Clean, reasonable prices and easy reach of city centre. Google says free breakfast, it has changed (it was always paid for by the higher room rate). There are two options currently of room only (cheaper) or room with continental breakfast. Room only that wants to add breakfast later is £2.50 per person.

Absolute bargain. Cant speak highly enough about this place. Great for contractors

The location is good for city centre and hydro. Basic but clean, breakfast was sufficient with no cooked options.

I didnt want to even give this 1 star as it was awful but I have to as i cant leave a review otherwise. Very old and shappy place. The carpet in our room was dirty, stained with burn holes in it and smelled. The wallpaper and ceiling was dirty, and badly needing replaced / painted. The furnishings were old and dated. The place smelled of damp. The breakfast was the most basic and cheapest you could get. The toilet was very noisy to flush. I'm afraid the only good thing I can say is that the bed linen was clean. We wanted to leave immediately and go somewhere else but everywhere was fully booked. Thankfully it was only 1 night we had booked. Definitely won't be back.

Good points - it was cheap and the location is incredible. Bad points - decor, shower (red hot or ice cold), smelled damp, towels were just one towel ripped in half.

My room was nice and clean and considering the location I think that's a great value for money.

Good price but essential rooms and a basic breakfast

Very bad service. After checking in, the receptionist basically disappeared. Called the number and no one picked up.
