The hotel is located in a nice site, it is next to the train station very easy to access. As you enter into the hotel, the outside and the reception looks stunning, including the elavators. However, once you start making your way up to the rooms, you will get disappointed at how poorly and old it looks,is a case of don't judge a book by its fine cover. My room looked old, less than I would expect of premier inn, less than the standards. Throughout my stay, about 5 days, my room or sheets wasn't cleaned at all. The management need to renovate and upgrade their housekeeping. The good part is, their staffs are polite and professional, free breakfast. So if you are looking for an affordable hotel, with less luxury or standard, you might want to stay. Throughout my experience with different hotels in the UK, I have never seen a hotel with this low standards.

Only booked this hotel as most of others were fully booked! Wish we hadn't, the price should have warned us! Staff were very nice but as for hotel! Very run down, definitely needs lots TLC. Our room, everything had been removed- no bedside tables/shelves, there were holes on surfaces where there had obviously been some form of shelving, lights weren't working, there were holes in the bedframe. Shabby, didn't feel clean. The fire alarm even had a metal cage protector!!! Strange πŸ€”We have stayed in lots of Premier hotels with no complaints but this one takes the biscuit. Sorry but apart from location we will not be back.

A premier Inn that hasn't been updated to their usual standards. It's an old office block that's been converted to a premier Inn many years ago and doesn't look like it's been touched much since then. Restaurant not bad but the rest to dated to be believed. Very convenient for kings theatre that's why I used it. Small TVs in rooms. Only use if you require for somewhere near here otherwise avoid

This building and fittings do not meet the minimum expected standards of Premier Inn. The bar, restaurant, rooms and common areas were in dire need of attention and a paintbrush, new carpets and soft furnishings, curtains without pinholes and new veneers and bathroom fittings. However, the saving grace was the staff and their friendly attention and service. They deserve a better working environment and should be especially commended for their positivity in the face of such decay around them.

Facilities in the room are nice. The space is also kept clean and hygienic. The staff are very friendly too, especially those at the reception. My only grudge is that their kitchen/restaurant wasn't functional during the time I stayed.

Absolutely filthy. Room was terribly dirty. Bed not made properly although linen reasonably clean but some stain marks. Only given 1 bath sheet for 2 people asked for another one but not given to us. A friend had booked it for us as we was supposed to be going as a group but I’d never use this particular premier inn again. The motorway premier inn’s are much nicer and much cleaner

The bar, restaurant and hotel rooms are extremely out of date. All you can eat breakfast was sub standard and my room was not straightened up and replenished with tea / coffee / milk / sugar or fresh towels. I have had much better accommodation and service from hostels.

A hotel that has clearly seen its best days back in the previous millennia, but then also in line with the pricing, paid around 70 EUR for a night, whilst the majority of hotels in glasgow were going for anything up from 120 or 200 and up for a night. I had a pretty decent double bed, a shower and a view overlooking Glasgow in a 7th floor corner room. Didn't find WiFi but then again didn't really need it either on this stay, so it didn't bother me. The Charing cross metro station ATM was literally busted in, fairly telling of the neighborhood I suppose? πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ Over all it served its purpose and there weren't any nasty surprises so considering the price a good experience, with no major complaints from me.

Very friendly and helpful staff, cooked breakfast lovely and made to order if requested eg scrambled eggs or boiled egg. Not much choice if you didn't want a cooked breakfast. I think the hotel needs a little TLC and refurbishment. Rooms very cold as heating was not working. We were given a little oil heater which took the chill off the room only when it had been on for several hours. When talking to other guests it appeared that no one had heated rooms. Location and parking was excellent. An easy 20 minutes walk into city centre but around the corner from the hotel there were lots of good restaurants and bars.

Won't be returning back here . Won't be recommending this to anyone. Only good thing staff at reception was polite and nice

As one of the oldest Premier Inns I was expecting it to be a little dated, but honestly this really needs gutted and fully refurbed. Old fashioned, poor lighting in bedrooms, badly in need of new fittings, carpets and needs decorating. Really it needs to be closed, gutted and reopened. Staff where lovely, and service at breakfast was great however there was only 2 other people there at the time we were in. We stayed for convenience of how close it was to the Kings Theatre but to be honest I wouldnt stay there again until it had been improved.

We arrived with a group of 7 people on May 14, 2022. We waited a very long time for rooms, even though I had room reservations, we didn't get any information about W-f access or any other information. My room was at number 306, very dark, half the light was not working, instead of shower gel there was hand soap. There were no employees in the corridors who could help. It was not clean, tails of rubbish on the floor, everything was old ... I am not satisfied with the standard.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ An excellent experience at Miller and Carter tonight. The food came out quickly and was so incredibly delicious - the steak was cooked to perfection and the beef dripping sauce was to die for! All steaks come with house fries they can up upgraded to chunky chips or sweet potato fried but we honestly...
