Best breakfast stop we had in Glasgow. The staff are friendly, the coffee is dynamite, and the breakfast itself is truly delicious. The veggie breakfast on rye was savory and filling. The porridge may sound pedestrian but it is creamy and also very filling. I spotted the avocado mash on toast in another dish, inquired if anyone on staff was from California, and then requested a side of avo toast. Delivered and devoured with smile. Cheers to this place, we loved it!

Without doubt one of the best cafes in the city/work district. They make fantastic coffee and the food is excellent. Costumer service is always good. The vibe is also good and music always playing. Can definitely recommend this cafe to all. Go show them some love.

Lovely little stop for breakfast on our walk in Glasgow. The best coffee we’ve had in Glasgow so far and the porridge and sweet potato hash were just the things we needed! Good job guys! A definite recommendation when in Glasgow.

Great little coffee shop with great drinks. Very friendly and have good, free WiFi. A must-stop for Americans traveling in Glasgow as they have great espresso drinks in a tea-centric country.

Delicious coffee, definitely worth going out of your way for a cup. Seems small at first but they have extra seating through the back.

Very average. Coffee was good. Ordered a flat white - it's s shame (and odd) that it only comes in one size. Had the banana and spelt bread but was surprised it wasn't toasted or accompanied with butter or margarine; maybe it's the Aussie in me. Service was indifferent, which isn't saying a good thing for a small business. Don't think I need to go back.

Primal Roast is an interesting coffee shop tucked away on St Vincent street. These guys are clearly passionate about a good brew, and the baristas were knowledgeable and eager to offer suggestions of their latest beans. I can't comment on espresso but my V60 was brewed excellently. The space itself is a strange layout with a low roof, but the shop has done well to keep things as bright and airy feeling as possible. We felt comfortable sitting in for quite a while, and everything was clean and tidy. We'd definitely come back, a great spot for a group to enjoy a top brew.

Coffee is great, staff are amazing. Marked down because I hate office ceilings in cafés.

Really like this place - you can step off the busy streets of Glasgow and it feels like home.... If a little primal! Grrr

Very nice maybe some graffiti on the walls would be nice also some toilet art and more colorful lighting would add to the atmosphere. The food is great and well priced plus free Wi-Fi!!!!

The staff was amazing. I love that they do V60 and Aeropress. I would've liked more bean options. And the roast was well-balanced but nothing to write home about. Still recommend for a good coffee.

lovely cafe and super friendly stuff. I had a pleasure visiting the primal roast first time few months ago. We had some almond and soy flat whites and brownies/raw cupcakes that I still dream about. So rich and delicious. Recently revisited for a take away (cause covid). It is a local, friendly business that you really want to support

What an amazing place where the quality of coffee is at the highest level. Finally, you can drink a coffee from aeropress. You will always find something for yourself on the food menu. There is also a vegan option!! 👌

Pretty disappointed about the food. Paid £6.50 for a bland, watery soup and what was essentially a cold ham wrap. I was expecting better for the price. Staff were nice however.

Good breakfast rolls, but very, very, very slow.

The coffee has a distinctive taste, not to everyone’s palate but I like it.

👍👍 An excellent experience at Miller and Carter tonight. The food came out quickly and was so incredibly delicious - the steak was cooked to perfection and the beef dripping sauce was to die for! All steaks come with house fries they can up upgraded to chunky chips or sweet potato fried but we honestly...
