My nan died in the greggs, she was just enjoying a sausage roll and suddenly had a heart attack on a trip to the bathroom. The Greggs employees all stood around her and pointed, laughing at my dying nan. She always loved a good yum yum, on that day, she never got to eat one. I sat there crying, as my wee nan helplessly died on the toilet. I will never forgive the greggs employees, or the franchise for what they did. Aside from that, the food was great and the customer service wasn’t too shabby 3/5

I found stone in my baguette. Literally "S T O N E". It was really unpleasant experience to feel cracking of my teeth against this piece of stone while trying to enjoy my baguette. I believe this will not happen again, and I actually wonder how it could get there. 🤔 Anyways, espresso tasted good. If you could give me a response to this review and let me know why I found the stone there, I could reconsider my star rating. Thank you

They refused to heat my potato bhagi and lied to me about it containing letus so can't be heated. The integrins do not contain letus. They also said if they heat it I will get food poisoning. The instructions on the box said to heat before eating. Worst service... I requested politely they said they can't heat as they don't have microwave. This was 14th jan Saturday 8.45 pm

It was AMAZING with an W. I was greeted by a lovely handsome man at the check out he was soooo curvy and he gave me the very big long juicy baguette which I had ordered. I devoured the baguette in the seating bit the chairs are so comfortable around my buttocks and then I decided I NEED A POO! An the man from heaven came and gave me the code as I had said I need someone to HELP ME POO! it was a nice POO! 10/10 would POO again and I will always remember that specimen of a MAN who gave me the very long baguette and helped me POO!

Horrible experience, cafe, croissants, bathrooms code, you have to wait someone come to open the door, then without light, without soap, toilet paper, dirty, 2 bathrooms, one was close

Food was cold just like staff. The tiny short girl was rude and didn't have any customer service at all. Never going in there ever again.

Very poo service. Unsure in why they have guards up at the tills .they can't ear us properly even when I said it 3 times, an alao it was cold I ask for a hot 1. They need to get ther act together

Best Greggs experience ever! Just took a night bus today, people working at this Greggs are awesome! :-D your coffee kept me warm, your staffs made my day!

Toilets not clean, in fact the whole place needs a good clean; floors with spilt drinks, tables with rubbish on them (actually most Greggs have this problem) and what is that smell?? Big queue that takes an age to go down. On the plus side, staff are warm and friendly and has a lot of seating.

Perfect breakfast roll and coffee after 2 hours on a bus - loved the photo of clock - worth a closer look!

It is great to have a Greggs at Buchanan Street bus station so you can get a decent meal at a very reasonable price before you go on your travels. It is very popular and always busy. You can skip the queues by using the app to order your food in advance, which I would recommend. I quite enjoy the Southern Fried Chicken and potato wedges with comes in a little box to carry out. I don't like Greggs coffee think it tastes dreadful. The staff are always friendly and helpful and don't need to be prompted to carry my tray because I am in a wheelchair, which is excellent. It can be quite challenging to move around in here if you're in a wheelchair because of it being so busy. The hygiene could be a little better as it can be quite messy in there sometimes. Worth a visit if you're looking for something sweet or savoury to satisfy your craving after a long journey.

Got overcharged by the staff here. What should've been a meal deal was rung up as two separate items and the lady had the audacity to look down on me like I was crazy . As I was in hurry to get to work I did not have the time to sort it out. But seriously this is a busy location and most of the customers would be on a rush. Seems like the right place to overcharge customers by taking advantage of the fact most of them would be in a rush.

Food is good but I don't think the pedestrian control of customers is safe for social distancing or safety. The exit was blocked and people wanting to exit to the bus station and not into the rain had to squeeze through the people waiting to enter. I wanted to attach a photo but there doesn't seem to be the facility. People in the queue were complaining.

This Gregg’s is ok but the line is so very long and bless the staff; they looked tired.

Decent food but the toilets are locked- you have to get a member of staff to unlock them and all the lights are weird blue ones, as someone with migraines as well as other medical conditions it's a terrible idea to have those in a disabled toilet (you can barely see in them too.)
