Amazing stay at Glasgow Hilton. Newly refurbished bedrooms, very spacious, beautiful bathroom. Housekeeping were amazing. Swimming pool was great. Food in the bar was delicious and the staff were friendly. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. Great hotel, I would say number one hotel in Glasgow, this hotel is up to the standards of hotels in the Middle East, Dubai, i would say it to be 7 Stars. The city centre is rite behind the hotel, it is within walking distance to everything. We enjoyed this hotel with my family, the staff were amazing and special thanks to the beautiful Sarah and Victoria who made this stay special, and Peggy , aonghas.I had the best stay and would definitely return. I stayed here for 11 nights and it was the best stay I ever had, 7 Star.

Absolutely brilliant. I've stayed at Hiltons before and always been disappointed, but this was really lovely. It's refurbished to a really high standard and the rooms are super comfortable with amazing views across Glasgow. The breakfast was really outstanding and we enjoyed the leisure facilities. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Bed & pillows were so comfortable. Staff were friendly & accommodated an early check in without issue. The shower was amazing! The toiletries were fantastic as well. Really enjoyed staying at this location & walked everywhere from here.

Lovely hotel, excellent service. Was easy to get a table in the executive lounge at tea time. Conveniently located for the hydro. Parking is a bit expensive at £15 per night. They seem to have given up all but two disabled bays for electric vehicle points too.

We enjoyed our just one night stay. Good bar too. Lovely breakfast. We had a small problem with tv remote we phoned down at reception and 5 to 10 minutes the Porter was up and fixed the problem brilliant.

Absolutely lovely hotel after its refurbishment. Rooms are beautiful and well designed. Breakfast is very well organized and plenty of options avaliable. Great service, especially from the staff at reception and the executive lounge. The food is great in the lounge to and a great idea having ordered platters. My 3rd time here and won't be my last. Great location too.

I attended the European Congress of Anesthesiology. The reception on the first day was magnificent and luxurious, in the presence of hundreds of doctors and owners of international companies. After a two day conference, the staff were so cheerful and welcoming. The food was also excellent and delicious. It was a beautiful trip to Glasgow, Scotland, and the weather was mild.

A typically fantastic Hilton Hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and made use of a conference facility. The rooms are spacious and cool and well specced as you would expect. The walk into town is about 10 minutes but it is right by the M8 which makes for easy access by car.

Excellent hotel. Solid, clean, modern room. Good gym. Great breakfast and lovely lobby. All a short walk from some of the best parts of town.

This is a very well located hotel, in a quiet part of Glasgow but very walkable to downtown. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the best part is the staff service, very friendly and always ready to help out without being asked. The concierge, Tomas gave the best recommendations and offers his time for any assistance. The F&B Manager Tomas and his staff at the restaurant are very accommodating. 110% on Service!

Stayed for my wife’s birthday, rooms are great and very clean. Breakfast was good. Bathrooms are very nice and the shower was brilliant. Taxi rank right at from entrance and the on site parking was expensive but it’s the city centre.

Great centrally located hotel. Wonderful delivery of Diamond level benefits. Well appointed spacious rooms. And the breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious. Only downside is that they charge for access to their pool.

What a wonderful experience my wife and I had at the Hilton Glasgow. We were only able to stay for a night but we wish we could have had more. We arrived at the hotel early, we were coming from Dublin and it was about 10am. Although our room was not ready, they took our bags and Thomas, I believe he was the concierge, took us aside and ran down all the options for activities we could partake in while we were waiting to check-in. He recommended a great brunch place and mapped out a route if we wanted to explore and visit the University that provided two different options to visit different parts of Glasgow on the way to and from the school. We did exactly what he recommended and it was lovely. Upon returning, our room was ready and the gentleman who checked us in let us know that he was excited to give us a free upgrade. He wasn't kidding. We were in a corner room at the top floor with a beautiful view of the city. We even had a balcony we could step out onto and take in the sites. In addition to the great room and service, the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly and overall, we really loved our experience at Hilton Glasgow. Can't say enough.

Large hotel with tons of facilities, very nice bar, restaurant and the executive club was a nice touch for eating breakfast in a little more peace than the main restaurant. 20 floors and the higher rooms are super quiet despite being next to the motorway. Food was excellent as were the staff. A bit of a walk into central Glasgow and not surrounded by the nicest of streets but minor complaint overall.

Quiet, clean, professional. The location is near two different sets of bus lines. The air in the room was always great. The fridge was quiet. The tea kettle a nice touch. Room clean and it's just a great hotel.

The facility was beautiful and clean. The service was absolutely perfect, especially Lazaro. The food was great, especially the restaurant for dinner. The only reason why I put four stars is that the pool was not included in our stay and we had to pay for the entrance. Otherwise it was great!

Stayed in this Hotl recently on a business trip. The hotel itself is easy to get to and offers a good location if visiting the city. Check-in was fine, and the room offered what was required. The room, I felt, was fairly standard and didn't jump out as anything special. Similar to what I had at The Village Hotel across the river a few weeks previous. Food in the bar/restaurant was good for dinner, and the breakfast buffet was good, too. I would stay again. However, for the price, I would probably go back to The Village Hotel

We were fortunate enough to get a free executive room upgrade for our stay! The room was beautiful and the bathroom was superb. We got access to the exec lounge due to our free upgrade and the lounge was amazing. Self service drinks and table service for food or drinks not available at the self service station. The breakfast the next morning was amazing with a wide range of continental and hot breakfast options for self-serve buffet style. Eggs were readily available scrambled or you could request an omelette or poached eggs from the cooks at the egg station. Toast and hot drinks were made to order and brought to your table for you. We parked overnight at the hotel and it was very affordable for an overnight stay charge. Every member of staff we spoke with or required assistance from was phenomenal. Will definitely visit again.

An excellent 2 night stay in a family room. Can't fault any part of our stay. All the staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. The location is great, just off the motorway and yet an easy walk into the centre. We were worried about the noise from the motorway but it wasn't an issue. Breakfast buffet is one of the best we've experienced in an UK hotel, the haggis was a treat! Leisure facilities were really good, it's a little disappointing that you need to pay but it wouldn't stop me using it again. We'll definitely return here sometime soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lovely! Everyone was absolutely so kind and helpful. I stayed with my 3 daughters in Dec 2022. We were made to feel at home and greeted daily, just really great people there. Gordon in the gift shop, we all miss you! So sweet ❤

We had a 2 night stay at the Westerwood Spa & Golf resort and the place is really nice, however it needs a lot of work done to it. The curtains in our room were dirty and the tiles in the bathroom in the shower area were dirty as well. I would stay again but I will not order food. I got a steak and it was cold and very fatty also for a 4 star hotel I would expect real potatoes to be used and not frozen chips/fries.

We had a lovely trip visiting the Hilton. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it. My only two downsides from the trip were the breakfast and dinner were a bit bland in flavour and the dinner menu could do with some more vegetarian options. And secondly, as we are a throuple we would have preferred to book a king room for 3 people rather than a double double room, but there was no option for 3 people to a king room.

Stayed here last week for the first time. Was extremely impressed. Service was top notch. Rooms were very good. Breakfast was good. I'm a Hilton Diamond member who usually stays in Asia. This was that level of room and service. Still surprised a week later!!

Rooms have been updated and new lighting makes them so much better, comfortable too. Arrived early and there was a room the same available so they let us check in early. Great diamond upgrade, much appreciated, liked the new lounge and offerings. Bar area is nice, good breakfast and friendly, efficient staff.

Centrally located - near many of the city's attractions, and a good variety of restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the front desk was top notch. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant staff was great, and food tasty. This is a great hotel for couples; clean, safe and close to Sauchiehall Street. Everyone who works here went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Glasgow.

I’m about to go full Karen. Apologies. For starters, the “eco” aspect is a joke. They don’t even recycle, which is the bare minimum in my opinion. The staff were sweet but many seemed stressed at being understaffed and poorly managed, or pretty new and inexperienced. The food was actually BAD. Two frozen samosas with mayonnaise and a sad little (undressed) handful of leaves as the vegan meal in the executive lounge! Ordered a room service salad bowl later which was only slightly better. The vegan breakfast this morning was acceptable but by no means memorable. Please, hire a consultant to help solve these problems so your staff can have pride in their jobs. I can’t imagine you get many returning guests! Good luck. X

Staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean and in great shape. Wish showers had additional door to block water from going on floor and that cabinets were available to put clothes away but other than that great comfortable rooms.

I would never stay there again. Room service is shocking, you can only order pizzas after 11pm no food aloud in bar area after 10pm ask to change my double room to a single room for the same price £354.00 to place is shocking now adays. It should only a 3 star hotel not 4. Star as it states. Also told that I shouldn't order a taxi as it never come on time ,I was told that it better to get the bus unbelievable

Stylish, good sized room at a reasonable price. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is 9/10 but the coffee isn't good. Located at a walkable distance to the city centre.
