I
would
like
to
kick
off
by
saying
that
the
food
is
wonderful.
Zero
complaints
there.
That
being
said,
we
queued(like
some
others)
for
the
10am
Sunday
opening,
and
that
is
where
the
fun
started.
A
member
of
staff
at
the
counter
didn't
indicate
that,
at
10am,
to
those
at
the
front
of
the
queue
that
it
was
okay
to
come
in.
Everyone
waited
patiently,
and
only
when
another
member
of
staff
approached
and
questioned
her
as
to
why
we
were
still
outside
were
we
invited
in.
When
waiting
to
be
seated
we
were
asked
to
sit
at
the
high
bench,
we
indicated
that
one
of
our
party
was
elderly
and
mobility
impaired
and
could
we
have
the
table
that
was
free.
The
member
of
staff,
previously
mentioned
actually
tutted
and
rolled
her
eyes
at
me
-
this
person
really
doesn't
belong
in
the
hospitality
industry.
The
other
staff,
all
an
absolute
delight
and
couldn't
have
been
kinder
or
friendlier.
Waiting
almost
20
mins
for
a
coffee
order
to
be
taken
is
suboptimal,
no
criticism
of
the
staff
that
are
working
hard.
Food
order
is
not
taken
until
coffee
is
served,
almost
30
minutes
in
at
this
point.
When
taking
the
food
order,
one
of
the
very
nice
staff
explained
that
they
have
a
very
small
kitchen
and
are
trying
to
manage
orders.
We
appreciated
the
explanation
and
understood
the
challenge,
however
it
still
meant
almost
one
hour
before
food
was
served.
As
I
opened
with,
first
class
food.
The
majority
of
the
staff,
wonderful.
Painfully
slow
service.
