(USA Tourist) I was really impressed with this hotel. I have traveled for over a week in Scotland, and this is the nicest hotel that I’ve stayed in around this price range. The room is spacious, and everything was clean. The front desk associate was helpful.

Really impressed with this place. Stayed midweek. Super cheap and smack bang in the centre. Room very very clean, and had everything I needed. Very modern TV, good WIFI, comfortable bed. Really great value for money. Breakfast was really good too! lots of hot options when i stayed- staff very nice too. I would definately stay here again!!

Pretty solid. The rooms are great, comfy beds, decent bathroom. One thing to note is that the floors are very creeky and loud. Walking around at night is bound to wake someone in the same room up. The breakfast is pretty decent, a few options. Staff were very friendly! The wifi here is really bad however. Speeds of less than 1mpbs up/down.

We stayed here on our way to Fort William for Christmas. Debbie was brilliant from the get go, redirecting us to the discounted car park. Really friendly helpful staff. Hotel excellent location. Clean modern very comfortable. Buffet breakfast. We would come back in a heart beat. Highly recommended.

Very central location. Basic clean accommodation which was expected because of the reasonable price but did not expect such a choice for breakfast. Well done guys. Staff very cheerful and helpful would go back again for a few nights.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. The bed was big and comfortable and the bedroom was small but efficient. The free Wi-Fi was slow and turned out to be difficult to watch movies in streaming platforms. No safe box available in the room. The deal (discounted price per 24 hours) with the car park (NCP Glasgow The Glasshouse) nearby was perfect to leave our car during our stay.

This hotel is great for a couple of nights in Glasgow. One thing that I did notice though is that it is extremely focussed on tourists. There are cone ceiling lights, Gerry Cinnamon plays when you turn on the television, there are posters mentioning "scran", the wallpaper in the rooms has cranes and pictures of the armadillo amongst other things. As someone who is Scottish and stays nearby to Glasgow this just seemed rather... odd. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the bar/reception area was a nice place to be. The pizza and pint deal is ok but it's very obviously a Chicago town you get although, nothing wrong with that, it was nice 😅.

A friend and I stayed for 1 night. The hotel was in a great loction and the rooms were perfect. A tiny bit of wear and tear, but nothing that bothered us. The beds are very comfortable. All the staff were lovely. Breakfast was great. It was lovely to be able to sit in the bar/reception area for a drink or a coffee. We'd definitely visit again.

Great one night stay despite the Glasgow weather. Check in was straightforward. Room was modern and clean, allbeit fairly compact. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Would definitely stay again.

I really appreciated the quirky design of this hotel and it's excellent central location. The room was comfortable and clean with lifts to all floors and the breakfast choice was excellent. There were two downsides to our stay, the window of our room looked into a central courtyard and there was very little light. We had to put all the lights on as soon as we entered the room. Secondly, although the bed was really comfortable the pillows were solid and as a result we both had a really poor night's sleep. It's a shame because I really wanted to like the hotel but I doubt we would use it again.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, great breakfast and perfect location for a short city break. Surprisingly quiet for a city location. Highly recommended. Especially enjoyed the tea and coffee making facilities in the lounge/dining area which was pleasant to sit in.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful and polite. The location is great. Hence, the overpriced rate for a nights stay

Stayed 2 nights with 2 guests in a queen room - advertised as budget friendly, so the rooms are on the smaller side. Our original room AC was leaking, so we were moved next door. Things we liked: -AC -Location (minutes from train stations & bus stop to airport) -Decent comfort beds -Mostly blackout curtains -Can get ice/water at front desk -Outlets & desk for laptop -Affordability Could've been better: -Low shower water pressure -Hairs in the shower before we used it

Clean and nice hotel. Some of the rooms are actually interior to the building, but they have a courtyard with windows making it feel like it's an exterior room. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were well furnished. The hotel is located near the train station and the Strathclyde University. Lots of shopping and transportation nearby.

An unplanned overnight in Glasgow led me to stay here, and I couldn't have found a better place. Staff were friendly and efficient, facilities are easy and clean, and the room was immaculate.

We stayed here as a group for a corporate event recently and the customer service was really outstanding from the minute we got there. Rooms super clean, breakfast great, everyone very friendly and helpful. One lady receptionist was fantastic with one of our group who became ill and had to delay her flight home. The staff really can't do enough for you and I found it really above and beyond - better than some 5* hotels I've stayed in!! Highly recommend.

Just had two nights here, ideal location in the heart of Glasgow. An ultra trendy hotel, lovely decor and spotlessly clean. Unusually reception is on the first floor along with a chic bar restaurant , loved it.

Unbelievable stay. So refreshing to stay at a hotel and a business that just “accommodates” it’s guests. Everyone from the staff was wonderful. Literally better than a 5 star hotel. Nice. Clean. Accommodating. Everything you need and more. 10/10

Its clean and funky hotel , staff are very helpful, kind and lovely. I stayed here almost 5 times since pandemic. Its way better now because they kept changing towels which i really love. And kept tidying up the room. The only downside is there is no Small wee fridge , inside the hotel room. Hopefully for the future they will considering putting some wee fridge inside the room. Other than that, I highly recommended their hotel in glasgow city centre st george square!❤️

I could walk out the hotel doors and have access to shopping, art gallery, bus station and choose from many coffee shops and restaurants. The room was clean and updated. The front desk was very helpful which was much appreciated as this was my first time in Scotland and was on my own. My son had booked and paid for the room so no comments on their prices.

Super friendly reception staff which makes a nice change compared to other hotels i often use. Room was clean and comfortable and best of all its next door to my favourite restaurant in Glasgow, Thundercats.

Great location in the City centre, rooms were clean and quiet. Nice common area at reception where we were able to meet up and have a cup of tea and a chat as we were part of a larger group. Reasonably priced considering the location.

Everything about this hotel screamed budget hotel/room to lay my head online. No frills. I was very surprised to arrive and find every expectation I had of this place met and exceeded. The room was clean. Very roomie. Staff were super and the common area was well kept.

Conveniently located. The staffs are very friendly. We got assigned a bit larger room on the 8th floor as a silver Accor member. Also got a welcome treat in the room which made my day. The room is quiet and clean. I also like the pinkish colour in the bathroom. The breakfast is sufficient. Overall, it's a pleasant stay in Glasgow.

My wife and I stayed here for one night whilst visiting Glasgow for a gig. This hotel is excellently located. Bedroom was basic but did the job. Comfortable bed. I liked the tunnocks tea cake treat. Interesting and quite quirky interior in the building. Friendly staff. Breakfast was not great.
