Always went there and enjoyed the pretzel made good and good staff which always fixed problems politely, which I would give 5 stars. I've returned after a few months to enjoy a good pretzel with my daughter, but yesterday afternoon (18/07/18) after a long waiting, me and other people before me have been given not normal pretzel, small, really thin, compared to the ones showing on display and the ones that I have always been eating, not normal! And to the price a pretzel has. Even my daughter looking at the pretzel was shocked, and even another lady next to me said I was right. When the girl handed me the pretzels I have refused them and I wanted my money back, instead of looking for another way to fix the problem she just gave me the money back rudely after telling lots of lies on her job done bad. In the end what I would like to say is that this kind of employees that doesn't know how to do their job, and doesn't know how to treat people kindly, shouldn't work. I hope to not see her working again because I won't stop by again to enjoy my pretzel. I didn't enjoy my pretzel 😢

I've been going here for the last 8 years of my life, ordering either the cinnamon and sugar pretzel or the chocolate sauce one, they are one of the best, most delicious snacks in town. Unfortunately however the customer service is utterly appalling, I went to order some pretzel bites but there were none left, this was alright I thought I'll just get a normal pretzel. No. The worker picked up her phone and ignored me for 2 minutes before telling us the shop was closed (at 2pm) 4 hours before it was meant to close. I then went to Gregg's out of spite, and as I walked out I saw her cooking more pretzels despite being "closed". I'm not sure if I'm going to even bother attempting to buy another pretzel in the future and might just stick to the trustworthy brands such as Gregg's and Subway.

Really depends on the staff of the day. But usually really good wither you get the Sweet pretzels or the Savory pretzels. Just wait to see what kind of pretzels they be handing out to other people first to see if it's a good day or bad day

I always ordered cinnamon and sugar, and it is very delicious. But this time I tried sesame with salt and I like it more. Definitely, I will order again. I recommend tried sesame and cinnamon one.

I took the cinnamon and sugar I found the tough very nice and fluffy, not dry. I really enjoyed it

I came at 4pm, asked for cinnamon and sugar sticks. Got offered bites even though I wanted the sticks. Their reasoning was they ran out of it because of time, even though I saw them making them on a different day.

Absolute dream! Gutted there is no longer one in Bristol, so of course I went to Glasgow especially for it. Amazing!

One of the memories I have had growing up in Glasgow was going through Buchanan Galleries and then seeing the staff offer free pretzel samples. I hope they still do that since it always made my day no matter what I was going through. When my partner and I were visiting Glasgow, we came here and I ordered cinnamon and sugar it was delicious, it's very soft and crunchy and it's just the right amount of sweetness. I loved tearing it apart with my fingers and enjoying the freshly baked pretzels. There aren't seats nearby but there's a set of stairs by the entrance that is nice to watch the world go by as I consume the bakery goods.

No vegan pretzels left - disappointing that the sign displaying them wasn't taken down - or that 'sold out' wasn't displayed across it. Woman at the counter very rude when asking about them. My partner has stated she has also been rude to her in the past. Not great. Won't be back.

I always stop by to grab a pretzel if I'm in the city centre, the original cinnamon and sugar pretzel is just simply awesome. Have a free sample from them and you'll definitely want a full size one
