Really lovely gym that I simply cannot fault. Beautiful changing facilities (private change with hairdryer and straighteners were an added bonus for me). Staff were always friendly.

Personal trainers on hand to help if needed. I have joined on the current promotion. Pay £2 more than my last gym £19.99 but this gym only has 400 members so it is the perfect balance, not too busy which is ideal as I finish work at peak time (18:00). Huge free weights area, classes, cardio, boxing and enjoy the private changing rooms. Best gym I have used to date.

Wish I had known about this gym sooner, always thought it was too small from the front door but it leads downstairs into a large area. Huge free weights zone, state of the art cardio kit, les mil classes, virtual classes, boxing/functional area, private changing rooms with hair dryers + straighteners, power shower + shampoo/shower gel supplied, no contract and I have just signed on a deal which is only £19.95 a month. Great value, staff are friendly and might invest in PT at some point also.

New to gyms but this has blown my expectations away. Huge range of morning and evening classes and the fact it isn’t busy is a huge plus for me. Staff are lovey and very welcoming. It looks like it’s going to be a small studio from the outside but the gym is big and spotless (clean freak). Ideal for local workers.

Really happy with my gym, it's tucked out of the way, but easily accessible. Small and compact, but has everything a gym obsessed girl needs😋 The staff are wonderful. I've been to almost all the gyms in Glasgow centre and these guys are by far the friendliest and most helpful, it's clear that it's been a priority in the hiring process and will be the main reason this gym stays my local for a while to come. However, two negatives - floors in the changing rooms are freezing but it is a Scottish basement and really it just incourges me to move more, and it's a pain in the behind that the bathrooms are upstairs, again get some stair runs in as a bonus though.

Great gym equipment for what I need, and it's generally been very clean every time I've went. However, Insufficient air conditioning in the summer makes it really difficult to workout in sweltering conditions. There are also only six unisex showers so you may find it difficult to shower before or after 9-5 work hours. The one class I took with Kiyak was absolutely brilliant and I get the impression he's a fantastic personal trainer.

Great gym. Good equipment, staff all friendly and excellent location. Bit pricier than nearby gyms but worth it for the personal showers. 1 month cancellation is good too.

Great gym, 24 hours and lots of variety. Large free weights zone - dumbbells go up to 50KG, Hammer Strength machines, techno gym cardio and also a functional room + studio with fitness on demand classes. They have just won Glasgow gym of the year for the second year running.

Really good Gym with great Kit with no waiting to get on anything! They have top of the range cardio kit with TV and Netflix and all the free weights you need! my I love the private shower rooms they provide and how they are always spotless! Fully recommend this gym to anyone looking for a premium gym at a low cost!

Excellent gym. Great staff. One month rolling contract which you cancel at any time, with 1 month notice. Own personal changing rooms. Better than PureGym. Cheap as chips Great location.
