I stayed here back in early June with my elderly grandparents. The hotel itself was clean, stunning decor, great views from our rooms and amazing location. Our rooms were very spacious and were well equipped, it was a beautiful touch filled with bottled water and Scottish chocolates. All requests such as room service and extra amenities were met, again thank you to the team. Access to the gym was a great touch too! Despite being a busy season I was the only one in the gym (which was great!). Breakfast was included, and it was one of the best buffet hotel breakfasts I have had (globally). We were very impressed. The staff were all extremely friendly from reception, to the cleaners and chef! I want to say a special thank you to Maria, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable on our weekend stay. We sure will be rebooking with Hotel Indigo Glasgow for our future Glasgow stays. I highly recommend this hotel to all.

This hotel is looking very tired in the room and especially in the bathroom the room seemed clean till you looked closer with dust on the tissue holder that hadn’t been cleaned or moved , dust at tea tray station and carpet edges needing cleaning attention. I complained to reception because our bed had no mattress protector (a basic ) and 3 pillows out of the 4 had protectors but one didn't, also the magnifying mirror did not light up and the bathroom is dark. I was told non of the mirrors worked in any of the rooms, she then apologised about the lack of protectors and said the cleaning member must have forgotten?? (What about your IHG clean promise?) I asked for it to be sorted but was told this wasn’t possible it would be tomorrow and since we were only one night it was what it was nothing done not even a follow up …. In fact we were not even asked if we enjoyed our stay on checkout. There is a massive downhill difference in the Indigo which was in the past of a higher consistent standard on all levels.

Fantastic stay experience, the rooms were very spacious, the decor was a delight - especially keeping the traditional vibe and modern features! Breakfast was amazing - there is a menu to order the classic British breakfast option which was amazing.

Great place to stay in Glasgow, right in the centre and right by the train station. The rooms are beautiful and we only stayed in a standard! Parking is next to the hotel and there’s a lovely bar and restaurant if you would like to eat there instead of the many lovely places to do so in Glasgow. Looking forward to our next stay there!

Great stay, room was a wee bit cold but found a radiator in the wardrobe which solved that. Really comfy bed abs great shower. Breakfast had loads of choice which was great. Unfortunately the cooked breakfast from the kitchens was cold every day 😩

Very happy to stay here. Front desk staff were very friendly and we were very happy with our room. Room 313 on corner of hotel. No road noise despite being on Waterloo Street side of hotel. Well decorated and quirky. Good breakfast with everything we wanted. Would definitely stay again.

Had a beautiful two night stay and loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were very accommodating and early check in was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We stayed here on a short family break and I can highly recommend this hotel. The staff were great, rooms are a bit small, but were clean and tidy. The freshly cooked breakfast was superb as well as the cereals and coffee in the self service area, and the make your own pancakes was a hit with my Daughters.

Very nice, helpful staff. Good variety of food for breakfast. Rooms decorated not really in my style(a bit weird, green glow), but overall fine. There is something weird about the building. You can hear people upstairs walking. It would be great to have some vegetables served for breakfast. Coffee could be a bit better. Overall good experience tough!!

Dropped a star because there's no mention on the website that the hotel is inside the Glasgow Low Emissions Zone (LEZ). This meant we incurred a £60 fine parking next door in the Q-Park. Would have been nice to know in advance. Less than a five minute walk to the station, and about ten to the main square - really handy. If you park in the Q-Park on Waterloo Street you save money, and it cost us £35 for two days instead of just over £50. Rooms are lovely, with huge beds, a mini fridge, and hot showers. The decor is quirky too. There were multiple times that we passed reception when there was no staff present, which feels weird to me. Not a good look seeing people wait around. However, the staff themselves are lovely and helpful. We didn't eat in the restaurant for breakfast or dinner, but I will say that the menu looked really uninspiring when you have the whole of Glasgow on the doorstep for great food. Finally, I didn't spot a wheelchair-accessible entrance. There are steps up to the main revolving door (which wouldn't fit a wheelchair in anyway) but assuming that there is one somewhere. We will definitely be back, this place is great.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Indigo. It was a great location, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were outstanding. Mark at the font desk and Mary in the restaurant were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming. The rooms could be updated a bit, but overall a great experience.

Not the biggest room considering it was one of the premium rooms but had everything you would expect including a very nice coffee machine. Location is good not great, it's not far from the City Centre it's just not as close as some. All in though a very pleasant stay and would stay again.

I would not recommend, not during a busy public holiday period anyway. Hotel says "boutique" I say dusty and tired room in need of some TLC. Stains on the sheets. Toiletries not replenished despite asking twice. Breakfast the day we got to the restaurant early was fantastic. The day we slept in the place was heaving, 40 min wait for hot food, and the continental selection not kept topped up. On a positive note the bed was super comfy and we slept really well. But we could have had a fantastic night sleep at Premier Inn for half the price.

We have stayed in multiple indigos around the UK but the quality of the rooms were the best here. Really spacious and clean. The breakfast options were limited and staff were very quiet. Parking was difficult due to location but there is free parking between 8pm and 8am which is handy if you arrive late. This allowed us to check in and then park elsewhere. I chose to park opposite the Marriott (5 min walk) as it was cheaper and allowed multiple entries and exits which was perfect for us.

Lovely city centre hotel. Spacious, well maintained room. Staff were lovely. With noting that the hot breakfast needs to be ordered. I'd already filled up on the cold buffet so missed out. Unfortunately it wasn't pointed out to be in check in or when arriving at the breakfast room.

Hotel staff went above & beyond to accommodate us on a very busy week in Glasgow. After train delayed our stay. Nice, friendly & helpful. Lunch was great too! Thank you Mark!

Very nice hotel, very helpful front desk and breakfast girls, but room was not cold enough. Room never got cleaned our whole 3 night stay. Even though I requested it twice. But wonderful place 4 star rating is good!

This place was just as expected. The decor and cleanliness were as should be. The staff were lovely and courteous on arrival and at breakfast. Breakfast was good, however felt the sausages and bacon were quite salty. One recommendation would be to move the fruit juices at Breakfast as having the cereals and coffee machines next to them, it meant the area became a bit clogged at times. All in all though a good experience.

Fantastic hotel and greag staff who sorted a booking mistake made by a colleague professionally and displayed exemplary customer service. To the lady on the desk at 10pm on Thursday, I can't thank you enough for saving the trip from being a disaster. Breakfast was a hot buffet and really good quality. Pancakes were a really nice touch, the breakfast could have done with black pudding and fried egg to be perfect. Only reason this is 4 star is the booking error which without the great staff on desk could have meant a long and early trip back.

Great beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, very nice and clean. Good breakfast. The only reason 1 star down is because no parking facilities. There is a car park opposite hotel but its fairly expensive especially if we are in and out of hotel through out the day. Apart from that we have a very lovely experience.

This hotel and its staff are absolutely lovely. Really conveniently located to Glasgow station, the rooms are decorated beautifully, and the beds are very comfortable. You can also open the windows a small way which is great for some fresh air. More than that, the staff could not have been more lovely (especially when I messed up a laundry order). I would very happily stay here again and can only thank the Hotel Indigo for a wonderful stay.

Very beautiful hotel, the room was well equipped. However it was on the dark side, there were lots of lamps but nothing bright except the bathroom. The only thing that really let this hotel down was cooked breakfasts or lack of as colleagues experienced not receiving and chasing for to see where their food was. I know I am lucky to live in Norfolk but more vegan options would be nice, or staff training on dietary requirements and what they mean.

I stayed at the hotel over night. Nice and clean room. Feel really excellent and took a good rest And nice staff at reception when check in. Location is great if you take a train here. Nearby the station. Easy to find food and shops nearby the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and staff are friendly. Car park I drove here and parked at Q-Park(just cross a road from hotel). Be reminded that asking the parking charges matter when you arrive. For your reference, I came at4pm and went out at10am next day. The price was £15 for me. Highly recommended it. Hope to help you. Enjoy 😊
