Nice hotel. Self service check in always confuses me. Trendy I guess. No real complaints. Bed comfy, great view if you want one. Fair price.

Very clean, great location, super friendly staff. The hotel is a tad bit more run down than the London hotels and when we first got there our shower was a bit dirty. Overall a great consistent place to stay for a couple nights.

The hotel in general is very welcoming with young staff members you make you feel at home. The only downside for me would be that our room was undone the second day but coffee is really good, common areas fantastic and as said staff members are very open, helpful and cheerful. Thanks!

Absoloutely spot on, rooms are fairly small but full of tech, the beds are big and comfy, the rain fall shower really clears that hangovers and I've no real complaints. Breakfast was amazing, certainly helped with the hangover... 😂 Staff super helpful when I had an issue, would as always go back again!

This is a very efficient hotel. The rooms are not what I am used to. Small space for hanging clothes very small desk space and very European sink. The hotel does provide plenty of outside the room options for working and mingling. Canteen menu is very limited but almost any other food option is available within short walk or even delivery. Rooms are setup to cast personal viewing to the tv. In room programming is very limited. If seeing the city and just having somewhere to lay your head are the goal this place will be great.

The hotel was situated in a good location for both business and leisure purposes. The best thing I enjoyed was the hotel breakfast which was really tasteful and had a nice selection of hot drinks. This is a good hotel to stay at when in Glasgow!

Great hotel, quirky, modern, a real treat if you like something a bit different. Nice bar and good breakfast. Wonderful public spaces to relax in work or have a drink.

Fair price really good prices and helpful staff. Rooms do what they say on the tin and are quite and very comfortable. Ipad and tech ideas work really well but there were plenty of helpful and friendly approachable staff in attendance if anything needed sorting. Modern, functional and actually really comfortable and relaxing good concept!!!

Cozy hotel located in the middle of the city center of Glasgow. Easily accessible by car, taxi or public transportation. Staff are really friendly and helpful. However I wasn’t extremely happy about the size of my room since I was expecting a much bigger room for the price i had paid. All in all it was a good experience.

I stayed here for work before my wonderful baby entered my world. The rooms are small but perfectly formed. The iPad controls the lights, tv etc and is easy to use. The shower is brilliant. CitizenM is well known for its branding, this id consistent & fun throughout the hotel. Make sure to actually read what is written on all the various notices like in the lifts, you won’t regret it! For breakfast you help yourself & they have a wide selection of hot & cold options. The communal dining & lounging areas are great places to meet people & are well connected to power outlets & internet. Although a great meeting place, the relaxed environment often has people sitting or working alone. There seems to be meeting rooms that can be booked as well but I have never had a need to book one of these.

5 star review as a great place, location and staff. We wouldn’t stay again as like most modern hotels the room is a sealed air conditioned box. I’m grumpy and like fresh air. Especially after a great night out drinking too much in Glasgow. Hey ho but that’s us.

The hotel is nice, in a good position, with friendly people. Also the breakfast is worth the price, with many of the classics, and some unusual that I have appreciated. But the best thing was the bed. Spacious, comfortable and firm mattress: I simply loved that bed. The room is small, but is well designed, at the right temperature and with all we need. The only problem I found is that it doesn't have its own parking, but there is a private parking place in the area (300m distance), about ÂŁ15 for a single night. Not perfect, but one of the best hotel experiences I've had in the UK so far, for a reasonable price.

Very pleasant stay. Beds were really comfortable. Very central and close by to everywhere we needed to go. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything very easy to work/access. Nice touches. Woke up to a lovely sunrise

Genuinely such a lovely hotel, in an amazing location with the friendliest staff going. I stayed in the citizenM for a night, and was surprised at just how at home I felt, straight away. The bed is massive and so comfy. The room, while small, felt spacious. I loved being able to control every aspect of the room from the app, so I could make sure that the room was warmed/cooled and the lights were on, ready for me coming back after spending the day in Glasgow. The living room concept, on the first floor, was just such a lovely place to spend an hour or two at the end of the day, with a cup of tea. The staff just made you feel so at home, willing to have a chat and were so friendly the entire time. My only complaint, is while everything felt so polished, there were just a couple of things here and there that tarnished the polish: there were stains on the table in the bedroom, the leather by the bed was ripped in places and there were a few scuffs and marks in the room. I'd highly recommend the hotel though, and will be staying again next time I'm in Glasgow.

Brilliant hotel, massive beds, super friendly staff that really want to help. Breakfast was a nice selection but ran out very quickly. Took ages to replenish even after requesting basics like eggs and bread. Either a planning g or staffing issue or both. Very little was put out in the hot food and was only put in the oven when it was already empty.

What a cool hotel! Location is nice and central so we could still use the train to get places and walk around the city. The room was very comfortable, clean, and unique. Staff were lovely, and the restaurant was enjoyable as well. Great stay.

Rooms spotless. Best bed I have ever slept in away from home. The atmosphere was so good. Every member of staff were super friendly. Especially the women working on the canteen on night shift. She was fabulous. Will only stay here when travelling to Glasgow from now on.

Perfect place for our globally-distributed team of 5 to meet and work together for a week. Rooms are small but efficient & well appointed. Restaurant is serviceable and food is fine. Location is centrally located. Their “societyM” meeting rooms were easy to use, well stocked with coffee, tea, whiteboards & and easy to use A/V setup. Staff made everything easy. A great experience.

Love this place! The ambassadors are amazing and super friendly. When we booked this spot we didn’t realize the rooms were “micro-rooms” at first we were surprised but then warmed up to how efficient they were and how much it encouraged us to leave our room and spend time in the “living room”. The living room has a bar and great furniture to accommodate any mood. You can sit up for breakfast or slouch back in a big comfy chair at the end of the day. It is spacious, clean and smells great! If I ever return to Glasgow, this would be my home away from home!
