Lovely room, neat, stylish and with everything we needed. First floor but we still had a great view. Lovely buffet breakfast. Great little pool and sauna/stream room downstairs. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Really nice hotel, absolutely spotless, check in was easy. The rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfy. Only issue i had was the hair dryer wasn’t working. The bar service was solid, had a good variety of drinks/cocktails. The restaurant’s desserts were amazing and the pints are ice cold 🤙 And plenty of parking ✅ Cleanliness ✅ Food/Drink ✅ Rooms ✅ Parking ❌ The breakfast buffet isn’t really well laid out, often found myself trying to find plates or utensils, i was a tad confused.

Great location with nice bar & restaurant but the upgraded King Premium room with River view was tiny. King bed and pillows are rock hard. Bathroom was outdated with no protection to prevent shower soaking floor outside of old bathtub. Although the food is excellent the bar staff sadly lack customer service skills.

Lovely stay at the Crowne Plaza! We were meant to be at a concert that sadly was postponed but we made the most of it and the Crowne Plaza did not disappoint. It’s in a good location to get to lots of tourist places, restaurants and entertainment. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. The rooms had fab views of the city! We had a meal voucher and the food was brilliant. We had gluten and nut free options and they were excellent. The kitchen was great with meeting our dietary needs. We also had a 20% discount on any goods and drinks which was fab. This was because we booked a room with this discount. The buffet breakfast was top notch and there was plenty of fresh hot food readily available. The coffee machine wasn’t the best and needed cleaned but that wasn’t a big issue. Staff were very attentive and helpful. You are able to use the pool after check out and it was lovely too. There is also a small gym but we didn’t use that. Booked an overnight stay for my mum's 73rd Birthday. Our room was lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. We felt very comfortable and at home and all staff were very nice. Restaurant food was delicious and the buffet breakfast was amazing.We also used the pool and hot tub before we left. We had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave

Had to queue for over two and a half hours to check in. Told it was busy because Madness were at a venue next door. I think it was because the bar had 6 staff and the Reception started with 4 then went down to 2 staff! Absolute disgrace. Told we had better for for breakfast before 8am as the hotel was full! I had no intention of doing that so ordered breakfast to our room and it was stone cold. Never again!

Excellent stay. Super clean rooms with fantastic views of the river Clyde and the city. The chief Concierge is just a real life version of Google. Answered all the questions we asked about the local area. The bar in the evening has a great vibe. Superb breakfast and some amazing local products on offer like haggis and black pudding. The service team are very attentive especially the manager on breakfast who explained the hotel was full due to quite a few events in the area. On check out we met the general manager of the hotel Mr Jason who asked us how we enjoyed our stay. Great job Crowne Plaza Glasgow 🌟

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend away to get Christmas shopping done and spend quality time together. Our 2nd time staying at The Crowne Plaza, and it did not disappoint! With beautiful views from our room and a 30-minute stroll into town, it is a perfect location to stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel was clean. We will definitely be staying here again! If you don't fancy walking into town, they have a phone at the front desk to use to call for a taxi, pricing for a taxi into town was under £10. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a two day birthday break and as an IHG platinum member, I was treated with the upmost courtesy and respect from all the staff, especially all the reception staff who were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for my birthday and gave me a little treat such as a birthday card and a box of chocolates which I thought was delightful. They put a smile on my face, so thank you so much to the reception staff for going above and beyond.. The hotel is amazing from the views to the spa treatment, which was nice for my birthday. The gym and it’s staff to all the reasonable good equipment. Overall, a fantastic experience and the hotel ticks all my boxes. I would highly recommend everyone who comes to Glasgow to book yourself at the Crowne Plaza. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Lovely hotel and food. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Came for our anniversary and had a 3 course meal which was outstanding. Room was big and clean with an amazing view! Will definitely be back. We got married at the Crowne Plaza in Edinburgh and was nice to stay in the Glasgow one! Which we actually found a lot nicer!

A tropical conference center hotel. All the basics work fine, but nothing noteworthy. The breakfast is basic and the same every day. The bar wait staff knows what they are doing, but not very attentive. The gym is truly minimalistic.

we are staying at this hotel at the moment and I must say, the rooms have already seen better days, besides being old and dark, they could also be cleaner. In the first room we were given, the AC didn't work, in the second room it works, but not as good as expected for a 4 star hotel. Oh and be prepared to take a moderately cold shower (if u dont want to wait for almost 10 min leaving the water running) in a bad lightened bath. At least the beds are big and quite comfortable. Still not sure, how this hotel can have a 4 star rating. I'm a little disappointed and sad that we have still 3 more nights to spend here.

We were there for the office Christmas Party on Thursday and the venue was fantastic. Warm greeting on arrival gave an excellent first impression to the lovely dinner (every dish arrived hot which isno mean feat on a party night) to the great DJ who had us up dancing all night. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!! 🎊🎄👏

Stayed for 2 nights for a trade union conference. It's a big modern hotel with a big car park, gym, restaurant and bar. 15 floors of bedrooms and conference room facilities. The room was big, clean, great views of the river Clyde, food was excellent. And all the staff we're very helpful.

I had dinner with my son. I had reserved a booth as my son is autistic and he runs everywhere and they accommodated me even though it was fairly busy. Food was amazing, service was amazing, everyone was doing a great job. Once we were done, we moved to the bar area and my son kept just running around and everyone was very much nice. Bar staff were great and nothing but polite.

Great room, nice view and very good staff. Food was excellent. Only niggle was that the steak offer wasn't on and we didn't find out until we were seated in the restaurant. Nevertheless, the stay was very enjoyable.

My stay was part of an event hosted at the hotel and everything was handled admirably. Rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the event space and catering was all great. The buffet breakfast was delicious and staff were diligent about keeping dishes refilled despite high traffic. The hotel made for a positive experience all around and I look forward to returning in the future when the event runs again next year.

The room was decent size. I appreciated all the soaps, shampoos, and lotions in the bathroom. There is a safe in the room. The air conditioner is a bit noisy. The hotel staff has been very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The carpet (in my room) needs a good cleaning. If you're attending something at the facilities here, this location is perfect. Picture shows location - attached indoor walkway to Armadillo and SEC, and Hydro is across the lot. Restaurant was really good. Good breakfast selection. Room service was good food, and fast delivery.
