Better late than never 😉 even though being in Scotland for more than a week now, we couldn’t visit a distillery yet. The tour here was excellent and our tour guide Adam explained nicely how whiskey is made 🥃 also the little trading at the end of the tour was great with the explanations of the “marriage” 🙃 After the tour we had a light breakfast and the recommended goat cheese sandwich was marvellous 🤩

The cafe serves very good sourdough sandwiches. Had the avocado bacon and also the haggis sandwich. Both were the best sandwiches on our trip in Scotland. Whiskey tour high informative and we enjoyed the time Ronnie took to explain and allowed us to find the nuances of the whiskey tasting experience.

Great distillery with amazing Scottish whiskey. The best I had throughout Scotland. I wish I could have taken some home back to the states with me. Highly recommend the tour. We got lucky and were the only 2 on the tour. Sam, our tour guide, was excellent! We had a lot of fun learning more about Scottish whiskey origins in Glasgow.

Very friendly staff at this distillery and they don't mind if you arrive ridiculously early for your tour in order to avoid the rain. Informative tour - some really interesting stuff about the rise of the whisky industry in Glasgow - but the best bit was the chocolate and whisky. For £30 per person, it's pretty reasonably priced.

I'm not big into Scotch whiskey, however, learning about the history of Glasgow's Scotch economy and the general regions was really enlightening. At the tasting, I really enjoyed several of the pairings of whiskeys and chocolates which surprised me given my hesitation to begin with. Our tour guide, Cameron, was very knowledgeable and had great charisma with members of the group. After living in Glasgow for 3 years, I'm glad to have done this tour now and will definitely be back with visitors.

We called in the distillery on our way through Glasgow. The staff were able to put us on the One hour tour (£17.50 each). The tour was very informative and given by very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guides, who explained the distilling process and how the process and the industry developed. There was a tasting at the end of the tour which consisted of 3 samples, and you kept your tasting glass to take home. If you are driving, let the staff know at the tasting and they will put your samples in labelled bottles for later. (Driving on 46% proof is not recommended). A distillery tour is not something we would normally do but it really was enjoyable, next time we will allocate more time for our visit and take a longer tour. (Whiskey and Chocolate looks a good start). With that in mind we would recommend booking before you go as it does get busy. There is disabled parking and a big revolving door to get in. There is a well stocked shop for a souvenir of your visit, these include whiskey, glasses, clothing and a variety of trinkets.

I had a visit here today as I was in the area visiting the Transport Museum. Was very pleasantly surprised to find there was a Distillery close by, so being a whisky lover I had to have a look. After a chat with one of the staff I had a sample of some Orkney 15 year old, I subsequently purchased a bottle and was given a sample of Stobcross lowland to try at home. Both were delightful, I will be in again soon for another bottle of each.

We recently visited the Clydeside distillery and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We went on the whisky and chocolate tasting tour as it was a gift experience for my grandad and we decided to tag along for a getaway weekend. Our tour guide, David, was so informative and made the tour very enjoyable. My other half dealt with Sam to purchase a bottle at the end of our visit and again, was very informative. Both very friendly and happy to help with anything. 10/10 would visit again and recommended to family and friends!

Did the chocolate and whisky tour here and it was a very nice experience. The guide, Sam, provided entertaining and informative commentary throughout the tour and the tasting. The tasting provided a nice overview of Scottish whisky and the paired chocolates were amazing.

Their whiskey tours are great and held by a professional and kind crew. They show all the steps of how they make their Whiskey, contrasting with other places as well. All this is concluded with a tasting of a selection of whiskeys. I attendeded the whiskey+ chocolate tour and it felt like I got to try double the number of whiskeys, so I definitely recommend it! If you are a seasoned whiskey enthusiast, know that this place is relatively new, so you won't get to buy 10+ year old whiskeys that they make.

We absolutely loved what the distillery had to offer! Even though we didn’t join the tour, we ordered a flight of assorted whisky as well as the soup of the day, along with some cheese. It was an absolute hay day for my tastebuds. I recommend tasting the whisky before any food to really feel the flavor. The shop has a great assortment of gifts and bottles of every size. Highly recommend.

Full disclosure that I am not a whiskey drinker at all, my husband is, but I joined him on the tour. We purchased tickets for the Tour and Whiskey pairing with chocolate. It was amazing. Our guide Cara did a phenomenal job of being engaged and fun while she walked us through the distilling process and tasting, but she was also very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. The distillery tour is small but very modern and welcoming. The tasting consisted of five drams from every area in Scotland that whiskey is distilled in, including: the Highlands, Speyside, the Lowlands, Islay, and the surrounding smaller islands. The whiskies were all distinct, even to an amateur like me, and they were expertly paired with specialty chocolates made by a top notch local confectioner. For someone who never drinks whiskey, I thoroughly enjoyed the tour, as did my husband. I even didn't mind drinking whiskey when it was paired with the chocolate. Still not my drink of choice but overall a pleasurable experience. We also visited the Jameson distillery less than a week ago and had a much more memorable and positive experience here. I highly recommend the tour and pairing, especially if you're like us and didn't have time to drive out to the countryside. We still received a broad taste of the various regional spirit offerings in roughly 90 minutes, which is the next best thing to taking days to tour the country in search of distilleries.

A simple but great distillery tour and tasting! Clydeside shows you the whole process and machinery involved in their whisky making, with some history and fun tidbits as well. Adam was a great tour guide and tasting guide, and the whisky/chocolate tasting combos were delicious!

The Clydeside Distillery, on the queen's Dock, is a great tourist experience. It is a must visit place and you get to experience the actual whisky making process. The tour was really good thanks to Marco.

Austin was really nice, fun and had in depth knowledge about the distillery, the whisky and the history of the area, he put up with my dad's jokes and made the experience memorable. We had a fantastic father's day 😀

Excellent little distillery tour. Adam conducted ours. He was really friendly, knowledgeable, and open to all manner of stupid questions from non-whisky experts like us. Good value for money with a little taster session included.

Carrie-Anne did a wonderful job leading the tour I was on. Very informative and lends a different perspective coming from a younger distillery in the city. Well worth the 30-minute walk we took from the hotel and a must-see destination if you happen to be in Glasgow.
