I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It's a pretty quick learning curve and in no time you are launching axes at the target successfully. A lot of care is taken in terms of safety so at no point was there ever a sense of risk. You soon move onto some of the harder 'trick shots' which are much more difficult. Did feel as if it went on a touch too long. One hour would have been enough. There are not too many variations of games to play with friends. But I guess it may depend on the size of the group (we were three). Would recommend trying.

I went to the Dundee branch of Axe Hurling and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. Great music, atmosphere and had a great laugh with the staff member overseeing my session. Throwing the axes was very good for stress relief and just having fun, plus we played a few little games and had a tournament, both of which were a blast. Would totally recommend it to anyone wanting to have a fun time with friends or by yourself!

We had a great time when we visited the site in Dundee. Plenty of fun and exciting games. Safety being the top priority was handled excellent. I would recommend going to friends and family. Go and find your hidden warrior!! πŸ˜‰πŸͺ“

We had a great session today with Paddy. Showed us the basics and didn’t even laugh when we made a mess of it. Had a really good time and by the end we were both consistently hitting the board. Definitely recommend, location was ideal as well.

Booked into the rage room as part of my wife's birthday, I wasn't sure what to expect to be honest. The place is clearly well run, staff greeted us straight away and were super friendly and helpful. Rage room was really well organised, plenty of ppe provided, nice clear rules that don't get in the way of having fun, choice of your own music was a nice touch! Really enjoyed it and would recommend to any one!

Went with my brother to the rage room and axe throwing and had a great day. The rage room could have done with a bit more in it but get that they might not always have a lot. Axe throwing was great fun and the staff were all lovely and friendly would definitely go back.

Amazing fun, brilliant location, superb team - we had a brilliant time learning how to throw axes, then as we got better we stepped up the challenge with the '25 shot challenge' to see if we could get onto the leaderboard Morgan was great at running the session, keeping us challenged, and playing awesome music. Highly recommend this for anyone with kids in their older teens or young 20s, or just if you want to have some great fun as a group of friends out

The axe hurling was awesome! Went here for my birthday and was not disappointed. Staff are nice and very helpful with tips on throwing safely, easy to talk to and from what we could see, pretty wheelchair accessible too as it's all on the one floor, although there are a few stairs up to the front door. Getting your name on the double axe throwing bullseye is a must!

Great craic! We came in as a group of 4, bit apprehensive but we were well looked after by the boys who soon had us throwing trick shots with the axes (some more successfully than others!) We will definitely be back next time we are Glasgow.

Had no idea that an hour could pass so quickly! Great craic from start to finish. A Few beers and plenty of axes thrown, Quality!

One of Glasgow's best activity days! This place could not get any better. It was my first visit but won't be my last. The rooms were super clean and organized, and the axe throwing was even more amazing than I thought it would be! Although I think one of the best parts was actually the staff, Marie was so helpful yet so much fun started as our instructor and by the end felt like a friend. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and like part of a team from the start, will be back in not just for the axe throwing again but also to try the other rooms out! Thanks again to all the staff, especially Marie!

Chris did an excellent job of talking us through everything. He was a great host. My friend said his beard was great too. No body died or got injured so that was a bonus.

Brilliant instructor, in fact all staff friendly and welcoming. You really don't have to be good at it, it's something different and you can have a laugh at the same time. We went as a couple, and can see the benefits of going in a larger group (2 or 3 couples maybe) but would NOT be put off going again.

Fab day experiencing axe hurling for the first time. Danny our guide was fantastic, made it such a fun relaxing experience. He encouraged us all the way and helped find our technique. Brought out the competitive side of us and some of the trick shots wow!!! Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing session at Dundee Axe Hurling! Myself and my husband had the place to ourselves and had a blast. The instructor was really friendly and very helpful. We got lots of clear guidance and direction and coached along for the hour we were there. It was loads of fun and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time. We were made welcome by Lee who should us through all the health and safety before we started. We were kept us informed and laughing throughout the whole experience. We really liked all the various games and all the encouragement. We will definitely be back, and also looking forward to trying other activities. Thanks for a great day.

😐 Staff, classess and equipment are 5/5 but due to my work hours, the gym is often closed. Its not crowded most of the time, the shower facilites are great. Student discounteans its the same price as pure gym, the problem for me are the openning hours.
