This review is long overdue. If you are a light sleeper or like sleep at all book somewhere else. I was supposed to stay here 3 nights December 19-22 and ended up leaving the next day to a different hotel. I do understand that it is in a busy location but many other places I have stayed are and there has never been an issue with the noise for me. Besides the noise the rooms where not properly cleaned at all. The bed had stains and also the carpet. Parts of the living room floor & bedroom felt like it was caving in. In the next morning a handy man came in unannounced , we never requested anything to be fixed. We were not notified of this. another thing to point out he came in wearing no mask, you would assume the hotel would do their best to protect their guests at that point in time. When checking in and out I was the only one that was talking to both women at the front desk but when doing so both of them just kept looking and directing their answers to my husband like i was not even there. The only one good thing is that they refunded me for the nights I did not stay.

Great value for money. You really can't complain with the price and location of these apartments. We had an apartment looking into George Square, it had a huge living area. You would be hard to find better location, value for money, great interior, facilities in a hotel in the area. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely unbeatable location, it’s in the middle of everything so great for travelers. The apartments themselves are nice and simply decorated, although the cleanliness could do with some work. Our apartment had a dirty shower and dirty kitchenware. Overall though the staff are nice and the place does it’s job!

This is for Bath street not St George's Stayed here for 3 nights in August 2022. Very pleasant and helpfull staff, apartment excellent, well looked after, clean. It's really well placed for a walk into the centre of Glasgow and lots of bars and restaurants close by. The only downside was that the apartment was boiling and the fans provided did little to cool things down, sadly you can't open the windows and it made sleeping a little hard. Will happily come back though.

Great location but property could be much improved. When you first walk in to the building it smelled like hot garbage on the lower floor. The smell did not get much better on the other floors. The photos of the apartment make it appear super clean and fresh. Our room was far from that. It felt super dingy and stale on the inside. The bathroom tile was pretty gross and seemed like it had not been scrubbed cleaned in a while. We left upon arrival.

Essential travel travel and a stay for NHS staff. We really appreciated that help in a very difficult time for us. Great location, easy way to get there, very convenient check it. Apartment is new, clean and well equipped. (Cups, glasses, wine opener, pots, plates, fridge, washing machine, iron even a cooler/fan to plug in) No need to bring anything with you. Highly recommended. Just waiting now when we can travel again when we are back to normal.

Great location, spacious flat with competitive prices when compared to a hotel. Relatively quiet for city center location if you get a flat facing away from the street. General standard of flat satisfactory however windows are showing signs of wear and tear. A good option for a family who prefer to live together and have kitchen facilities and living space rather than two hotel rooms. Beds are very comfortable but relatively narrow for doubles.

I liked how the apartment is big enough. Although it was noisy a bit there were Christmas market near by but we enjoyed the visit. Supermarket and coffee shops are near by and most importantly the train station.

Hi very decent clean and tidy rooms and friendly staff. I have marked the overall rating down however due to the fact that we upgraded to one of the 4 penthouse apartments on the top floor mainly for the balcony view. These however are not accessible at all due to their insurance policy not allowing access, nothing on their website to state this and they also show off the lovely balconies and views from them on the website - so very miss leading. Website also states a welcome bottle of wine but again nothing supplied. There is a note about the balconies being unavailable towards the bottom of a very very long email (one of a few emails they send) but very easily missed.

Very generous space, clean and comfortable and generally in pretty good condition. Secure entry by pin when you leave the building. Central location is amazing for getting to things but also a bit noisy on the other side of things. Reception is pretty basic and not manned all the time. Whole building seemed to be unbearably hot despite heating being off. All in though quite a comfortable alternative to a hotel if you want a bit more space.

We stayed here in mid September for 4 nights. This is our second stay here. The 6th floor room was lovely, very clean, with attentive staff to help our stay be the best. We appreciated the location close to rail stations and public transportation making it easy to get around. Our only complaint would be on one night the noise from late night partiers at the local fish and chip shop trying to sober up.

You couldn't ask for a better location, right next to George Square! The rooms were okay, the bed was comfortable but really high off the ground so awkward for short people/children. All amenities are provided, including tea/coffee sachets, milk and sugar. The furniture is basic but comfortable. The flooring was a bit worn in places but not too bad. We had an apartment with no view but some apartments had amazing views on the top floor. Overall, if you just need somewhere for a short stay, you would do fine here.

Overall, it was a good experience. The unit was spacious and comfortable. There was an issue with the washer...but their maintenance team...one gentleman in particular who was so friendly and great to chat to. I felt bad about bringing up issues and one time it was me not reading the label...and he didn't make me feel ridiculous. He is the main reason I'm giving it a 5 πŸ˜…. I was actually hoping for them to send a "how did we do" email just so I could point out how friendly and great he was! Also they have a whatsapp number which is very responsive...a lot easier than going down to reception to bring up any issues. As well, the unit had all of the manuals on how to use things. The only thing is it can get noisy because you're in the city centre but the streets will be quiet by midnight.

I stayed here recently over a 5 week period. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. The apartment was brilliant and right in the centre of town. All the stuff was there if you wanted to cook for yourself or plenty of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk I would strongly recommend staying here and will definitely be booking here if back in Glasgow

😠 We stayed there on 22nd April. From booking to staying at night- bad experience. An 18th Century building, single glazed windows, wooden floor with no under-layer, cold house. First the owner wrote me check in time is between 4-7pm, I said booking site mentioned check-in time is after 1pm. Then she...
