Stayed for the evening before my Holland flight, excellent location for city centre and bus shuttle to airport. Nice atmosphere in the bar and swift check in, polite and friendly staff always happy to assist. Will absolutely return to this IHG property despite the multiple other options in the city 😊

It’s a lovely place, a absolute 10/10! The rooms were clean with their IHG promise, and they even gave us a cup of tea at arrival (the water boiler was stained though :( ). Overall a fantastic stay with a beautiful architecture. Nice position next to a restaurant. The buffet was lovely, with a well-designed English breakfast. There also were some fruits and fruit salad that you could have with yogurt. A nutritious breakfast for a hotel! The service here is perfect! In Scotland it’s great! They helped us when we checked out with our luggage! A lovely place, in the center of Glasgow.

I have stayed here twice. Once for business, and once with my wife for a shopping trip. There is a car park across the street that is easily accessible. The hotel is welcoming with a cosy small bar area. I ate alone in the restaurant and enjoyed the food. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Buchanan Street for a shopping trip. Breakfast was nice. Will definitely return. My favourite Glasgow IHG hotel.

Friendly, pleasant staff. Room was spotless (I am usually really meticulous with this when checking things over). Great facilities and brilliant central location, however the room was still nice and quiet despite being so central and near a busy road. Breakfast was also lovely as expected for a hotel breakfast. Keen to stay again.

This is the best Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at, it was perfect! Breakfast was fresh and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We did not have a single issue. Perfectly quiet at all times despite the hotel being fully booked. Location was very convenient near the bus station, restaurants, and next to Caledonian University, where I attended a conference. Rooms are small and a bit dark but we didn’t spend much time in there anyways.

We brought our Granddaughter for a two night stay the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful . The location was excellent which was easy access to the Pavilion theatre, pictures, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our breakfast in the hotel and the staff were very attentive. A very successful two days,

When checking in. The young man and woman on reception were very unwelcoming and when they cannot find your booking from name, I am made to feel like a burden. Until I show them a booking reference instead to check in. Lovely hotel and location. Brilliantly clean room, shame about the reception staff (basic customer service training wouldn't go a miss here).

A great stay. There on business and found the rooms fine. Location spot on and service by the hard working staff perfect. The morning breakfast was well run.

Pros: Value for money if comes under 100 GBP. Cleanliness in the Room and ambiance in the entrance. Professionalism of every staff person We engaged. Cons: 1. The walls in the lobby/outside the room look dirty. 2. Lift was not working for constant 2-3 days. 3. Outside the window in the room, very dirty and Useless things were dumped on the terrace/gallery-like place. Lift was not working for more than 2/3 days; most of the customers complained about this, including us. Staff was very polite and talked very professionally, but in the end, the hotel did not solve the problem in that time.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are nice, clean, and decently sized. My only complaint is the lack of a fridge in the room. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay in Glasgow.

First time in this particular Holiday Inn but we will definitely be back as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t fault the reception staff who were very friendly and welcoming and the room, very comfortable bed and smallish but perfectly adequate bathroom were all spotlessly clean. Excellent!

I can't fault our stay for the price paid and class of hotel. Their greatest asset is their staff all were very helpful friendly especially reception. The hotel is centrally located to theatrea, everything and the town just walking distance. The car park adjacent if staying overnight is £8 if you validate whilst staying at the hotel so that a bonus. We had the penthouse Renoir suite which was comfortable, spacious and I would highly recommend for family with small kids or 2 pre-teens. All rooms have a skylight that bring in lots of sunshine or light during the day. Breakfast was mix continental and hot foods served its purpose, we found 8:30am to 10am a busy breakfast time and you have to look around for your own table. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and hotel stays true to its IHG brand.

This holiday in is clean and tidy. It breakfast is great with lots to choose from. The rooms I found very hot and was unable to cool it down. Also the rooms are standard with no microwave to cook any food. It would be nice if they put a small microwave in the rooms so people could prepare an evening meals whilst avoiding extortionate restaurants bills. The price of the room is also variable depending on the season or events that may be on in the city!

0verall a very good hotel. Great city centre location, friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean well equipped attractive modern decor, beds very comfortable. Ideal for theatre concert shops and restaurants. Negatives are no parking but reduced rates available for this hotel across the road in secure carpark. Breakfast good quality and choice but on my two day stay only lukewarm. Standard twin quite small

Rooms are small but spotless. Staff very helpful. Location is perfect right in city centre across from John Lewis store. Restaurant very busy, 45 minute wait if you wanted room service when I visited. Advise to make reservations. There are loads of eateries just down the street from hotel so you won't be stuck either way.

Was made to feel like I was at home, staff always on hand to help. The bar/Restaurant staff very welcoming and very professional. Joe's knowledge of local communities was outstanding. Peter's customer service exceptionally great very professional for a young man. Dominikia was very professional and had a great knowledge of local whisky's. Micheal's customer service is very professional. All in all very friendly staff at the hotel. Would happily stay here again should have an option for ten stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Asked for a quiet room when I was asked Given room 425. Road noise is horrible. Too late to move everything now and ask for a new room. Don’t think I’ll be sleeping well here. Nightmare. Working tomorrow. Otherwise hotel is ok but don’t recommend for a good night sleep.

Reserved a room at Holiday Inn Express for my wife and I as we were going to The Theatre Royal for the Bowie Experience. Standard room, double bed, breakfast included. When we got there we checked in and went to our room and found two dingle beds. We called front desk and they said that was all they had. Went back to the front desk where they told me since I had booked a standard room it come with either 2 single beds or a double. They then said that was the only room they had left. Later we found out that they lied because once we found somewhere else to stay we tried to rebook for same night, however while rooms with double beds were available they were only available for £30 more, roughly. Simply a matter of bait and switch. While we were trying to get or sorted the two women at the front desk were more concerned about which tan was better - Carribean or Mediterranean - than providing proper customer service. IHG should be embarrassed having employees like this providing front office services. With so many properties to choose from nobody should book a room there.

Great hotel close to Glasgow Queens St Station so easy access to get to Edinburgh for a day trip. Also there is a Cinema opposite the hotel so got to pop in for a movie. But overall great access to the city centre Hats off to the housekeeping team for a 10/10 in cleaning of the rooms and thank you to the amazing reception team especially the guy checking me in. Great stay overall and happy to stay again in the future when I come back to Glasgow.

Friendly staff and comfortable room, I had an executive room which was clean. Room had a bath, TV, ironing board and coffee/tea. Breakfast if not included in your rate is reasonably priced at £10 and includes hot food. Overall the hotel is fine, if a little tired looking. I would stay here again. The 4 star rating is because I thought it a bit expensive.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This website will compare countless hotel sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed. Wonderful stay from checking in to check out. Nothing is too much bother for staff to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Very Covid safe which was so reassuring. Fantastic from check in staff to housekeeping and breakfast service staff. Two minutes from the Royal Concert Halls. Parking in multi-storey opposite
