Really bad service, pink haired girl barista super rude and with really grumpy face, she just thrown our sandwich plate on the table without saying a word. Coffee watery, disgusting and too sweet ( if you order a hot chocolate make sure to ask them to mix the syrup well, or you will find a disgusting sweet bomb at the very bottom of your cup) Quite expensive as well Won't come back

This is a great little cafe on Great Western Road. I have been here a dozen times now and their coffee has always been FANTASTIC. Staff are always friendly and do a great job at keeping the cafe clean at all times. Could maybe do with some modern furnishings to spruce the place up but that's my only irk :)

Love iCafe! I like coming by here in the afternoon to study or to grab a quick treat on the way home. Tonight I was rushing to print out my boarding pass, so I stopped in and used their computer services for the first time. I was out within 5 minutes. To top it off, they said not to worry about the computer and printing fees and surprised me with a cute little biscuit in my drink. Thanks, iCafe! 💕

Music far too loud, cannot have a comfortable conversation. Coffee is good though and the staff polite. The place needs a good clean; Seats and tables with crumbs and rubbish on them. The cafe needs some TLC.

Great place for the repeat offence of good soup & sandwich deals. Good seating capacity & nice staff. Could do with a make-over but it is relaxed with a more public than private atmosphere!

Cool, relaxed place. Personnel could make some efforts when they speak to non english speaking guests. It's sometimes difficult to get what they say.

This cafe is ideal if you are just looking to nip in for a hot drink, they do serve lovely coffee aswell as a variety of different hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and cakes. However, it's not the most social place to go, which is understandable taking into consideration the company's target market. The cleanliness could have been at a higher standard but overall it's a good place to grab a quick coffee break.

Very good coffee, pleasant music and polite staff. I am a foreigner and can get pretty iffy service in Starbucks, Costa etc., but not from these folks. Goes for any iCafe I visited in Glasgow, but this one in particular. Nothing to complain about, really...

Love sitting on the loveseat in here. Coffee is good & staff are always nice. A couple of gf options too, but feel the seats can be a bit crumb-y at times.

Too many sweets to eat, not a lot of savory food. They don't serve ham sandwiches.

Very rude barista served me today. Funny how my husband who is white gets treated with respect and a decent service, while myself and my brother both (asian) get the same very rude guy serving us. Avoid and go to Costa!
