I lived in the Premier Suite in Bath Street, the service is very poor, the staff is not helpful except in rare cases, and the apartment is cleaned only once a week, and yet the level of cleaning is not good, the location of the apartment is in a noisy place, and the ventilation is not good, as the windows cannot be opened. There is a receptionist in this place, but communication via WhatsApp is impractical and useless. My experience is very bad.

It was the first time and the last time l will book in this apartment the service is really bad and the windows doesn’t open 😡and my family is not happy with the service … They don’t have reception in bath street… Stuffy apartment 😵😵thy DON’T CLEAN very well 🥴….

Excellent location ,squeaky clean apartment ,was very looked after ,cannot say more .I hope they can maintain their standards .As and when I am back in Glasgow this is where I would want to stay.

Good location- 15 mins form Glasgow Central Station. Staff very helpful via email and phone with accommodating my late arrival (thanks Rebeccah!) and the inability of my phone to download an app. Clean, large apartment with all the usual amenities. More milk in the fridge to go with the nice coffee machine would have have been good. Be aware there are two entrances- you need to find the right one for your apartment.

I had a such a wonderful stay at PS Bath St. The apartment was luxurious, and the service and friendliness of the staff extraordinary. They always went above and beyond to help, and really made me feel like I was at home. The location was great – very convenient and central, yet the apartment still quiet. Brilliant stay – thank you!

i’m extremely disappointed with the customer service, the mobile key card wasn’t working and the woman took over an hour to arrive, whilst previously saying she would take 40 mins. my two children sat outside the room at midnight waiting for someone to arrive. i don’t understand why there isn’t atleast one staff member on-site or atleast nearby. honestly mortified by the way things are being run here. avoid.

Stayed here for six months. Staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating to all our requests. Great location and comfortable rooms for short and long stays.

Excellent accommodations.....no AC though but fans were helpful for the warm weather ...would use them next time in Glasgow...housekeeping was sporadic ...things requested were not done even though we wrote it down as requested..also no frying pan??????
