This is a small but modern playground which, despite its urban location and comparative lack of green space, has a surprisingly relaxed feel to it. The playground contains a roundabout, swings, a see-saw and a rope-pyramid with a large slide at the top of it. There are some picnic tables nearby, well within sight of the play area.

Small park with kids play area. More suited to the local tenements than visitors. Victoria park is 5 mins away and a much better choice for families and pets

Great wee park, spotless and well kept. Not much to do unless you're good at climbing though. Can't access slide unless you climb, or climb up the slide.

It is good for kids to play with friends even though there are not many things.

Small park in the heart of thornwood. Not huge amount of things to play on - crazy swing, roundabout and a decent rope climbing frame/slide. But it is always busy and my kid loves it.

A cute little park. Highly recommended for when you get coffee from Meadow Road Café. (The best coffee place)

Great place for kids! The park is quite small but it had sitting arrangement for adults and fun riding playground for kids. The playground is secured with a fence and it has soft ground which are great for kids. I will take my kid again there.

The rubber flooring is a absolute disgrace, big gaps and a trip hazard. It's well over due a makeover. If you're taking your kids here defo keep a eye on them.

Needs a good revamp. Looking tired now with not much for the kids to do.

Small but a must needed one, specially if you have kids

There's plenty of empty space around the playpark, they could upgrade to a larger play area and some picnic tables. It's popular with students in the hot weather to sit out

I can't lie, this park is not up to much. There's not much at it.

Lovely park. The sun hits on it on sunny days in the afternoon-evening thanks to its South location. Great spot. Cool slide in the playpen.

Fantastic wee park for the kids, my niece (3 years old) loved it! Kept asking to go on the big slide! Had loads of fun doing roley-poleys down the hill!

Dog dirt disgusting. ....why do people think that it is OK to let a dog foul a children's play area and leave it

  • 3/5 Speirsy S. 6 years ago on Google
A reasonable little park but you'd struggle to fill more than 20 minutes here with the kids.
