This place was a nightmare! I booked this hotel looking at the photos provided on the site. I had a very positive impression about the hotel through the pictures I saw. Unfortunately, reality of the place is far negative than what I saw on the pictures. Pictures are truly misleading. The room was small and had zero amenities. The washroom looks like the ones inside an airplane. No space to turn even. Room only had the bed, Heating and a TV. I made the booking for 2 adults, but only got 1 towel set upon arrival. There’s was no space in the room to open my luggage. No table top or cupboard or even just a stand to keep my stuff. Staff are rude and charge you for everything including hot water and luggage holding! You’ll be better off booking a hostel than this place.

Good central location, staff are friendly and helpful, price is good. No tea/coffee facilities in the room is just something I can't get onboard with. Would happily pay a few more quid for a hot drink in the morning and a glass for water! 'Quilts' are thin and heating has to be turned on/off manually which makes for cold wake ups.

Easy to find and we'll situated. My first impressions of this hotel was clean, presentable and easy to navigate. The receptionist was very informing regarding the booking, hotel etc. After dropping my bag off I returned to my nice cozy warm room after leaving the radiator on. Bed was very comfy and I got a good quiet night sleep, and I struggle to sleep and also without rewaking, the room is small like others state but it was shown on pictures and the price represented it for me. My only advice would be to install some kind of shelf/bedside table. TV worked and shower was good 👍

So the rooms are box and had no window so had no perception of time without a watch or phone.. the room it's self was not terrible but plastic feel to it.. but it's cheap so can't cry too much, the staff where lovely and the location is really great.

Good value for money. Rooms are tiny (no problem for me as I'm just sleeping here), bed was fine, and everything was really clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Only downside is the walls are quite thin, and I was unfortunately placed next to some dude yelling about his lost coat all night, so that was a shame, but not the hotel's fault. Earplugs are a good call!

What I booked on the Agoda website and the room I got was quite different. The housing color is pretty nice and unique. There was no flask and table in our room so you might want to have one with you just in case. The hotel is a fantastic location right in the city centre. I don't think you will actually struggle unless you have lots of stuff with you like we had. This hotel really was a bonus location because it was a good access to the city centre. Thank you!

Quite possibly among the worst hotel experiences so far, and I always go for the cheapest option! I think I got unlucky but I still need to review based on my experience. The toilet clogged and there was no brush near to help clean it. I managed to use the shower once, soaped up, only to realize that the on/off valve was stuck. So I ended up washing off the soap in the sink instead. No table for doing any work. The internet for the hotel is free, but not named appropriately (you will guess the wrong one). Internet is not reaching all areas. Corridors are confusing with no sign toward elevator. The entrance is a bit hidden (I thought I had ended up at the back entrance, so accidentally went into another hotel instead). At least the staff was helpful and it was clean. Check in and out was smooth

I love this place. I've stayed here multiple times and never had a bad stay, it's a great budget option. Yes the rooms are small, yes they are simple, but they're clean they're cheap and they're quiet. The location is excellent and it's dog friendly. I have found the staff LOVELY and helpful in the occasions I have stayed. These eejits reviewing this place and marking it down for being small and simply kitted out must be living in cloud cuckoo land if they think they're gonna get some kind of spacious hotel room for less than 50 quid 😂

This hotel is the living definition of the EASY brand. Yes it’s what you pay for (just like the airline) No soap, no amenities, hardly a towel, absolutely no space to shower. Smaller than a train bathroom. No hangers no space. Would only recommend if you absolutely need it for just one night.

I needed 2 clean beds, a decent room, a quiet night and a hot shower. I got them all in a small and cute package. If you are looking for a beautiful view, little pots of shampoo and tea service you'll want to keep looking. I was totally satisfied.

Clean room overall, satisfied with our stay & would stay again. Room is small, but we’re just there to recharge so it was fine. Iron is burnt though & may leave stain on your garment - I used the steam function to help with the crease - doesn’t help much. There was only 1 towel in the room when we arrived, but requested and received extra towel from receptionist easily (and free). Leaving luggage there is charged £5 though if you arrive early, and £20 for early check in when we got there around 10am

Overall a not bad place to stay. Rooms are quite small, almost like a boat cabin and the hot water happened to break the morning we checked out but not the hotels fault. Staff were the main star of the hotel, Ollie and Gail helped out so much. They made the stay better. Location is really good just short of Buchanan Galleries

The rooms are a lot smaller than they look online. Some are literally a double bed, a bathroom, and 1 square meter of floor. The soundproofing is also non existent, you can hear what's going on in neighbouring rooms. It is pretty cheap though, and the rooms are all decently clean.

Was the perfect place for a night out, the person with the piercings at the front desk was amazing! No faults at all, they were friendly n just down right wonderful and accommodated everything. The room was clean and great for what we needed. Will definitely be returning next time !!!

Really nice staff, especially Ollie and Jacob!! Very helpful with everything we needed and kind. They were able to keep our bags for several days. Room was small but honestly better than expected. Very convenient and great value for the money

Can't say anything bad about it at all. Got an inside room for a good price, about £31, reception was great, all seemed fairly new and well looked after. Good shower, room small but everything I needed, plus bed was comfy. Great budget choice.

Hotel was fine for our needs, the room was small as expected but clean and adequate and quiet. Location is pretty good, you're not too far away from the main city Extra hooks and maybe a shelf by the bed would be useful. Just for sleeping it's adequate and wouldn't bother paying extra for a window. Security is concerning though..anyone can access the hotel, lift, stairs and corridors outside rooms without a key card if they get in quick whilst the main door is open. The lift does not need you to use your key card, and neither do the main doors onto each landing (although the technology is there to swipe your card, but this isn't in use and the doors are unlocked) so reduced overall rating because of this

As a customer, my experience at the Easy Hotel in Glasgow City Centre was pleasantly straightforward and value-driven. The hotel's no-frills approach was refreshing, offering a clean and comfortable room that catered perfectly to my needs as a traveler. The central location proved to be a major advantage, allowing me to easily explore the city's attractions without the hassle of long commutes. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process and addressing any queries I had during my stay. The affordability of the hotel allowed me to allocate my budget to experiences and activities in the city, which was exactly what I was looking for. While the rooms were compact, they were well-designed and provided a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploring. In summary, my stay at the Easy Hotel was a positive experience that provided excellent value for my money. It's a great choice for travelers who prioritize a central location, a clean and comfortable place to sleep, and a budget-friendly option that allows them to make the most of their time and resources in Glasgow.

Everything has been very smooth, Sam at reception on check in was super helpful and on check out Holie in reception was very friendly and also helpful and made the whole experience very smooth and easy. I would recommend 100% the hotel for the staff, location great and has everything you need. 5* for the staff Sam and Hollie

Had to pick cheapest option per day, so stayed in a room without a window. Surprisingly it’s survivable, but definitely not the best experience. Also lacks any solid surfaces like tables or nightstands, which was inconvenient. However - you get what you pay for, so that kinda makes sense. Personnel was helpful, especially Ollie.

Nice hotel has some good local food spots. Room was nice and bed comfortable. The room was rather empty and coulda used a night stand or something to places things but overall for the price it was a decent stay.

Great stay , nice room walking distance from the Buchanan street bus station and lots of food options . A no frills room but had TV , heating and a nice shower/toilet on suite. Would totally use again

Room 329 clean and hotel in a good location. However, the room is tiny like a cabin on a boat is probably the best way to describe it. There was a party going on next door until 5am. Bit of a nightmare.

If you’re looking for a bed to go to at the end of the day after exploring all that Glasgow has to offer, you could do a lot worse than book one here. The rooms are cheap, cheerful (and very orange!) and value for money. 👍🏻

Budget hotel so is exactly what you'd expect. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We had a room without a window and found it very hot so next time would book a room with a window. It would also be super helpful to have a shelf or a small bedside table. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Pretty convinient in terms of price and location for a short-term stay. Some rooms don't have windows, however, even though ours had one, we couldn't open it. The atmosphere was a bit asphyxiating especially after a hot shower. Rooms are tiny with no flat work surfaces. The rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly!

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel, after reading a ton of reviews. It is exactly what it advertises. A bonus was that as the lift was still not working, we were able to store our bags for free. Wifi and TV were free as well while we were there, but even without those things it would have still met my expectations. Clean, good temperature, quiet, affordable, and in a perfect location to get to many main sights on foot. I could not have asked for anything better at that price.

Initially it took 10 minutes to be even let inside the building and once we were inside we were ignored by the 2 receptionists (1 was on the phone to other working on a computer) for another 10 minutes before we were able to check in. The room is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, barely big enough for a double bed. There is no bedside table or shelf to put your phone, wallet, keys on etc so the only option is to leave them on the floor next to the bed. The toilet is the size of an airplane bathroom and has no ledges for any toiletries. There is also no window but I think this is my fault for not reading the booking description properly. Even if the purpose of this room is to just sleep in it and not spend any time at the hotel, the room isn’t even fit for this purpose as there is no room to get dressed, no proper space to shower, no place to put your belongings, no water, and no air conditioning/heating! The low price isn’t worth the uncomfortablenesses and impracticality of the room.

As long as you’re not expecting luxury this is a great place to rest your head for a night or two. Given it’s often £25 a night I’m not sure what all the people complaining on here were expecting! It’s clearly advertised if you’re booking a room without a window? Clean, decent bed, great location. Rooms can be a bit stuffy though with no a/c and non opening windows.

Rooms are small & basic with Tv,shower, bed & heating ours had no window. The hotel was very quiet and is in a great location with everything nearby. The rooms desperately need a couple of shelves and a fold up table for eating as hotel has no restaurant and everything has to go on the floor or on the bed. Price is reasonable and location great which is why i would return again.

Basic but affordable accommodation in the centre of Glasgow. The location is great. Room was clean and staff were welcoming. It's a fine place to stay for a few days but there's no storage really to speak of and the room is quite small so probably best just for short stays.

The bed was comfortable and although the room was tiny; I don’t mind that. The one big issue I had was how unbearably warm it was. Windows wouldn’t open and although I was told there air con i could not get any cold air to come out. I ended up with a headache from the heat. The room was clean and the staff were lovely but I honestly could not stay here again, only because of the heat

There is basic ..and then there is basic! We expected not much for 90 quid a night, but this took the biscuit. The room has a bed and that's it...not even a bedside table to put our phone and teeth on! We had to use the small waste bin as a table, and that was the floor space used up! In the bathroom there was 1 towel between the 2 of us, and that might have wrapped round my leg ..never mind my body! Oh and your standing in the shower while your trying to pee... It reminded us a lot of toilets on a train! So yes if it's basic your after then you'll be happy! Location was good and both reception staff were very polite and pleasant!

Great budget accommodation in Glasgow city. Ideal location close to everything you would need. i.e trains, buses, restaurants, supermarkets, landmarks etc. The hotel is nice & modern & the receptionists have been lovely. The rooms also have wonderful heating. The only downside was the small size of the room, making it hard to move around with our huge bags, otherwise everything else was great & as per the description.

Spent three nights and I was very impressed. It's great value. Yes you get the basics but everything worked perfectly. Great shower. Very comfy bed. If the Aircon gets to much just call reception and they turn it off and on for you. Staff are quality. Shout out to Gary. Highly recommend!

Great location in the city centre, air conditioning was great - we went in summer when it was very hot. Bathroom was smaller than I would have liked and no kettle or tea. Could do with a shelf to put stuff on (there are compartments underneath the beds but a bedside table for a phone would have been nice). Staff was helpful and beds comfortable

Really nice hotel. I've been to the hotel in the morning to put my bags as the check-in starts at noon, Ollie very nicely and politely helped me with that. Easy access to everything. Shops and restaurants are nearby. Definitely a comfortable stay and loved that everyone was so nice. Will definitely come back😊 Happy with the service

Great location, great price, staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working so the room was very stuffy. However reception very kindly gave us a fan we could use which was a big help.

A mixed bag. Staff were first class! Room was very clean but the size of a cruise cabin toilet. No air con. I knew it never had a window, but honestly, l felt like I was suffocating. No air at all. Can't be healthy. Due another night stay but checking out tomorrow. Also, there is coffee, but no breakfast/food options, except a vending machine which just has crisps, drinks, Doritos and confectionery. At the very least, a sandwich vending machine should be available. Nowhere near, does an early, traditional, breakfast. I have serious health issues, so can't hunt down food when I wake up. Love the price, staff and cleanliness, but next time, I'd need somewhere within a minute walk, accessible food shop, or hotel breakfast option/vending machine, not just crisps and sweets/candy.

Great hotel! Basic but comfortable and excellent value for money. The rooms were clean and exactly as shown and described on the website. Brilliant location and the staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, in particular the reception staff Ollie and Freya! We look forward to booking to stay here again soon.

I've stayed here a few times now and I don't intend on going anywhere else. The rooms are clean and comfy, it's close to plenty of my favourite places and the staff are absolutely fantastic. They are kind and super helpful when there's an issue. Definitely recommend staying here
