Have never been a salad person, however Sprigg was recommended to me by several colleagues and I wasn’t disappointed. Great place in town if your watching the calories, or like me, looking for a healthy alternative in town while in the office. Endless combinations, the pesto pasta in particular is fantastic, i typically go for the custom small lunch bowl for £5, it’s plentiful for lunch on the go.

The falafel bowl is delicious and always tastes super fresh. Interesting choice of drinks too. Even the small bowl is enough for a light lunch.

An excellent place. £6 for a massive salad bowl, good value! The honey chicken was delicious and you can add an additional 7 items (8 in total), including delicious hummus and balsamic tomatoes. I tried the spicy ginger dressing which was lovely and had a little kick to it. The service was excellent, really helpful and friendly. I will definitely be visiting again.

Visited Sprigg yesterday for the first time..After reading through menu for a minute the staff acknowledged my presence and said I can ask any questions I may have..I opted for the small bowl-kale, tofu, sweet potato, coleslaw, green beans, noodles with cauliflower with edame beans, seeds and basil pesto as sauce. As I was paying I said I will put it in a bag to take away to which the staff taped the box so that the box dies not pmopen accidentally. 5* service, food and atmosphere..will definitely be back for more!

Sprigg salad is the health and tasty alternative to your lunch cravings. I would love to visit again. I have tried their set menu, next time will go for the customised ones. It’s really tasty. Highly recommend. I wish they were open on weekends too.

Popped in for a quick takeaway lunch with coffee and was blown away by how good the salad boxes were. Fresh flavours and good portions, and the coffee was excellent. I had the chilli chicken box, and my wife had the falafel box; both were excellent. A really great option for a quick and healthy lunch in the centre of Glasgow. The coffee was smooth & delicious too. Definitely recommended!

Today I tried Sprigg's brand new dinner menu. I have to say, it was definitely the most healthy and tasty dish I have had from deliveroo. I got the chicken plate and 100% recommend this! 10/10 guys 👌🏻

Lunch 3 times a week since it opened and every lunch is great. Not had a bad lunch yet, staff are great, food is good, almost feels like i am healthy eating, love this place, and its not that expensive, really. Come on the indies

With so many options in glasgow, more often than not I just rely on the "old faithful" meal deal from the local supermarket. However, life is too short. A colleague suggested I try sprigg and I'm delighted they did. The food is so simple but so tasty and the staff seem to be the happiest people on the planet. It's a pleasure to get lunch from them and I cant recommend the place enough. Oh and the baked sweet potato is amazing.

Wanted to go for a healthy option during our visit in Glasgow. My sister and I decided to try this place and we were very satisfied😋 I went for the chilli chicken salad and my sister made her own. We loved it! Full of flavours and filled us up. The staff was very kind.

1st visit to Glasgow. We found Sprigg by accident when looking for a quick bite at dinner time. Fabulous place. Gluten free soup was so thick and super tasty. The salad bar looked amazingly fresh and so vibrant. Husband had lentil soup with bread which he said both were tasty. Great find. Staff great and very helpful. Very busy place. Great to see. Thank you.

Order from here alot and its always sooooo goooood. If they run out of something you've ordered they will call you to ask what you would like instead which is such a nice thing to do. Most places don't bother. The lentil soup and foccacia bread will forever live in my heart x wish they still sold the cold brew coffee in cans though because it was my go to x

Great place for takeaway healthy food. Great variety of ingredients, meat and vegetables to make your own salad. They also have baked plain or sweet potatoes. Staff is great and prices are decent for the city centre. Highly recommend!!

I am so impressed with this place, unreal selection of salad items and unbelibvably tasty. First visit today and already can't wait to go back. The vast choice of tasty items can make it a bit overwhelming but the staff are so lovely and attentive it doesn't matter!

Interesting g salad items with a pretty fast service. Can be a bit inconsistent in the amount you get for a salad bowl depending on the person serving you. So sometimes you feel like you are not getting value for money.

Returning customer - Great choice of healthy foods, filling potatoes and unusual but tasty soup. Staff are always really friendly. There is usually a queue however it moves as fast as the staff!

This was the meal my body had been craving during my travels. For £6, you can get a huge custom bowl of quality ingredients. The blackened honey chicken was 10/10: full of flavor and not dried out as chicken in salads often are, with the perfect amount of crispy skin. For those from the US, think Sweetgreen or Dig Inn, but so much tastier.

Food, service and staff is excellent, would thoroughly recommend for a quick bite to eat. It's £5 for the baked potato bowl with extra fillings, it is worth every penny. Tremendous.

Ohhhhhh man. This is the one. Great selection, friendly / helpful staff and you’ll be dreaming about the kimchi for days.

The ways in which Sprigg wins at cafes are as numerous as the angles of the white honeycomb tiled walls which will make you feel as dizzy as the excellent coffee and food and stuff will delight you and your family, should you bring them. And you should.

Wow. The salad bowl is packed with completely delicious and healthy ingredients, and such care and attention is paid to them - for instance the cauliflower is roasted, the red cabbage is marinated, the chicken is char-grilled etc. These layers of flavour create an unbelievably delicious salad, and when topped with the dressings - which are so good I would literally drink a glass of them if this was on offer - I'm in heaven. Very nice staff too, and amazing value. Well done guys - easily one of the best lunch spots in town.
