Where Sophie works 👍 Aren’t we lucky !! This is a great environment for a relaxing moment. Even watch the donuts flipping through the glass screen. Clean, friendly ,Wi-Fi, even got sockets to charge your laptops. Highly recommended. *update to say Big Shout Out to Dylan !! 👏 Consistent, quality service and always with a smile 👍 table service (he knows I’d drop it !) and so professional. Cheers Dylan 👊

Nice, clean restaurant. Friendly staff and great doughnuts. Coffee is good too. Viewing area (doughnut theatre) is good idea for kids. Been a couple of times recently and the place has been pretty empty so nice and relaxing. Coffee and doughnut deal for £3.50. Also has a drive through. Definitely recommend and worth the short walk from the shopping centre!

Great to see where the magic happens. Coffee & doughnuts are spot on & they give a military discount so I guess they give a student/NHS discount as well. Just ask at the till. The donut theatre is a masterpiece 😎

From experience working for Krispy Kreme, I don’t think I can ever look at their name and think of anything good to say. Sad that that’s the case.

Very fun and catered to my party, It was excellent!

I could watch the donut making machine all day. Easy access, friendly staff, donuts are pricey but oh so delicious. Plain glazed for me, you can't go wrong.

Unfortunately when you shop in this “Krispy Kreme” branch the service is usually very hit and miss, although the last couple of time definitely more miss than hit. Shopped evening 14/7. Staff was rude, usual minimum wage can’t be bothered, everything to much attitude. Bought dozen/dozen pick your own, paid 20p for a bag which was just left on the counter, for me to sort myself. Glazed dozen some were dry, almost stale with very little glaze, you could actually see the dry patches where the glaze was missing, others felt wet and soggy. This seems to be a regular occurrence if you don’t opt to pay extra for the hot doughnuts. The pick your own wasn’t much better, some of the filled donuts were very dry & had virtually no filling the 2 “Rocky Feller”, had absolutely no filling, despite being advertised as being “filled with cake batter”, it’s turned out as a plain ring with some fancy topping, but no filling. The strawberry & crème, tasted weird & thrown away after first bite. The new York cheesecake small piece of filling tasted sour. The rest were nothing exceptional, basic doughnuts that could have been bought anywhere for a fraction of the price. When this store first opened it was great, service was fantastic, queued out the door, doughnuts were always fresh & almost “American”. Now empty most of the time, seldom wait to be served, unfortunately like a lot of other places, they now just take their customers for granted and to be honest most of the time the doughnuts from this particular branch are no better than what you can buy from a supermarket own selection. Just more expensive and a few extra fancy toppings. If you want proper Krispy Kreme doughnuts try the branch at Hermiston Gait, (Edinburgh)it’s far superior to anything you get here, on all levels.

24 hour drive thru Krispy Kreme. Ordered takeaway 3 doughnuts. Prices are the same as the pop up counters you get. The man who served us was very polite and friendly. You can sit in and have a coffee or juice with your doughnut and big windows let's you see how they make the doughnuts. Worth a visit if you're passing by.

No soya /oat milk left it seems😕 the lassie(when we stood waiting another customer complained to her about something but she said she didn't hear her right.....wrong doughnuts in her bag maybe)serving us was a bit sharp with us when I said just put the vegan doughnut in a bag on it's own and put the rest together.....poor lass did look stressed. The doughnuts tasted nice😋 sorry I won't be back😕

Menu on the driveway stuck on one screen showing doughnuts. Asked for a certain thing but wasn’t sure of options and was told it’s all on the menu. Told the fella the menu is stuck on one page and he spoke to me as if I made it up 😂

Great doughnuts. Good selection of flavours. Lots of filling and taste great. I arrived early before 7am, so only the drive through was open. If you want to see the doughnuts being made go later in the morning. The guy that served me was very friendly and helpful. The building looks great with the signs outside. I recommend a visit. I'd give it a five if they were a little less expensive.

Had to put 1 star to post this review but deserve none Absolutely disgusted !! Arrived at your Braehead shopping centre stall at 5.20pm with my 4 year old Granddaughter to order a donut only to be told I couldn’t get served as the stall was closed. When I asked what the closing time was I was informed it was 5.30pm I questioned why I couldn’t be served as was still 10 mins from closing time , the obnoxious assistants reply was she was doing something else so wouldn’t serve me. Time for new staff I would say as I’m sure plenty of folk would be happy to be employed. appalling service .

amazing the donuts are my 3rd favourite one thing i would say is i have OCD and some of the stars on the donuts were upside down but it wasn't that bad. tbh thats the only bad thing i could say so i would highly recomend

Had been waiting on this American classic coming to the shores of the U.K after Starbucks you need a Krispy Kreme and this store beats travelling to Edinburgh from Glasgow every week or so. Sitting right outside Braehead shopping centre perfect place to get your box of delights after shopping & Starbucks & a wee Mcds more shopping then outside for the best donuts ? you could eat. Great staff and always fresh donuts Shop looks superb it’s massive suppose it has to be to store the different amount of donuts they have on offer.

For the size of the building with its drive through take away. The selection of donuts available is good though half expecting more choice to choose from. As with other krispy kreme shops the shop also sells the likes of tea, coffee and soft drinks.
