We
had
this
booked
as
a
wedding
gift.
We
were
really
looking
forward
to
it.
Sadly,
the
experience
didn’t
quite
live
up
to
our
expectations.
Having
paid
an
extra
£6pp
to
‘upgrade’
to
a
front
seat
on
top
of
the
bus,
we
were
left
feeling
quite
underwhelmed
by
the
experience.
There
were
two
issues.
First,
the
upgraded
seat
was
a
typical
bus
seat
where
we
both
shared
the
one
seat.
This
was
advertised
as
being
the
best
means
to
avoid
others
sitting
with
you,
but
each
table
in
the
rest
of
the
upper
floor
had
a
single
person
in
one
two-person
seat
and
a
table
between
them.
For
no
extra
cost,
they
had
far
more
space.
Secondly,
given
the
temperature
outside,
the
condensation
on
the
windows
didn’t
really
allow
you
to
see
anything
properly
outside
the
windows.
I
get
that
the
weather
can’t
be
controlled,
but
a
cloth
or
something
could’ve
been
given
to
allow
us
to
at
least
wipe
the
windows.
We
used
napkins,
tissues
and
a
laminated
brochure
to
try
to
clean
the
windows
throughout
the
hour-long
journey.
I
mentioned
to
the
staff
member
that
it
was
disappointing
that
we
really
couldn’t
see
anything
on
the
tour
but
that
was
left
with
a
vacant
look
and
blank
response.
Had
we
not
paid
an
extra
£12,
I’d
have
accepted
it
as
being
just
one
of
those
things,
but
this
seat
came
at
an
extra
cost
and
to
say
it
was
an
upgrade
was
comical.
The
food
(albeit
a
smallish
portion)
and
singer
were
both
good
but
I’d
avoid
‘upgrading’.
It
is
what
it
was
but
it
wasn’t
worth
£90.
