Great interesting place. Everything in one place. Hundreds shops inside the building so you don't need any umbrella because Scotland. I recommend that place for middle ages. Big car parking and some places for van's as well.

We visited fairytale by collette with my granddaughter for an outfit for he first holy communion the staff made my granddaughter feel.like a Princess for her it felt like a fairytale great choices .Great service

Haven't visited here for years! Not much in the way of market stalls now sadly. Quite a lot of the stalls swing the same items too.

Wide selection of market stalls if you are looking for household items or clothes. Very good cafes available.

The Forge Market is just super ,they have just about everything one could wish for from carpets , furniture and food ,baby & kids toys , I'd forgotten how good this place is & with free parking & if it's full just use Mecca facility next-door.

I enjoy visiting here, my review is really for the Spectacle Maker who offers great value and service. Highly recommended. The Market also has fun stuff for kids, such as trampolines and bump-cars.

Fireplace and fire range are absolutely AMAZING. The pretty dark haired lady in the bedding stall was very friendly and helpful as we had a lovely long chat with her whilst buying some bedding. 10/10 👌 Definitely worth visiting. 😊👍

Always loved the market since I was young, getting my face painted. My favourite place in the market is right at the entrance for seafood, love to get whilkes when we come to the forge.

It's nice to walk around , I picked up @falleninchfarm steak slice kids love it

Not as busy as I thought it would be there's a lot of stalls closed down permanently..I bought a rug plenty of choice at reasonable prices I bought packora too deeeelicious...😋😋😋....I won't be rushing back though dose'nt have the draw for me that it used to...

Great place for shopping and eating. Many stalls and shops covering everything from sweets to furniture and everything in between. Two amazing restaurants too. Wok this way a really tasty Chinese And Bensons a cafe/bisto. Good for a quick breakfast or a full meal too.

Fantastic, everything you need under one roof from blinds for my daughter's room,to a rug,blender and even bag for nursery

Used to love a wee wander round here but loads of empty units now and some of my fav places gone. Can understand why with cost of everything but its a shame .

Visited the wee watch shop for watch replacement batteries X2 .....on Sunday morning prompt service job done to my satisfaction ...what more can you ask .....plus it doesn't break the bank 😉 Been using this wee place for years .....Give it a go 👍

Haven't been here for years. So very happy today I had bought a large holdall 1.5kg weight with wheels no metals in the middle bottom) exactly what I was looking for... only £20. Unfortunately he doesn't have a hand luggage I was looking for. He said he will have more next week. Definitely going back next week.

Large indoor market open Thursday to Sunday all year round. Lots of different stalls and two cafes and a Chinese restaurant. Childrens play area in the centre of the market with bumper cars and trampolines. Market sells household goods, food, cards and stationary, furniture, doors, blinds, clothes, jewellery and watches, there’s a cobbler, butchers, seafood stall plus barbers, hairdressers and nail and brow bars plus more… Free parking in their large carpark, and if you still want more there’s a huge shopping centre with all the usual high street shops just across the road.

Great indoor market. Full of anything and everything. Great place for shopping.

Despite what everyone saying that local retail is dead this place is absolutely buzzing lots of variety of stalls and outlets only nipped in to get a few keys cut (half the price of timpsons btw) ended up grabbing a coffee and a few cable ties. One stop shop

Nice stalls if you're looking for updating your house. Mirrors,pictures, lighting,rugs,curtains,bedding ,suites ,beds. Stalls with candies etc. Plenty places to eat as well. There's good food stalls as well. There's also free parking.

Watch battery replaced quickly and not to dear. Glasses fixed for £2 ...Great, done there and then would have cost me more to post them back to get repaired.

Not been here for a long while but went for a change First thing I noticed was very clean and good selection of shops. Worth a visit

A decent busy place, lots of different units under the one roof selling a variety of stuff from dish towels to divan beds. It's always been crowded any time I've been there, a handy place for most things you need plus you also can get a cup of tea or something to eat and it isn't that expensive! 🙂

Not the same as it used to be different now not the same stalls most of them have left i remember the sweetie stall as you walk in through the doors thats gone now but shocked to see hardly the same stalls

Nice place if you like local market shopping. Was not aware of this shopping market. This venue is open only 4 days a week. Have a lot of variety items. Got some Christmas gift items for a very reasonable price. I didn't try the food court, but there was a decent crowd.

A great place. Fun to scout around and find bargains. Good pater with the vendors too. They're great! Plenty of food options

this place is like a maze when you go in you can get lost 🙊 there's loads of stalls with amazing prices a great wee day out there's also kids rides and trampolines for the kids

Great place to shop friendly people who make you feel welcome and there is so many things to choose from. Their tearooms are immaculate and staff make sure you are getting the best service possible and I will give it a further 10 stars
