The place was just perfect for a weekend get away. Tom, the man in charge of the place was very welcoming. He served us coffee right as we reached. We were there for three days and the breakfast which was included was really good. It felt just like home made food. Room service was remarkable. The rooms were big enough with detached bathrooms. The storage shelf was big enough as well. The vibe of the place is outstanding. They do have street parking available which was comfortable. Overall it was a great experience. Tom did mention that the bookings could be done through them directly rather than doing through Bookings.com which would still get you discounted rates if asked for.

Double booked accommodation, not once but twice! Was literally thrown out of the secondary accommodation as Tom the owner had once again overbooked! He and his wife were incredibly rude and aggressive and literally evicted 4 pensioners all over the age of 70 (one was 82!) and in the rain!!! No help to find them alternative accommodation. Terribly traumatic experience. Breakfast was also awful. Avoid at all costs! Not good at running a business and terrible lack of manners and care. AVOID!!!

A wonderful experience at this lovely place. Big shout out to Tom - who was a great host and very welcoming. Right from the start to the end of the stay he was there to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The place is more like home away from home. Highly recommended and look forward to visiting again.

Disgusting place. Evicted 4 old people after 1 night. Came from all over the world for a sibling reunion and was absoultley ruined by the owner of this place, Tom. Avoid at all costs, do NOT stay here!!!!

Tom is an amazing host. Very friendly, helpful and flexible. The breakfast was very large and filled me for half of the day. Parking is available on the street and it is free. The room was warm, clean, had a small fridge with milk, orange juice, water and yoghurt. Amazing large lounge with DVD and books. Will be definitely coming back!

Had a real good time in Glasgow and not really stopped in a Bed and Breakfast before so didnt know what to expect. Tom was really helpful on advice of where to go and so was his staff. Full English style buffet breakfast was good as well as options for cereal and fruit etc. Slept well in the room, the house was warm, clean and comfortable. There was a small problem with one of the drains in the shower room but Tom fixed this straight away and apologised for the inconvenience, however this was beyond his control so he didn't need to do so. Would love to go back and stop again.

Tom is such a great host, felt like a home from home. Highly recommend this B and B. You can walk to Glasgow Cathedral and the Necropolis from house. Good restaurants nearby. A house full of character, not just another bland chain Hotel. Very clean and good breakfast.

Nice room. I liked the atmosphere real old fashioned b&b feeling. Nice breakfast together with fellow guests. Bit remote from the city centre although you can walk there in 25 min

Visited Glasgow recently for a friend's wedding, and I'm so glad that we booked this fantastic bed and breakfast on the edge of the city! The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were an absolute delight. The minute we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Tom, who was kind enough to make us some tea and provide us with a map of the city. The location is close to a bus stop so it's easy to commute to anywhere in Glasgow, and it's clear that they put effort into making you feel at home. We will definitely book here again if we're back for a visit, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay!

The host was amazing and very friendly. Rooms nice and big. Bed was comfortable. Price was cheap and only a 10min bus ride from city centre. Domino's pizza, subway sandwich, coop foods and Iceland foods just up the road

We had a very nice two night stay. We had good sized room with a shared bath. It is not fancy, but reasonably price accommodations in a good area. The breakfast was a full Scottish breakfast with more than enough food. Lots of options. Rooms are upstairs with no elevator. Good restaurants in the neighborhood and decent access to several bus lines.

Fantastic little bed and breakfast. Every morning there's a communal breakfast that is fantastic, and the hosts were very welcoming and kind. Definitely staying again the next time we find ourselves in glasgow.
