I
would
give
0
stars
if
I
could
-
avoid
at
all
costs.
I
even
raised
a
complaint
but
have
heard
nothing
back
so
feel
I
have
to
submit
this
review.
I
had
developed
a
rash
on
my
face
since
January
2022
and
thought
it
best
to
go
private
and
pay
rather
than
be
placed
on
a
long
waiting
queue
and
see
my
GP.
I
spent
£150
to
see
a
‘highly
qualified’
dermatologist
at
this
Glasgow
clinic.
She
was
20
minutes
late.
No
problem,
I
thought,
I’ll
let
that
go
if
the
appointment
will
be
of
use
and
help
me.
But
what
followed
was
something
like
this:
‘that
rash
doesn’t
look
like
it
will
go
away’,
‘why
did
you
go
for
that
facial?’,
‘your
beautician
should
not
have
given
you
that
facial’,
‘I
need
to
know
the
ingredients
of
the
facial
you
had
before
I
can
help’.
And
she
was
under
the
impression
I
had
a
chemical
peel
when
I
NEVER
once
said
I
had
a
chemical
peel,
just
a
routine
facial
that
I’ve
had
for
years
with
no
issues.
So,
rather
than
help
me
fix
my
problem
she
was
more
interested
in
placing
blame.
No
empathy,
no
understanding,
no
listening.
She
was
adamant
it
was
a
hyperpigmentation
problem.
I
left
the
clinic
with
my
confidence
even
lower
than
before
I
entered
the
clinic,
thinking
I
was
scarred
forever.
I
then
went
back
to
my
free
of
cost
GP
who
has
diagnosed
a
skin
infection
and
given
me
medication
.
My
skin
is
now
healing
and
getting
much
much
better.
So,
it
was
not
simply
a
case
of
‘hyperpigmentation’.
Moral
of
the
story:
private
is
not
always
best,
they
just
want
your
want
your
money.
Save
£150
and
go
see
your
GP
instead.
And
if
you
really
want
to
go
private,
get
a
recommendation
first
via
your
GP.
Sad
thing
is
I
was
actually
looking
forward
to
this
appointment
with
Skin
Clinic,
thinking
‘it’s
private,
I’m
paying
a
lot
of
money,
what
can
go
wrong?’
How
naive
of
me.
Never
again.
