The Mackintosh Church is an absolutely amazing peice of architecture:) Walking into this Church is like walking into a mini Glasgow School of Art before the fires. Glasgow Scotland is lucky to have the Mackintosh Queens Cross Church. This is well worth a visit. The staff & volunteers make it all worth while, telling the historical story of the Charles Rennie Mackintosh Society. The Church is a venue for Art, Photography, Exhibitions, Music & social Events. An amazing peice of History.

First time here to see a gig by Lindisfarne and what a beautiful place to hold it. A tribute to its designer being the only Rennie Mackintosh Church built and a superb location for the gig which was also superb. Thoroughly recommend this place for a visit

Lovely church, lots of little motif’s all around the church and the stain glass is beautiful. Small side room with quite a bit of Macintosh items and a little shop. We visited when the Earth exhibit was there and it was superb being about to get up close to it. Only minus was that it’s so big you don’t see much of the top of the planet and the clouds can cover whole countries

Great venue for a small gig which was the reason for my visit. Went to see Ward Thomas who were brilliant as always. Access wasn't the best for wheelchair users but with a little help, a wheelchair could be managed up the couple of steps. Disabled toilet facilities were available once inside. There was a separate room housing the bar and merchandise. Would recommend a visit.

Entertaining museum covering the history of transport and travel, large open plan exception with plenty of information. Entry is free but would recommend a good donation. Large parking area, public toilets and restaurant/ cafe. There is also free entry to the large sail boat which is docked outside.

Typical drab blackwood pughs but C.R.M influence well evident. Enhanced at the moment by the Gaia exhibit. A planet earth replica globe suspended from the ceiling which shows how the earth looks as seen by.N.A.S.A. astronauts.A constant surround sound soundtrack connects the sculpture with the space and architecture around it, filling the room with atmosphere and ambiance. My friend Gordon Calder from Aberdeenshire expressed a desire to see this church whist here on holiday.Neither of us were aware of gaia exhibit until we went there. Unsurprisingly Gaia is a greek goddess, Mother of "Earth". The church is at Queens Cross Maryhill and is well worth a visit.

Beautiful church, very interesting building made by C. R. Mackintosh. If you are a fan of his art like me, you need to visit this church! The CRM society's members were very welcoming and nice. They will be happy to answer all your questions and to chat with you. Thank you Sven (?) for the coffee !

Superb example of a Macintosh design.

Architecture let down by poor street planning. If you can see past the street furniture in front of CRM's work it it genuinely stunning.

Wonderful former church which shows Charles Rennie Mackintosh's skills in spite of the restrictions placed on him.

Very fabulous church in here. The shape of church looks Scottish-like design (just my feeling) and typography on the wall is sensible.

Magical. Been walking or driving past this gem for years, promising myself I'd go in one day soon. More than worth the wait. As beautiful inside as out. Not a religious person but this is so beautiful it can't fail to be an emotional experience. The staff - all Charles Rennie Mackintosh experts - could not have been any nicer or more helpful and as happy to let you explore on your own as guide you and answer questions. Get yourself along here.

One of a handful of Mackintosh buildings in central Glasgow and his only church and one of the most beautiful now open to the public with the twice burned School of Art currently shrouded. As of September 2023 the entrance fee was £5. The church has fairly limited opening hours so check the website before visiting. Once you gain admission you're free to explore on your own.

We were there for jazz concert, really nice friendly staff, good acoustics. Toilets are clean and well maintained, refreshments a bit hit and miss but everything was available at a very reasonable price. Parking is a bit of a problem, so Taxis are recommended. This is a good venue, run by nice people.

Well, they were closed this Monday when the church was supposed to be open; no info to the contrary on the website, and not picking up the phone. Travelled a long way so very disappointed.

(Translated by Google) The church was designed to the smallest details by the most famous Scottish architect Charles Mackintosh, including benches and chairs. Today, it does not serve religious ceremonies, but has become a place for cultural events, such as concerts. Worth a visit.
