We had a great time taking the dog on a hike here. There are a lot of different trails to walk on, of varying difficulties. It was a nice long hike and even an old church along the way.

Love heading down this way for a walk. There is some beautiful woodland walks as well as waterproof activities. The tea room is pleasant enough and the nearby rspb lookout centre is worth a visit. Also for anyone still playing Pokemon Go, this area has lots of Pokestops close together. This could be a cheap and ideal day for people looking to go Pokemon hunting.

A very pleasant spot. Park by the side of the loch and watch the gulls descend on the unwary. There was plenty of other avian life there as well, swans, ducks etc which were congregating by the stretch of shoreline where the parking is. I'm not sure if there are any walks around there but I would guess there is, some seating and grassed areas,a fair bit of parking but it was fairly full early on a summer Friday evening.

Always a stunning walk no matter what the weather is doing. Just watch out for the swans- they are vicious

Lovely place for country weekend just 20 minutes drive from the city or 25 minutes by train (when boarding in Glasgow make sure it stops in Lochwinnoch)- walking, cycling, sailing, birds watching - you could be spoiled for choice.
