Central hotel, has iron, water heater, soluble coffee, milk and tea. It has an elevator to carry luggage. On the other hand, disgusting walls, dirty bathroom, a few dirty towels, noisy from the bar below, a bathtub that doesn't drain the water... in general it was pretty disgusting. The common corridors to the doors of the rooms had a bad smell. USB chargers on one side were not working. I would not go back to this hotel. I believe that being a cheap hotel and not a luxury one is perfectly compatible with carrying out proper hygiene in a business.

Very small room and small double bed. Parking slots are quite tricky to find and the guy at the reception was unfriendly and cut off conversation when it came to more questions than checking in. Absolutely impudent behaviour.

Very comfortable hotel. Room spacious and spotless. Convenient location to main shopping area, and about 15 minute walk from bus station.

Noisy. Tiny rooms. Dirty walls. No AC, too hot. Dump. But in the city centre I suppose. Personally I would have preferred a 3-mile walk out to a quieter, more spacious and civilised area.

Great location, lovely staff at reception but really hard to find due to small inconspicuous entrance... Room & en suite really compact, luckily i didn't have my other half with me....no WIFI password in room but on my out it was written down for me! Very impressed there was a decent fan provided as i always overheat! Thanks!!!

Wonderful hotel in Glasgow. Very large room and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very reasonable price. Would defiantly stay again. The room appeared to be newly decorated and was of a high quality.

Tiny dirty room with no air conditioning or circulation. Window opened onto a brick wall- room was somehow extremely warm during a cold rain storm. Bathroom dirty and outdated facilities like useless fan and hair dryer. The only saving grace about this hotel was the fact that it was in the centre of town so you could escape easily. Definitely not suitable for long stays nor family stays. Overpriced and run down. Never again.

Great location, staff super friendly and helpful. Room clean enough and fan provided (much needed). The attached bar is great. No complaints, for this price will definitely stay again!

I've been a regular guest at the Brunswick Hotel for the past year on my work travels, and each visit consistently exceeds my expectations. Having travelled to Glasgow weekly for 2 years, I have tried every possible form of accommodation, including hotels and AirBnB's, and the Brunswick is, in my opinion, the best place to stay if you want to find the optimal balance between comfort, affordability and centrality of location. The rooms, including the standard rooms, are generously spacious for the price, with roomy en suites and luxurious showers. The rooms are impeccably clean, the beds are comfy and included are several really useful amenities: a desk, hairdryer, iron, and tea/coffee making facilities. Further, the staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and have numerous times extended me real kindness; this atmosphere seems a consequence of the hotel being a family-owned business. The staff's attentiveness and the overall ambiance of the Brunswick Hotel make it an ideal choice for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere in Glasgow. I highly recommend it to both business travellers and tourists, and would have given it more stars if I could.

I know this is late, because we had stayed there in 2018 or 2019? I cant remember. Its very cheap and you get an excellent service! The room was spotless and the staff were brilliant. X

Room was simple, clean and quiet. Friendly and efficient staff. Can't comment on the other facilities because I didn't use them, but I got the good night's sleep I needed. One comment for other visitors - the Compact Double En-suite really is compact! Nothing wrong with that, they're honest about it and it's good value, but if you're a large build or staying more than a couple of nights you probably want to upgrade.

Was travelling on my own. The room was good enough for me. The only bad thing I can say is the shower is slightly small for one person and the window in my room couldn't shut.

Convenient location. Clean, spacious rooms that feel homely. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Shoutout to the very friendly night reception staff (didn't get his name but told me he's a postgrad student).

Nice rooms but bed and shower on the small side. Double bed is a small double and hardly any room to move in the shower Staff friendly and helpful. It was fit for purpose as only stayed one night.

We had no issues whatsoever with our stay at this hotel. We received a warm welcome , quick check in, immaculate room which was well aired, warm and well appointed. The reception staff were helpful and friendly and we will definitely use this hotel again. We had the King en-suite room and considered it perfect value for money right in the middle of town a short walk from train station and so convenient for surrounding restaurants, bars and shops.

On our first day, i found masks inside the bin. Then Found this ?for cigarette on the floor on the second day of our stay. Handed it over to the receptionist but just dismissed it.and did not apologised for it, But they replace your towels every day. No free drinking water. Has TV.

The hotel staff were quite rude and forward, not very welcoming. Main reason for the low stars is the false fire alarm at 4am. On the 4th floor, we made our way up and down the stairs twice without any word from staff as to what was happening. I understand to an extent that this was not the staff's fault, however they made no effort to apologise during checkout and blamed it on a guest. That really ruined the overall experience. Aside from that, the room was modern, clean and in a really good, safe location near restaurants/bars/cafés.

Was very clean and friendly/helpful staff! the room is very small which is why it’s only 4 star however it’s all my fiancé and I needed as we just came for the football game and needed a place to stay before our transport left in morning so wasn’t an issue. The place is VERY central it’s handy to get to

Was given a room with a loud air conditioning or extractor system outside the window. Got NO SLEEP at all. One staff member said no-one had complained about it before. Another said that they had complained to the pub below lots of times about it. Was told it would switch off when the pub closed. It didn't. Was told that the manager would get back to me. They haven't. Not responding to my emails asking for a refund. The very minimum a hotel should provide is a room to sleep in. They didn't.

Thank you very much to the management and staff of The Brunswick Hotel for our lovely stay with you recently. From the moment we arrived the staff on duty at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and obliging. Room 601 was warm, spacious, and immaculate. The location was ideal for our night away, just minutes away from the buzz of Merchant City. We'll be back and would have no hesitation in recommending your hotel.

Staff at reception very helpful. We had a disturbed sleep with fire alarm. No reason as to what happened. Rooms small and you can hear other guest moving around. If you like window open in your room. Depending on you room location you will have pigeon and seagulls noise. Bathroom clean, carpet in room and stairway not getting a clean vibe. So definitely not value for money.

👍👍 An excellent experience at Miller and Carter tonight. The food came out quickly and was so incredibly delicious - the steak was cooked to perfection and the beef dripping sauce was to die for! All steaks come with house fries they can up upgraded to chunky chips or sweet potato fried but we honestly...
