Hindu
Mandir
in
Glasgow

beautiful
and
welcoming
place

worship.
As
soon
as
you
enter,
you
are
greeted
by
friendly
volunteers
who
are
more
than
happy
to
answer
any
questions
you
may
have.
The
mandir
itself
is
well-maintained
and
features
stunning,
intricate
decorations
that
reflect
Hindu
culture
and
beliefs.
There
are
also
several
prayer
rooms
and
spaces
for
meditation,
which
offer
a
peaceful
and
serene
atmosphere
for
visitors
to
connect
with
their
spirituality.
During
my
visit,
I
had
the
opportunity
to
participate
in
a
puja
ceremony
and
found
it
to
be
a
deeply
moving
experience.
The
priest
leading
the
ceremony
was
knowledgeable
and
kind,
and
made
sure
that
everyone
felt
included
and
welcomed.
One
thing
that
stood
out
to
me
was
the
community
aspect
of
the
mandir.
There
were
many
families
and
individuals
of
all
ages
present,
and
everyone
seemed
to
be
enjoying
each
other's
company.
The
mandir
hosts
a

events
and
activities
throughout
the
year,
which

its
members.
