I've never been to a more useless surgery with such unenthusiastic staff. They only book appointments for that week, so when you call looking for an appointment you're told you need to call at 8am the next day because they have no appointments. However, by the time you get through to someone the next day they have no appointments left and you have to call the next morning! Rise and repeat, it's a terrible system! I've heard calling up in the morning for emergency appointments, but never to try and get an appointment in a weeks time. The staff are never helpful and always sound like they would rather be elsewhere, not a lick of empathy from any of them and the doctors, if you ever manage to get an appointment with one, seem like they don't want to be there either. All the ones that I've encountered don't make you feel comfortable or welcome at all and one of them have the solution to drink fruit juice with one of my ailments! I was gobsmacked! You'd get better medical advice from Wikipedia! I don't rate this surgery in the slightest and giving it 1 star was generous.

Giving this establishment 1 star is more than generous. The doctor Friel and Bagnal surgery more specifically Dr Friel himself is an absolute disgrace. He takes nothing said to him seriously and essentially laughs you out the door if you feel you have anything more serious than a common cold. The level of unproffesionalism shown by him is an absolute joke and in all honestly it seems as if he has no clue what he is doing. I’d also like to add that Dr Heart from the physciatric practice in the building is also a disgrace, finding it acceptable to laugh at patients and accuse them of aggression, violence and abusing others just from first glance. Entered the building hoping to get better and left even more unwell, switching practices tomorrow morning and I will never set foot in that place again. Absolutely disgraceful ‘doctors’ and even worse human beings.

I have been a patient at the Overton practice for 51 years. My GP Dr Lynch is great as are the rest of the staff and receptionist. I would like to take the opportunity to say Thank you all

Dentist at rutherglen fantastic x very friendly and patient x staff friendly and helpful x clean fresh waiting area well sign posted where to sit and wait x adhering to covid regulations.

Doctors are pleasant and knowledgable, but reception staff has some bad attitude and are rude. Many calls gone unanswered, some even hanged up! "Can't do" attitude.

Love my doctor but place is an actual joke,call at 8am for appointment,,27 calls unanswered to then be told there's no appointments left!!! reception staff very unapproachable and should learn to smile

Have been a patient here for 13 years and have always always got my appts when needed even at emergency times..

registered as a patient here 2 years ago when i first moved down to glasgow, had to actually book an appointment recently, was told i wasnt a patient and couldnt have been since they didnt take patients from my postcode? there was no issues when i was registering and i even had a checkup appointment with a nurse when i first registered. really poor show. woman on the phone was also pretty rude saying i mustve moved and not told them ect. even after i informed her i had not, totally mishandled

Some of the receptionists are so rude they could make you more ill. But centre is clean and doctors are ok. Busy place at times

I was at Podiatry Clinic having my toe nail removed. The procedure was carried out by two lovely ladies, Kate and Claire and was over before I knew it. The podiatrists were very professional but very friendly too. They kept me occupied whilst the procedure was ongoing. Maybe that was why it appeared to be so quick. If I'd to score this visit, it would definitely get top marks, 100%.

Doctors and staff have no common sense as to what they are doing and should consider different careers. They have treated me with not one bit of respect throughout the stress of my health depleting and received 3 different stories as to the whereabouts of medication i desperately need. So disappointed.

Really good practice. Staff and doctors very helpful. Never had any issues getting appointments and have adapted well to the restrictions due to COVID 19.
