Great place with amazing tea! They have a great selection of tea, coffee and chocolate. I am honestly in love with their milk oolong, which has such an unique flavour. The man that assisted us was so nice and he also gave us lots of samples.

The tea selection is amazing and the hot chocolate is to die for. There is a very nice retail selection and a cafe with seating. The scones were excellent, served warm with preserves and clotted cream. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming.

The Whittard of Chelsea in Glasgow Buchanan Galleries is a tea shop that my partner and I visited and we loved the free samples of the different teas we could drink. I quite like the fruiter teas as opposed to the bitter tea (well, at that time until my taste has done a 180 and now I'm the opposite) but at that time I quite enjoyed the blackberry tea as it was just the right amount of sweetness. We bought a pack that went down a treat when we went home. I remember the staff here were lovely and answered all my tea-related questions. Ten out of ten.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff! I shopped for over 100 pounds and they didnt even bother to fill up the empty tasting pot so I could try a new tea. I asked about fruit infusions and the lady was clueless, ended up talking with another customer and he recommended the Oolong tea instead. Staff 1/5 The tea selection is great, 5/5

I usually love my visits here, but today I got served my tea in a paper cup🤢 Just not the same, If there was something wrong with the teapots and cups maybe a small discount would’ve been nice

Weekend afternoon, not one other person in shop, 6 staff present, 4 of them on phones and 2 of them absolutely not interested. Very disappointed since the tea shop is a place where I actually want people to try and sell me stuff.

Best tea place in town. Eclectic collection of teas, very friendly service and since the addition of a small cage its my favourite place in town to spend a bit of time. You can try out all teas, coffees and hot chocolates and enjoy a yummy scone as well. I would leave a bit of extra time as sometimes great service takes a little bit of time

Visited the new store in Buchanan Galleries, it's definitely bigger and brighter, it now has a cafe, which is great. They do a variety of artisan sausage rolls, giant cookies amongst a few others. Would highly recommend

Although I am not a big fan of tea, I love the products they sell here, my favourite being Dreamtime soluble tea. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

An excellent little shop and cafe with fantastic staff, they were so polite and courteous. I have yet to be disappointed with any of whittards storefronts around the country, nor their tea.

Love the products, staff are friendly but seem hesitant to go the extra mile. Went in on a trip to Glasgow to pick up some Christmas Chai I had reserved, only to find out staff say they didn’t have yet I had an email confirmation that my order was there. Would have been nice if they actually looked. Drinks and choice is really good. However, hot drinks can be very pricey. More seating needed during busy periods.

Love to try all their different varieties of coffee beans. Go there to pick new ones to try every couple of months. Really good coffee such a treat. Such kind shop assistants too. Explain about tge biys very interesting.

Loved it, good quality tea and service

Knowledgeable staff. Very helpful. Found a few things I was able to bring home with me that will make for great gifts. Some of the hot drinks were a bit pricey. I found it inconvenient that I had to pay for drinks separately from teas/coffees and gifts. My credit card company certainly didn't like it as my card was blocked for making two transactions so close together. All in all it was a nice place to visit.

Staff are brilliant. Very professional and have great product knowledge! Went in for a wee look and the staff showered me with free samples which was great! The quality of products on sale is worth the money. (Highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding hot chocolate!!!)
