You won't find a warmer welcome , more comfortable stay or better value for money than the Seton. Eric and Leslie are such nice people. The B+B was ideally situated for my visit to the Emirates Arena, but its only a short bus ride into town. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and breakfast was freshly made to individual taste. You couldnt find a better place for a short stay in Glasgow

Pros: Hosts were awesome! Eric was super helpful with recommendations and directions! Thank you. Breakfast was phenomenal and so convenient. Bathroom was good size. Would DEFINITELY recommend and would stay again!! Cons: The room size was a bit small for 2 and big luggage but we made it work. The neighboring buildings nearby were not the best kept up/clean and unfortunately detracted the overall appeal of the street.

A home away from home run by a lovely welcoming couple. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. This place will be my first choice if I am in Glasgow again.

What a night we had one of most wonderful and peaceful nights we have had in the uk , the host was great and really lovely the room was great and soo comfortable, definitely coming back again .10/10

Lovely little hotel, nice and quiet. Amazing shower 🚿 and 🛌 bed we slept like a log. Easy walking from Glasgow Green. Hair dryer in the room and complimentary hair products in the bathroom. The only negative was that there was no decafe coffee/tea in the room.

Loved everything about Seton house. The hosts were so welcoming. Fab location. Comfortable beds and good sized rooms. Free parking was a bonus

Very nice hotel located close to city centre. We booked small room but no breakfast si can't comment on that but hosts were friendly, explained everything and helpful when asked about local area. Really recommend the place.

Beautifully decorated guest house with a spacious, clean room that had plenty to offer. Our family had to stay here on a very short notice and Seton Guest House were extremely friendly, hospitable and understanding. Situated in a great exciting location in the East End of Glasgow (Dennistoun), I highly recommend staying here if you wish to explore the many great things Glasgow has to offer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Made welcome from the moment I arrived, owner talking to me, using my Christian name made me feel like we were pals. Couldn't be more helpful with advice about getting to the venue I was going to that evening

This was a nice place,It was a straightforward checking in,no problems at all.The owners are friendly,helpful and welcoming.The room was nice and modern,bright.The bed was comfy and I had a decent sleep for a change.There is a little garden out the back with tables and chairs and it was nice to sit there in the sun.It is situated close to shops,supermarkets,bars,restaurants and takeaways,There is a train station 5 min walk around the corner and easy accessible from the east or west.I enjoyed my night stay here and would certainly recommend this place if you ever need accommodation in the area

Eric and Leslie are the best host's! They waited up for us to check in, since we arrived later in the evening. Eric even upgraded our room 2ith no extra charge! The room was beautiful! Everything was very clean, and breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely welcome, very clean and great breakfast. Lesley and Eric were very helpful and friendly. Great location for Barrowland (15 minute walk) and not too far from city centre. Good that parking was available Would recommend

Beautiful house, the owners have really given this place lots of tlc. Very comfortable room, new modern shower room. Very attentive owners obviously keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Cooked breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Will definitely be back.
