I love Maxwell Park it has changed so much over the years inside but I have good memories which I shared today while there with my granddaughter .. ow 😏 .. pond looked amazing with the bushes & plants around it full of ducks. Plenty of space for running around or kicking a ball with benches for eating lunch. An ice cream van there also. Beautiful plants follow the walk through to centre area previously a pond with benches in the sun. Pollokshields Burugh Halls is in the grounds which hosts weddings & other functions. Past here is the play park for kids with usual swings slides on safety ground. More open space ahead of this formerly the tennis courts & toilets! Still a lovely park not to big a walk for most especially in sunshine some gorgeous trees around & throughout it all x

Nice small park for a walk around a pond. Not that big and nothing really for kids like swings etc... Clean though.

Beautiful little park. Great to see the pond life thriving. A little oasis of peace. Seeing the resident heron was a thrill.

Nice place for a stroll. This family friendly park has wildlife pond, playing area and lots of paths. Popular with local dog walkers.

Nice wee walk and good to see ducks thriving, was surprised to see new ducklings, this time of year. I wish people would put their dog on a lead when nearing the platform where the ducks are feeding. Especially with young duckling around.

A beautiful park with a kids' play area, A pond with ducks and swans a peaceful place where a person can be alone and have some time for themself's.

Nice park for a wander round. The paths are all well maintained and it's in quite a quiet area. All flat as well so it's an easy walk which my elderly relative can manage without an issue. Popular with dog walkers as well but if you've got a bigger dog like mine it's not really big enough for a proper dog walk unless you go round it several times.

Lovely and well-kept park in the Southside of Glasgow. There are quite a few tables and benches next to the pond which are great for a picnic. The park is quite small so you will be done with it quickly. However, it’s always a good idea to extend the park walk to neighboring Pollockshields. Lovely buildings, and leafy streets await you there.

Love this park. A bit tired due to council cuts but always beautiful and full of nature. Lovely birds and terrapins in the pond. Beautiful mature trees with woodpeckers. Lots of open space and lovely spots to sit and enjoy. A very happy place

Lovely park, although the play park desperately needs updating. Went a walk here a couple of months ago with my 10 yr old daughter. A woman walks out of the bushes with long blonde hair roughly in her late 40s and starts randomly cursing and swearing at us walking past (maybe drunk). I was so shocked! Never experienced this in this area. Apart from that experience, we enjoy this park

Nice for a walk regardless of weather. Friendly and pleasant. Pond is disgusting, waiting for the swamp thing to pop out and cause havoc in the south side.
