    As a physician - I have to say I've been very impressed by Dr Langridge and this health centre. They've moved heaven and earth to help us. Leaving a 5 star review especially as it is very disappointing how many people seem to be attacking this very attentive GP here. Whilst avoiding commenting on any particular reviews, I would add many give the impression that they've taken umbridge to absolutely required dietary and lifestyle advice. People often dislike hearing it but it's frequently by far the most effective intervention for many conditions. Many don't realise GPs are forced to struggle with 10 minute appointment slots - which is a terribly difficult time frame to work to..this is the system itself not the outstanding professionals working so hard to somehow make it work despite it...you should ask your MP to help recruit and train more doctors and increase funding not attack the poor soul working so hard to look after you in the midst of all that. Well Done Dr Langridge.

    Not had face/face appointment for more than 2 years, phoned this morning to be told first available one is 9th JUNE ,,, what an absolute joke, could someone enlighten me why gp's are not back to their regular hours like most dentists and other health care professionals, I know during covid we understood all the necessary cut backs on appointments but let's face it covid has and still is being dealt with so WHAT'S THE PROBLEM HERE, If gp is back in surgery why are we not being seen 😑

    The dentist inside is very bad, every appointment for 2 ~ 4 weeks, also will not arrive at the time to confirm, after so long. It was my fault the first time was too long. I've been looking at children's teeth for two months. It takes a long time to find anything. I need to change my dentist's office. It's not good. I'm angry. The people inside are not good, the attitude is bad.

    WORST EVER this place is pathetic. The phone rings and rings and you have to phone a 5th time to actually get an answer!! The people on the phone are sooo rude it’s unreal, such bad attitude.not welcoming at all it’s ridiculous!! Oh I’m definitely switching doctors.

    My boy had appointment with Callum one of the dentists to get his tooth extracted. I cannot praise Callum enough. He was so patient and made a very normally traumatic experience, especially for a child so bearable. He had such a calming manner, explaining everything as he went along. Can't thank you enough Calum. You are an amazing dentist and have got a extra special gift with children

    If I could I would give half a star total joke of a place I'm guessing no one in the building likes each other because there's no communication between anyone in the building defo changing doctors I'd rather travel far and wide than use this surgery again

    Great doctors here, care about the whole person. Prefer to chat rather than through drugs at the situation, want what is best for the patient and allow the patient final say in their treatment plan.

    Based on my experience of the Balmore Surgery and the dental practice, simply BRILLIANT. Professional, friendly and welcoming, by far and away the best practice I have been registered to anywhere I've lived in the UK and Europe.

    I have attended possilpark medical centre Dental department on a few occasions, have always found the staff to be extremely kind and helpful, one young girl in particular was extremely nice and totally put me at ease when she noticed how nervous I was, I can’t remember her last name but her first name is Diane. I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist

    Worse reception EVER, never any doctors to speak too,even worse getting past the receptionist,how can OAP"S go on line and fill in a consultation form,when some people don't even have WI-FI,absolutely a disgrace!!! When I do speak to my doctor (Padgham)she absolutely fantastic,that's if n when I can see her.

    Went in yesterday to change my mobile number as they've been trying to contact me using old number & I tried to get an appointment only to be told Dr will phone still waiting not going to hold my breath or I'd be dead after 5 days still no phone call from doctors what a waste of time worst doctors ever

    Been with this practice many many years...had my life saved a few times by drs from this surgery...drs diagnosed my illnesses when hospitals failed...nothing but praise and thanks to them :)

    Absalout joke had an appointment today and it took multiple rings to just get through to the community desk let alone be forwarded to the department i had an appointment with, then when I finally got through only to be met with out of order disrespect and rudeness by reception staff. Roadworks on the main road which made it harder to get to (as I’m not from the area) but there should have been some type of awareness? Then my appointment had been cancelled due to me being 10 minutes late for a dental consultation (due to the bus diversions which I had explained). which I had a 45 minute time slot for. Diabolical to say th least!

    I came there and had a turn. I insisted a lot to see my doctor, he said no, and then I waited a few minutes. I saw my doctor coming down the stairs. I'm really sorry that your receptionist is a liar and you should really be ashamed. Because you agreed to serve clients and patients, not to mislead them and tell lies, shame on you
