A wonderful dental practice! I was seen by Heather and her team. We discussed composite bonding in order to fix my asymmetric smile. Something I was self conscious of for quite a while. Heather and the team were phenomenal. I felt completely at ease and fully trusted them to give me the smile I always wanted. The service was impeccable. They were able to fit me in to receive my treatment just before my sisters wedding ( they wanted to make sure I felt confident smiling for the wedding photos!! ) I am so happy with my smile and would highly recommend them. They really do care!

The Berkeley Clinic is probably THE place to go for outstanding dentistry in Glasgow. Always made to feel welcomed, the service is second to none and any treatment is always completely pain free. I was never a great fan of visiting the dentist but never have any worries or concerns here. Yes you have to pay for such high quality but as leaders in their fields of practice it is worth it, in my opinion.

For over a year I’ve been experiencing a lot of pain with my wisdom teeth, after being told the problem could only be resolved through a surgical procedure and being put on an extremely long waiting list, I decided to contact and ask if Mike was able to help me in any sort of way. Not only was he able to identify what the problem was and remove my back wisdom tooth instantly, he made my first dental procedure a very pain free, simple experience. I was extremely nervous about having my tooth removed but Mike and his lovely dental nurse were amazing in calming me and making my experience as easy as possible. I cannot thank Mike enough for giving me an instant relief of a problem I have been struggling with for a long time, and being so comforting of my nerves.

Absolutely outstanding experience- for someone who was terrified of dentists. Having avoided dentists at all costs for the last 12 yrs, I finally decided it was time to be brave and address the issues with my teeth. Following a traumatic experience as a young teenager, I’d developed what I now know is ptsd. Therefore I needed someone who would be patient, empathetic and kind and wouldn’t push me to go quicker than I was ready to. From my first zoom call with Dr Mike Gow to each and every time I have been to the Berkeley clinic, I’ve been treated with empathy, understanding and compassion. I decided to have hypnosis for my trauma before I started any dental treatment. Everything was baby steps, exactly what I needed. So much so that some appointments were literally about just being in the treatment room. With a gradual build up, I was able to have the treatment I needed. I’m now months on from being terrified to walk through the door. The difference in my teeth and therefore my confidence is incredible. I smile so much more. I smile genuinely. I laugh without worry about people seeing my teeth. I wear lipstick. If you have dental anxiety or phobia, please do call the Berkeley clinic. I know it’s a hard step, but it can and will change your life. I cannot recommend Mike and the team enough. Thank you for all you do. Taking that first step was so hard but it’s the best thing I did.

Joined The Berkeley Clinic as I had concerns about spaces in my teeth. Booked in with Heather who was very professional and welcoming. I felt at ease throughout my consultation. I had some composite bonding. I am delighted with the results. I must say Heather is a perfectionist, her attention to detail is exception. I also see Yvonne for my hygiene’s. I'm a 39 year old female, who hadn't been to the dentist for over 30 years due to a severe dental phobia. My teeth were in the worse state imaginable, I was completely ashamed of the way I looked, and it had such a negative impact on my life, my teeth basically made me feel worthless. I decided I wanted to finally try do something about it, and was fixated on finding a dentist that could offer General anaesthetic for full upper and lower extractions with immediate dentures. The thought of being awake, to have so much work done was absolutely horrifying to me, I honestly never imagined I'd be able to do it. It was recommended that I contact Dr Mike Gow, as he specialised in patients with dental Anxiety. Mike got me in the following week for a lengthy chat. His relaxed demeanour instantly put me at ease, everything was super chill, and we discussed everything in great detail. My concerns were that the sedation wouldn't work on me, and Mike explained that there's no way he would carry on with the work of he thought I wasn't sedated enough. In short, I left that day feeling like I was in safe hands, and that I could trust what Mike was telling me. Less than 6 weeks after first attending the clinic, I've been in and had my uppers done. Mike pulled out all the stops to get me in ASAP before I went on holiday. I remember very little about the whole procedure, and what I do remember is really silly stuff lol. I felt zero pain whatsoever, not even the injections, and 2 hours felt like 10 mins! Any issues I've had in the past week, Mike has got me in straight away and helped put my mind at ease, which has been greatly appreciated as I'm a bit of an overthinker, and stress my self out a little. The way I looked before compared to now is unreal. They aren't perfect, and won't be for another few months, but the improvement in the way I look honestly means so much to me ❤️ and I would never of had the courage to do it if it hadn't been for Mike doing what he does. The guy is genuinely one in a million, and I can't recommend him enough for anyone with a fear of the dentist. Also, all the nurses and reception staff have been lovely too, nothing negative to say at all. 😁 I'm only half way done, and this is a huge review, but at such an epic moment in my life, its needed lol. I cannot praise Maaria and the Berkekey clinic enough. I have been having Botox and fillers for 15 years and Maaria is by far the best. She is gentle, pain free and delivers great looking, natural results every time. I also had Botox for grinding which has transformed my life, I now do not suffer from daily pain and headaches. Would highly recommend.

For three and a half years I have been aware of clenching and grinding my teeth during the night, although I suspect that I have been doing it for longer. I saw Mike Gow for help at the Berkley Clinic for hypnosis and I also got a Sleep Clench Inhibitor mouthguard fitted. I am very happy to say that both are working really well, and they have made a such a positive difference to my day-to-day quality of life. I no longer have sore teeth, gums or jaws when waking up or through the day. The hypnosis taught me some effective strategies to use to train myself to stop clenching. Mike also has a recording on the ‘Your Dentist Recommends’ website which I listen to a couple of times a week as I go to sleep, this really helps too- I love it! Things are such a lot better now, I honestly wish I had sought help for bruxism much, much sooner. The Berkeley clinic is amazing. Mike Gow has a great manner- he is nice and calm and is extremely capable at what he does.

As a phobic patient who avoided the dentist for years, I urge any similar sufferers to contact The Berkeley's Dr Mike Gow. I have severe health anxiety and found dental visits impossible. I was also unable to get the Covid vaccine & had been trapped alone indoors with an abscess since the start of the pandemic. None of the therapy or anxiety management protocols I had been trying were making any difference and in desperation I searched online where I found The Berkeley Clinic. I'm now fortunate enough to be one of Mike's patients and my quality of life has been transformed. The clinic is elegant & pristine (think boutique hotel meets The Space Station) and the warm welcome from Mike and the team brings an immediate sense of ease & wellbeing. Mike's calm, reassuring manner and skilful, trauma-informed approach have enabled me to submit to treatment that 40 years of psychiatry, psychology and counselling sessions did not achieve. The treatment itself, due to his clinical expertise and the advanced technology and techniques deployed at the Berkeley, is pleasant, entirely pain free and dare I say, enjoyable! I am now double vaccinated, abscess free, and looking forward to the future with hope and optimism I genuinely never thought possible. I cannot thank Mike and The Berkeley team enough.

I would love to say a massive thank you to Dr Maria Trianti. Recently I had a wobbly tooth and was more than sure I was going to loose it. This truly horrified me as it was close to the front of my mouth. Turns out that this tooth was an implant and even more worrying it was done abroad. Failure was not an option for Dr Maria Trianti, she managed to work complete magic by drilling the tiniest hole to find a hidden screw and then tighten it. This took patience, precession, expertise and a little magic. Feeling grateful and lucky. Thank you so much. I highly recommend The Berkley Clinic.

He is an outstanding and caring dentist,as are all the staff that offer a wide range of state of the art treatments. At the age of 10 I was traumatised by my dentist in Wales prior to having orthodontic work. Since I have had extreme anxiety towards any dental check ups or work. The Berkley Clinic have always and continue to be a welcoming and relaxing practice whilst helping me keep my anxieties low for any work. Prior to any treatment the dentist always sits with me, talking and reassuring me and trying to understand any anxieties and the trigger for that day. He always counters the effects of the anxiety by continuously talking me through the procedure. Every time I have had work done I have had minimal or no pain and have always left relaxed and happy with the work done. I am so impressed with the service at the Berkley Clinic from all members of the team that I won't go any where else! I have been using this clinic for nearly a year and I will continue to use for many more years to come. Welcoming, warm and professional always!!

The Berkeley Clinic is like no other Dentist i have been to....in a good way of course. Great thought has been put into the clinic.. it looks amazing.... From walking into the lounge...... It has such a nice atmosphere, whilst been greeted by friendly staff. My first visit, The Dentist even walked me around the clinic, allowing me a little insight into the practice, relieving any concern i had about being in a new practice.......... The dental work speaks for itself, but there is something special about the way they spend time creating an enjoyable experience for the patient, starting the moment you walk in the door. Ive never experienced that before at any other dentist....... Normally its, Get in, Get out..... in the Berkeley Clinic, The Dentist always comes to get me personally and the staff are always willing to stop what they are doing and talk to me. Amazing Dentist and i would highly recommend.

This is perhaps the most professional dental practice I have experienced. I found root canal work to be relaxing and my fear of the dentist was dealt with sensitively. I can understand why the practice and its doctors have won so many awards. I am now considering implant work which would mean a surgical operation. Such is my level of confidence in this practice!

Maria treated me for periodontal disease and saved my teeth when the NHS dentist told me that it was just a case of when they would fall out. I could not be more grateful or pleased with my treatment.

Worst clinic in Scotland. Avoid as much as possible, they take at least 2 weeks to get back to you, and refuse to provide, they create unnecessary services for additional charges under nonexistent “rules and regulations”

After my first appointment I came away reassured that I was in very good hands after visiting Dr Trianti. The staff are very welcoming and friendly with regular communication of appointment times and information. The practice is spotlessly clean and comfortable. I am very happy to continue with my dental treatment here.

I have become Berkeley’s patient since Oct. 2021. Before I moved here from Canada, I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Heather who explained everything clearly to me. During my treatment, Dr. Heather went on maternity leave and I was taken care of by Dr. Greig, who is very patient and professional. Dr. Greig evaluated benefits and risks of the treatment and clearly explained them to me. It is not easy to book an appointment with him but he is so helpful and considerate. He truly cares about the patient’s dental and gum health. I’m very happy about the results and my smiles now. If you visit Berkeley, you find all the team members are very friendly and helpful like Aimee and Carla. They have a very good relationship/friendship with their patients. It’s not only about dental treatment, but also a family-like atmosphere here. You have to experience this by yourself. Joining their membership can give the patient discounts on some treatment. I’m happy to be their member.

Apologies if this review appears twice as I also done a review on Trustpilot yesterday and has not yet appeared. I had my usual quarterly check up with Kharla and my twice a year check up with Mike yesterday. As usual everything went well and both were very professional in the service and duty of care and attention given during my visit. I was referred to Mike over 5 years ago from my own private dentist as I needed some extensive work done and I was told this was the best place to go and coming from one professional to another I trusted this advice. They were so right!. Greig who carried out the extensive work 5 years ago was a miracle worker, he was attentive to my needs and made the whole experience less stressful than anticipated. Mike has also done my follow up treatments and check up's ever since and will continue to do so. I also have to comment on how immaculate the premises are from the front door to the relaxing waiting room together with all the high tech equipment in the well designed treatment rooms. Some bad experiences of dentists in childhood had made me a very nervous patient, but Mike, Greig and the nurses and hygienists have got me through a couple of (for me) daunting-seeming procedures with their calm, good-natured manner and technical skill. Mike (who's my main dentist) in particular has a range of simple, but effective, ways to make me feel much more in control of the process - like scheduling extra time for procedures so that I can have lots of short breaks. I'd definitely recommend the Berkeley Clinic to anyone - I'm much less stressed about going to the dentist these days knowing that I will be listened to and helped through any procedures I find difficult.

Dr. Michelle Hickey is a brilliant dentist. Her pleasant bedside manner, her competence and skill, and her ability to quickly assess and address the problem made it easy for me to put myself in her hands. My crown broke during an extended stay here from the US. I don't know which tooth gods directed me to the Berkeley Clinic and Dr. Michelle Hickey, but I was lucky indeed. She was able to consult, diagnose and fix my tooth, all in one visit. I highly recommend the Berkeley Clinic and Dr. Hickey and her lovely assistant. I was very happy with the work, the offices and the staff. Wish I could get all my dental work done here.

A great dental practice which offers an excellent service for all aspects of both general and specialist care . The staff are friendly and welcoming and all work to provide the best possible care and result possible .

Today I had my amalgam safely removed by Michelle Hickey. She made me feel super comfortable as did her assistant and did everything at my pace, always checking I was okay. Furthermore she used wonderful technique meaning I was able to relax while she numbed the affected areas with anaesthetic . To further credit her, she had originally booked me for 2 filling but went over the hour limit and completed the other 2 at my request as well so I wouldn't have return following week. At no point did I feel it was rushed or a quick job despite taking on the other fillings. The job was perfectly done. This place has a wonderful atmosphere and all staff are brilliant. I definitely recommend them if you need work done professionally, efficiently and with great care especially if you have anxieties etc.

Mike is without doubt the best dentist I have encountered. I had terrible fear and anxiety all my life and through his skill I no longer have any. I have complete trust in what he says and how he treats me. Thank you for making someone smile again.

At the Berkeley clinic ten months into a challenging bone graft 3 implant procedure I cannot recommend highly enough the skill and expertise of Greig McLean implant dentist I consulted dentists in Harley street ,Manchester and Scotland but only Greig inspired enough confidence for me to proceed. He has the most friendly down to earth manner together with a reassuringly high rate of success in this field.

On 31st December I started suffering with toothache and shooting pains down my jaw. After 2 days with very little sleep I gave in and phone NHS24 who duly gave me an emergency appointment due to my dentist being closed for the holidays. At the hospital I was examined (tapping my teeth to see which one was sore) and it was established that my back molar was dead and needed removal. During the extraction the tooth broke at the root and the remainder couldn't be removed without surgery, I was sent home and advised to go and see my dentist when they reopened. I had about an hours sleep when I got home before waking up shaking with pain. A family member recommended the Berkley clinic and I got an emergency call out within 90 mins. They gave me an xray which established I had a severe infection at the root of the offending tooth, I was given antibiotics and an appointment for surgery. Once the surgery was complete I was feeling great again within 24 hours. I cannot stress enough how amazing the Berkley clinic is, from my consultation with Mike Gow to the surgery with Michelle Hickey to all the assistants and the aftercare phone calls from Allison I was kept fully informed and put at ease throughout. No cake in the party bag though ?

Mike kindly let me shadow him for work experience as a prospective dental student. The clinic had such an admirable, welcoming atmosphere with all staff being extremely kind and helpful. Using cutting edge innovations paired alongside their dedication and skill, the dental team made their patients feel calm and at ease. Feeling very inspired to say the least.

Fabulous dentist. I've always been terrified of gong to the dentist but Mike and Greig really helped me with their fabulous care and attention. I've even managed to have several implants inserted without having a single second thought about the process. The surgery is spotless, the staff are super friendly and the surgery warm and inviting. I have attended this practice for around 9 years. I have had nothing but fully positive experiences. Mike Gow transformed my smile and helped me overcome my dental phobias. I had braces, crowns , veneers, fillings and root treatment. The practice are always streets ahead with their technology which makes any procedure much less daunting. There is even a new treatment now for cleaning teeth which is far less invasive. I don’t fear going to the dentist any more and that’s all down to Mike Gow and his team. I get a lot of compliments now about my nice straight , white teeth and I would never go to any other dentist. Please ignore the negative feedback given lately . Someone has been cruelly targeting the clinic and the negative reviews are just not true.

The staff at the Berkeley Clinic are very friendly and helpful. Mike always goes the extra mile to explain all the treatment options and the advantages and any disadvantages of each. I had a large filling in a double molar replaced with a ceramic inlay. The whole procedure was done in one visit thanks to the advanced technology and techniques they have available. I was highly impressed with the standard of treatment and the overall service received. The clinic itself is stunning.

I am a real patient at the Berkeley Clinic. Before I met Dr. Mike Gow, I hated going to the dentist like most people but I had serious problems. Mike explained the treatment I would require and arranged a schedule to suit me. I put my faith in Mike's care - no regrets. I have been a patient of mikes on and off for 10years. I am extremely fearful of dentist and until I found mike due to my mother turning over every stone to find a solution to my problem. The first time I met mike, he sat with me for 2 hours before I would let him put the intravenous needle in my arm. There was no rushed conversation trying to pressure me, no tricks to get the treatment started, just patience, understanding and compassion. But, I got a manageable smile and fooled myself into believing I could live my life like that and let fear rule me. it’s took me years to go back, and mike has been there for me again, and his full team, from reception to the dental nurses, they are all amazing and caring people. Iam not one for talking about my problems, but these people deserve to be praised, because of mike, Alison, chloe and the rest of the team that has been on this road I started on the 8th August. My fiancée now has a partner with no daily pain, more confidence with my appearance and because of mikes therapy to quit smoking, a healthier non-smoking partner. The investigation of my dental issues at the next visit was very gentle and completely pain-free. There then followed a clear proposal, with options, of a plan and costs. All this was very relaxed, comforting and re-assuring. My first treatment went well. Mike explained everything, especially when there would be drilling and buzzing noises before he went ahead, and although I could hear them, I felt nothing. Absolutely nothing! I might guess that is how every bit of dentistry should be, but I have never had that before. I have more treatment planned, as I have neglected my teeth for decades, due to fear. Mike and his team have allowed me to contemplate this work. I now have a lot less fear and I am so grateful. I have never written a review before but felt that I had to offer my experience for others to read. I was seen recently by Michael Gow, who I understand is one of the senior dentists. From the moment that I arrived I knew I was being taken care of. Mr Gow has great bedside manner and he was able to plainly talk me through every step of the process. I understand that this practice has won awards for its work and it is plain to see in the way the practice is run. I know that I will need further dental work in the future and would now after only a couple of visits would not go anywhere else. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

The Berkeley Clinic has worked wonders for my smile and confidence. I recently had a full set of dental implant procedures carried out by an amazing team. Dr Greig McLean, Dr Heather Cowie and the nursing staff were second to none. So professional and compassionate. Everything was explained clearly.
