‎‏It was the worst experience ever to to have a drink at this cafe shop . The staff are not polite at all and they treat customers in a very rude way. I have subscription and I was going to grab a coffee the barista was very rude it just because I wanted to get one more drink from a different account and was keeping telling me THESES ARE THE RULES, what stupid rules though! . if it was possible to give 0 stars I would have. It was my first month of experience in this cafe and it will be the last.

I don't usually rate fast foods but here I've had the most delicious breakfast, a box with egg, salmon, avocado, spinach, edamame, tomatoes... Yum! I loved the granola with yoghurt too. And the pastry.. and the coffee... and the price. Really good value.

Get myself a pumpkin spice latte and a Swedish meatball hot wrap. The foods are both good but not a good place if you wanna stay longer: not enough seats, kind of noisy and not so clean inside. Better to choose take away!

Got an oat milk latte, while I was drinking it in the train and found a HUGE maggot in it. I dunno if maybe the oat milk hadn't been used for a long time but it was super gross and I won't be getting take out coffee from there again. Update: I got in touch with customer services and they were super lovely about the whole thing and very apologetic.

I didn’t even buy a drink as the front counter area was so dirty and definitely had not been recently cleaned. There was staff just standing around. The duty manager didn’t even know what a Heath and hygiene certificate was. Shocking. I wish I had taken photos.

The girls there this morning were an absolute joy! Not only was my order fast and perfect but they were soo sweet and made my day a lot brighter!

The friendliest and quickest pret employees I know. Store is friendly, does have limited seating but its all good considering its a walk in coffee shop.They really set the pret standards for the city of glasgow. I currently take a 3km walk just to get my coffee here cause the other prets cannot keep up. Drinks are prepared super quickly, always super hot and made with care. If you're in a rush it won't take you more than 2 mins to get a coffee and sandwich. Shoutout to Ronan who makes every visit worth it!

I had gone in for a small lunch with my 17 month old son and father and the place was fairly busy but we managed to grab a tall table in the middle. My son was in his buggy so I had ordered food and drinks (about £35 worth) and asked for a high chair so that my son could eat with us. The small stool with straps that was provided sat lower than his buggy, and had no tray to place his food. The table we were at easily towered above the "high chair" by two feet so I had no choice but to crouch down on the floor next to him to feed him. When I enquired about this, the extremely rude staff there said something along the lines of "unfortunately these are the only chairs provided" and "maybe sit at a smaller table". A scan around the establishment showed that all the other tables were occupied and more to the point, the chair was still lower than the lowest table so he still could not have eaten at one with us. Extremely disappointed by the attitudes and if I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. I certainly won't be returning and should anyone I know suggest eating here I will be making sure they don't. Not child friendly in the slightest and having a grumpy hungry 17 month old that couldn't see his food to eat just topped the whole experience off.

Wanted croissants to be heated n pret doesn't offer heating up croissants They offered to heat up Toasties n as I am allergic to egg couldn't consume any of them Executive was rude n blunt for the request

Just visited this chain for the first time and was positively surprised. Being a bit of a health geek I've mistaken it for "just another" (unhealthy) fast food place. Really enjoyed the simplicity of just picking whatever you want to eat/drink from the shelf (no ordering!). Must admit I got a bit overwhelmed by all the healthy (GF/DF) choices - ended up trying a little bit of "everything", and will definitely be back to try more! Really enjoyed the dairy-free bircher, but the highlight was the hot chocolate!
