread croutons on it. The wait staff very swiftly had it changed with no adverse effects afterward

We stayed here in April 23' for 4 nights and booked a Premier Plus room and we were very happy with it. Extremely comfortable beds, brilliant amenities and the location was almost perfect for anything, anywhere, anytime in Glasgow. The staff were extremely helpful and always smiling and the breakfasts were pretty much perfect. You get anything you want in a breakfast and you are also asked if you have any allergies way before you are even seated. If I were to be a little picky, the pillows were very hard. Highly recommend staying here but definitely book a Plus room!

This place was actually really nice, nice rooms, nice hotel. The only issue was that the AC only went down to 19C which was not cool enough in the recent heat. Friendly staff, good location. (A few minutes walk to the airport shuttle stop.)

Right in the heart of Glasgow so easy to get around. Rooms are fantastic and the food was top notch. Staff were also fantastic, very friendly. Breakfast is buffet style so you can choose what you want. I stayed for 2 night's as the driver of a group, so i dont know what the price is for a nights stay. Would highly recommend though. There is plenty of options for food and drink if you don't want to stay in the hotel, plenty of bars, restaurants, take away places and shops to suit everyone.

My wife and I have just returned from a short stay here and found the hotel to be perfect. We left our bags early and asked if we could have a room on one of the higher floors. We were given room 1801, on the top floor. What great views. We travelled by train and took the bus from Queens Street station to the bus station, then walked to the hotel, but actually it's just as easy to walk directly to the hotel. Staff friendly too and the breakfast also fantastic. Location was ideal for us too .. all in all top marks from us.

Stayed here before. Room was adequate but could do with a freshen up. No-one on reception on arrival and self serve kiosks out of order. Service was good once a member of staff was found. Good breakfast.

Great service very attentive. Separate menu for allergies and caters for vegetarians. Easy to locate from Queens Train Station. Loved coffee pod machine in Premier Room

Was my first time staying here. I stayed for 6 nights. The staff were really friendly and nothing was a bother. They all made me feel welcome and at home. Quick and easy check in/out. The room was large, quiet, very clean, with a very comfy bed and had everything I needed. It was quite cold but I got an electric heater and that along with the heater on the wall made the room warm and cosy. The restaurant and bar did not disappoint me. Lots of choice on the breakfast and evening meal menu. I would recommend the lasange, brilliant, and reasonably priced. They also sell Costa coffee which is also a bonus. I was only a 5 minute walk from Queen Street Station and the shops. There is a sainsbury local basically next door and eating places across the road, very convenient. This is the only hotel I will book with from now on. Would highly recommend.

The staff could not have been friendlier, they really were an affable bunch and did Glasgow proud! The hotel location was superb and a 2 minute walk to the city centre. The rooms were clean, fresh and the bed wonderful and soft. The food was plentiful and the ribs and lemon drizzle cake up there with the best. Cheers!

Great location for the city centre. Upgraded to new Premier Plus rooms - very good. Enjoyed the use of the fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and Ultimate wifi. I understand not having the room cleaned / towels changed every day unless you ask BUT I think amenities in the room should be re-stocked automatically every day (tea bags, coffee, water) as they're included in the cost of the upgrade. Good customer service from staff.

Wonderful place, convenient for Queens St station & centre of town. Good restaurant, distancing rules carefully followed by staff (if not by thoughtless guests) Room was at the back overlooking an old church yard. Very quiet clean warm, spacious room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed & extra pillows on request. Very helpful staff. Will use again.

Had a very pleasant 2 night stay. Clean and comfortable. Lovely staff. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice - cooked breakfast was tasty and filling. First time at a Premier Inn and won't be our last as we were very impressed. Only a 5 min walk to shops/restaurants and a 10 min walk to Cathedral and Necropolis.

Exactly what you need from a Premier Inn (and nothing more) - comfy bed, nice shower and a decent breakfast for a very competitive price. Staff were friendly and efficient and the location is really convenient. Would stay again.

Great location. Staff were all friendly and more than happy to help, had a drink in the bar and the staff were really social and helpful to everyone there too. Clean room, big and very comfy bed. Certainly book here again, especially for any gigs at The Old Fruitmarket.

The newly decorated rooms are so nice! Shower is gorgeous, everything's immaculate. We've stayed in 4th and 6th floor, Plus and non plus Premier Inn and loved both. Central enough without being too close, only 5 mins walk to the mayhem

Lovely hotel! The staff member on reception could not have been more helpful. She was so pleasant and kind. Great location and due to renovation works, we’re upgraded to the top floor and it was fab. So quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Recently stayed here for 1 night as we were attending a concert at The Garage venue. Easy hotel to drive to with parking just across the road, they give you a parking discount voucher too which is a bonus. Perfect location, clean modern rooms, quick and easy check in/check out plus friendly helpful staff.Didn't use the hotel on this occasion for food or drink. Will definitely stay again.

Very good position for seeing Glasgow. It is very clean and tidy. The breakfast is well presented and of good quality. Friendly staff are happy to advise on places to visit. Room very clean and the building is quiet at night. We had a room overlooking green space/garden. We will be back.

Positives - Fantastic location close to the city centre and plenty of places to eat, shop and explore nearby. The staff are really friendly, helpful and pleasant. The I house restaurant is fantastic and really reasonably priced. The in-house bar is well stocked and again well priced. The rooms are clean, a good size and the beds are comfortable. It was remarkably quiet in the halls and around the hotel and no noise drifted into the rooms. Negatives - We were in a room on the back side of the hotel so the sun shined into the room during the day causing it to heat up. The small air conditioning unit was struggling to keep the room cool which meant the room was quite hot and also a bit damp feeling. The tv must have been newly installed as the TV features were still displayed on the TV and we could not get rid of them. Reception did give us the pass code for the TV but it was the wrong one and offered to have the engineer come up to fix it. Overall great location, food and staff just try and get a room on the opposite side if the hotel.

Excellent location in Glasgows city centre. The hotel is a bit rundown and needs some TLC. The rooms are a good size, clean and bed is comfortable. There is a kettle and a hairdryer in the room I found the room cold at night even with having the heating on. The ceiling in the room had a horrible yellow stain which looks like an old leak, this can be easily fixed with a lick of paint. The towels in the room had a horrible dirt/mould stain, so I called the reception and informed them. They advised that I can go down to reception to get them replaced. Thankfully I noticed before having a shower! Overall, good price for the location but would not be staying there again.

My only gripe is that the windows in the room don't open and the air con just doesn't keep the room cool enough. Other than that we had a lovely stay. Rooms are spotless, staff are always lovely, the restaurant has a great choice menu and the location is perfect. Will definitely be back.

Great spot for a base when visiting Glasgow. Got rooms for a decent price, very clean and bar was well run by some cheery chaps who knew their stuff and were putting a shift in. Stayed here on numerous occasions. Discounted parking is available for those that worry about such things with the car park right across the road. 5/10 minutes walk from the middle of Buchanan Street depending on your rate of speed.

We stayed for 1 night and were impressed with the facilities in our premier plus room. We appreciated the nespresso machine, which was well maintained. As a wheelchair user I needed some assistance using the lowered bath but could manage to use it. The bar and reception staff were friendly and attentive. Hopefully the council comes to maintain the disabled access lift as this would be convenient for both guests and staff. Thank you for your lovely service!

Good location, 10min walk to bus and train station. 5th floor room basic, clean with a comfortable bed. Cold as heating not working was only gripe. Breakfast adequate.

Clean room , comfy sleep, easy check in and out. Staff very pleasant & efficient. Hotel is only a few minutes walk from Queen Street train station, great location. Lovely fried breakfast next morning. Everything just as is should be, highly recommended.

Staying here is a perfect example of what you see, and expect, is exactly what you get. My wife and I stayed for two nights in late September 2021. Checking in and out was very easy and we had no problems with the room or general experience. The view from the window was actually pretty good (room 415). The hotel is showing its age a bit. There are no sockets either side of the bed (!) and the TV is from a bygone era. Minor things, but still. If you're driving to Glasgow then parking at the George Street NCP car park is a good option with the discount ticket the hotel give you. It cut down the bill from Β£52 to Β£28 for two days' parking. Overall, there are worse options, and it's pretty cheap for what you get!
