Good,
but
not
great.
The
staff
were
very
friendly,
very
willing
to
help.
There
weren't
enough
of
them
though.
The
common
areas
of
the
hotel
are
too
small
for
the
number
of
guests
-
with
massive
queues
at
check-in
and
breakfast
was
extremely
disappointing.
For
the
price
you
should
just
walk
up
the
street
to
a
cafe
-
we
didn't
and
instead
were
"treated"
to
a
free-for-all
of
so-so
food,
with
guests
milling
around
each
other
and
the
tables
to
try
and
find
what
they
needed.
I
can
not
stress
enough
how
inappropriately
small
the
breakfast
area
is
for
the
number
of
guests.
Food
quality
wasn't
great,
but
tolerable,
however
the
cost
was
high
and
having
promised
a
"free
breakfast"
if
you
became
a
member
I
was
then
told
that
would
only
apply
to
my
next
booking,
which
also
made
me
think
less
of
the
experience.
The
room
was
very
small,
so
not
suitable
for
two
people
if
you're
there
for
many
days,
but
the
bed
was
comfortable,
the
bathroom
was
great,
and
the
windows
kept
the
street
noise
out
extremely
well.
I
would
have
given
3.5/5
if
that
were
possible
-
with
a
5
for
the
staff,
a
4
for
the
room,
and
a
2
for
the
breakfast.
Also
be
aware
that
this
isn't
exactly
a
location
with
"character",
they've
given
it
a
"train"
theme,
but
it's
not
really
authentic
to
itself
in
any
way...
Treat
it
as
a
clean,
quiet
hotel
that's
just
across
the
street
from
Glasgow
central
(10
minutes
from
Queen's),
have
breakfast
at
the
Rivertrail
cafe
or
similar,
and
you
won't
be
as
disappointed.
