Experience was ok, doctor carrying out my procedure barely said 2 words to me from when op started to leaving the clinic. After care is shocking, emailing multiple times without response and waiting days for a reply to then message them back straight away and have to wait days again for next reply. I’m 3 weeks post op and so far overall experience isn’t great and seems like since they’ve got my money they aren’t too bothered about getting back to you, wouldn’t recommend if I’m honest

I was impressed by the care from the outset. The procedure was uneventful, calm, friendly and I particularly enjoyed the background music. The follow up at various stages of recovery was reassuring. I returned to the clinic with a concern as I felt there was still considerable swelling. I was welcomed and seen by the surgeon who carried out the procedure. I was reassured that this would subside and it did. I would recommend anyone who has any doubts - do it! It has changed my confidence and I feel has taken a few years off my looks!

Had the best experience with signature Clinic, the day of the surgery they made me feel so welcome and comfortable and answered every question a had. The after care team were amazing with checking in with phone calls too make sure everything was healing the correct way and that a didn’t have any problems. Would 100% recommend. My experience with Signature Clinic , DR.John and his team has been an absolute pleasure … I had a face and neck lift , and upper eye surgery.…. As you can imagine I was a nervous wreck… I was put at ease from the moment I went into surgery and all through the procedures, listening to my favourite music , and the team supporting me ….. Great experience with Signature. Really helpful and the service has been good. It’s only been 1 week since my procedure so I will be waiting a while yet for swelling and healing to fully settle but I look forward to seeing the end results. The day of my procedure I was very well looked after. The whole journey so far has been plain sailing and all questions were answered and the aftercare they have provided is also good. I had an amazingly positive experience at Signature Clinic when I went for my procedure in late December 2022. From the moment I arrived, everyone I interacted with was friendly, relaxed and professional. Following my procedure (which went without a hitch) the aftercare team followed up with excellent advice and always made sure I knew I could contact them at anytime if i had any questions whatsoever. I had Blepharoplasty in February of this year at the Birmingham Clinic. Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Was advised every step of the way. Dr Ahmed is amazing and really does what he says he can achieve. Aftercare is superb, following up with you regularly up to six months. I’m so pleased with my results, it’s given me a new found confidence and I’ve had so many positive compliments. Would certainly recommend this procedure to anyone.

The whole experience was really nice starting from the consultation with Dr. Nesi. I did not feel pressured at all to book the surgery after the consultation, the decision was totally left up to me. The aftercare was also great, I have always had a reply quickly. Dr. Ahmed did an excellent job - the surgery was the best decision I could have made.

I highly recommend Signature Clinic to everyone. I had been suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome for years, and waiting for the NHS to address it was a waste of time. However, a quick surgery on both wrists solved the problem. Now, I can sleep through the night without waking up in pain and use my hands without worrying about the discomfort later on. It's been 6 months since the surgery, and my hands feel like new. It took me about 6 weeks to return to weight training without any issues. Only doing push-ups was challenging, but after 4 months, I could do them again. The aftercare was excellent – whenever I had questions, I would send an email and receive a prompt response. From online enquiry to 6weeks post op my experience has been incredible with signature clinic. Staff have been so lovely, kind and helpful via email & phone call. On the day of surgery Marnie was absolutely amazing. I was nervous for my surgery and she held my hand throughout it and made me laugh. My surgery has been so perfect I have no obvious scaring and with using ice packs I’ve had no pain post op and such a smooth recovery. I am absolutely delighted with the results achieved for me by Dr John and the surgical team at Signature clinic. My neck area especially is wonderfully improved - much tighter and lifted. The team too are very friendly and caring. I felt very well looked after and would recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish, communication was fantastic from staff at Signature Clinic Glasgow. Within an hour of making an initial enquiry online, I received a call from a member of staff. Had my procedure in October 2021 by Dr John and am absolutely delighted with my results. Follow up care has been great too, staff are just lovely. Waited many years, if I had known how easy it was and how reasonably priced it was, I would have done it a long time ago.

Had a carpal tunnel op six weeks ago and may I say the visit was well worth the travelling to the clinic. Very nice professional staff made me feel very relaxed at a very stressful time. Op done in around 15 mins. Had a call a couple of weeks later to see how I was getting on which was nice and reassuring. Never gone private before but for me this is definitely the way forward at signature clinic. Thankyou so much if and when I need help in the future I will definitely return.

I am delighted with my results. The clinic isn't fancy and you are in and out in no time. I had a couple of small concerns and the aftercare team responded pretty quickly to reassure me all was normal. I felt the price I paid was well worth the boost in confidence I have been given. Dana was brilliant at keeping my nerves at bay. Dr Ahmed was friendly and did a fantastic job.

As you might expect, I was very nervous on the day of my treatment but there was actually no need to worry. The surgeon explained what he was doing throughout and was a genius. I was a bit nervous going into the signature clinic in Glasgow for work on upper and lower eye lids. I needn't have been. The calmness and the support of Dr Ahmed and his team was second to none. A concern for me was being able to see the surgery being carried out. However, I could still close my eyes. It helped enormously. The surgery felt as though it was over quickly due to the engagement of the staff throughout. I would recommend this procedure and signature clinic for the positive experience I have had. At 67 years of age I am very happy with the results of my face and neck lift at the Birmingham branch. Dr Carlo advised liposuction to the neck. I am glad that I took his advice. My life has changed with more confidence in myself, and in social settings. I wear clothes that I wouldn't have entertained before surgery. It is difficult to comment on your own results, so i asked my daughter. She is my fiercest and most honest critic. Kathryn thinks that the procedure has produced amazing results. Improvements could be made immediately after surgery. I was dazed with my head wrapped in bandages, and directed to reception to arrange a post op appointment and wait for transport. However the reception area was full and people were staring. I sat on the stairs in the passageway until a member of staff saw me and took me into the consultation room. A private waiting room would have been better.

Excellent clinic, staff all very friendly and after having a bad experience with another "Surgeon"' from another clinic, Signature stepped in and were brilliant from the get go. My surgery was clean and Dr Ahmed was so calming and my wounds have almost healed only a week on. The whole staff in signature are lovely and great to deal with! Very helpful and friendly staff. I had earlobe reconstruction which was quick and stress free, the whole team involved with my journey have been extremely supportive and helpful. In regards to the op itself, I had no complications or problems with healing and have been given better ears than I was born with. I highly recommend signature clinic, they have been amazing start to finish.

I recently had a lip lift at the clinic and i am over the moon with the results. The surgeon and staff at signature are excellent!! I had Upper Blepharoplasty done in February at the Signature Clinic in Glasgow, I had wanted this done for such a long time and I am extremely pleased with the results. If I'm honest my eyes didn't look very pretty after the procedure, lots of bruising and swelling not nice to look at, but now they are exactly what I have always wanted my eyes to look like. It's now been 6 months and I no longer have the droopy eyelids , yeah!!!!!!! I now wear eyeshadow that I haven't done since I was in my 20's , you can actually see I'm wearing it now. Friends have said that there is a difference to me , only I know why. 😃 I really don't know why I hadn't had this procedure done sooner, as team were very professional and put me at ease.

Excellent from start to finish. I had blepharoplasty on both eyes, the procedure was painless, just a little stinging with the anaesthetic injections. The staff and surgeons were very proffessional, knowledgeable and put me at ease throughout! The procedure only took over an hour and i was allowed back home after staff ( Stephanie, lovely lady ) explained my after care and follow ups from the after care team. I found the procedure itself very scary and not as I expected. However, April was so lovely and put me at ease and Dana is an asset to the company and just an amazing person all round, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and comfortable and held my hand throughout. I would've never guessed it was her second day working at the clinic as she was so thorough in going through all the after care details.

I’ve had 2 treatments at Signature Clinic and both were equally delightful! I had HIFU on my jawline/neck area a few months ago and really noticed a difference after it - friends even commented asking if I had lost weight on my face! Then today I had a lovely Hydrafacial which was amazing, my skin feels so much cleaner and less congested.
