    Anytime you phone this practice you have to deal with receptionist with the most disgusting attitudes to people in need of help. Suffering from panic attacks myself I hate contacting my doctors I will avoid After being laughed at and mocked by 2 of them I have no other choice but to escalate this further. People with mental issues should not under no circumstances have to go through this !

    My elderly mother in law visited this clinic and came home very upset & distressed after trying to speak to the receptionist (Yvonne). I don't believe this person is in the right job as she has absolutely no empathy or care towards elderly unwell people. She needs to understand that elderly people do need more time & patience given to them. Hopefully when she is old she will remember how she treated people.

    I am a 65 year old patient with several ongoing health problems. Just like everyone else I’m fed up trying to get through on the phone and when you go to the surgery it’s no better. It’s not a doctors anymore, It’s a work to rule building with staff that have absolutely no compassion for anyone. Needs a major overhaul and staff clear out.

    Genuinely can't fault the receptionists that I talked to when I managed to g see t through after phoning 40 times, she was lovely and happy to guide me in what will be done next. A phone call from the doctor happened within half an hour then was told to come in and pick up my prescription and information about cbt. Thats where I ran into rude pharmacy staff. Went in and stood there for about 2 minutes before she even acknowledged me, then heaved it giant sign, to which the people in the back laughed, then asked 'what?' So I said that I was there to pick up medication and she asked when it was put in and I said this morning, then she kept repeating loudly that there would be no way that it was ready because it takes 48 hours. Someone in the back asked when it was put it, to which she rolled her eyes and repeated what I said in a horrible mocking manner. I tried to tell her that this was my first time getting a prescription from this health centre and wasn't given that information on the phone while I was talking to the doctor, she never even let me finish before she loudly repeated '48 hours'. Genuinely walked home in tears as it massively pulled on my anxiety to even phone up to talk to someone and then to be belittled like that by someone that's meant to guide you with your medication is disgusting

    Been going here since I was young. Receptionists have no social skills when answering the phone (if they ever answer the phone). You can't make appointments for any days apart from the day you are calling. You need to phone at half 8 but by that time all appointments are some how already gone do you end up needing try the next day.

    This practice is absolutely ridiculous, they say they open at 9 but when you try and contact them the automated service says they are shut? So you'll be waiting for another hr or so before you get through and they say they don't have any appointments left? How is that fair. I don't fault the doctors at all, it is the receptionist I do not like. They are horrible and need to seriously get their priorities straight. When it says you open at 9 put the phone on and do your bloody jobs. Honestly, horrible practice seriously needs new management and a clear out of staff.

    Phone is never switched on at 8.30am usually 10mins or so later. Also, I've been standing in reception calling them & their phone is not ringing. Odd. Turned to silent? I know it's a tough job but please give us a break.

    Can’t say any bad but we only had our child vaccinated there. Clean an organised. Staff was kind though some were a bit strange when we asked for us to have the buggy with us for the appointment. But all went well.

    Not sure why so many people gave bad reviews. I never experienced anything non professional from the staff. Place is always clean and most importantly GPs attend patients properly.

    I just wanted to thank the podiatry team, had both my big toenails done today and they were fantastic. Everything was well explained to me and I was told what was happening at all times. Excellent service and nice people. Thank you

    Seems now you cant even get an appointment with your doctor without having to explain to a receptionist whats wrong so she can decide if you get to see a doctor or if you get a call from a doctor ... absolute outrage !

    Receptionists are Rottweilers. You are simply not allowed an appointment until you tell them all of your symptoms & beg to see a Dr!!
