Haven't tried enough places in Glasgow to test the "best coffee in town" claim, but will returning here for their tasty blend

Ordered a tattie scone roll. Lovely service from the ladies at the counter. However the attitude of the man making the rolls was horrendous. The way he spoke to the counter staff was shocking. He really needs to have a word with himself. How the ladies managed to stay calm was well beyond me!

Went because of high rating - but this was very ordinary- a stressed chef, menu items unavailable, tasteless watery soup. V disappointing even for a cheap place

This placee is quickly becoming a favourite of mine. It is a basement cafe with plenty of carachter and a cost place for a coffee or lunch. The staff are really friendly and the menu is great with the street food fridays a must!

Cold dark dirty dingy. Inaccessible for wheelchair users. Having seen a recommendation for this place I popped in as I was in the area which isn't central. On arrival it was empty bar one customer getting a takeaway coffee. The main area was messy an uninviting. I asked if they were open for sit in. Whilst looking for a seat that wasn't exposed to the cold coming from the open front and back door. I was told I was between breakfast and lunch and the best she could offer was a cheese toastie, hardly enticing. I thought oh well coffee and cake would have to suffice. I made an enquiry as to what cakes were on offer mmmmm a couple of unappetising empire biscuits and a chocolate tray bake. Time to find somewhere else. Definitely not service with a smile

I recently used Caffé Calla as I was organising a lunch for a meeting in my work place. James did not fail to deliver!! The platters of food, fruit and cakes were enough to feed an army! The quality was top notch. The food arrived hot too which impressed me. My work colleagues were complimenting everything about the service! The price for what we got was perfect. We will definitely be using Caffé Calla again in future. I have also used purchased a Christmas morning box previously and that was 10/10 too!!

👍👍 An excellent experience at Miller and Carter tonight. The food came out quickly and was so incredibly delicious - the steak was cooked to perfection and the beef dripping sauce was to die for! All steaks come with house fries they can up upgraded to chunky chips or sweet potato fried but we honestly...
