A great community to be involved in, coaches are very positive and want the best out of you. Will always adjust the workout to suit your own ability and physical needs. The Front desk workers are very welcoming and will give you the help you need.

I joined this gym when it opened nearly two years and two dress sizes ago. Before coming here and meeting the coaches, I’d never been able to maintain the motivation needed to consistently train and traditional gyms were pretty dull to me. At EDA you get coach planned and driven conditioning sessions (which are different every time), Thai boxing sessions, Yoga and lifting plans all provided as part of your membership but it’s not just because of the awesome workouts that I love it. It’s an inclusive place that makes everyone feel welcome and supported and I’ve made friends here. I would highly recommend it. You’ll come to get fit but you’ll stay for the banter!

This is no ordinary gym , the sense of community I’ve never felt before and I tried a lot of gyms before I came to EDA Other gyms feel soul less and boring . From the coaches who are extremely knowledgeable and very , very helpful and they all make a point to make every workout suitable for all. I started this gym 5 yrs ago and I’ve never looked back . From babies to dogs everyone’s made to feel comfortable and welcome . You don’t have to be super fit either every move has an alternative which the coaches make sure they look after you Do your body a favour and join And the coffee pretty good too

I had the pleasure of training at Everyday Athlete gym in Glasgow a few years ago while I was travelling. You wouldn’t have known I was from the other side of the world (Australia), as the owners and members were all so welcoming, it felt like I was instantly part of a community. All the coaches are experts, they have the best equipment and most importantly, quality coffee to get you going for those early morning sessions. Only downside is it’s such a long way from home, and I can’t go more often.

Gym is different to your typical monthly subscription in the larger franchise moulds. You are made to feel welcome from the minute you walk in. The coaches will make an effort to get to know their clients. This creates great comradery between members and coaches. Always a fantastic atmosphere whenever you go to classes or go for a quick workout. Hands down the best gym in Glasgow.

Fantastic gym, every trainer shows great knowledge and enthusiasm. I have trained in many gyms over the last 20years and honestly can say you won’t find a better gym. I have made many friends and have got in the best shape of my life since joining this gym. I had a 3year break due to work and family life. I recently came back and everyone has been amazing in helping me adjust back into training. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having trained for 15 years in various private clubs, David Lloyd and The Village to name a few, 100% and with full confidence I can say EDA will provide the gains and fitness goals you want. Engaging trainers and accepting/inclusive community to work out with. No cliques just good vibes throughout. The EDA team are invested in your physical and mental health.

EDA in Glasgow is a brilliant gym. Super friendly and encouraging vibe as soon as you enter the gym from staff, members and gym dog. By far the most dedicated, talented and top professional coaches for both personal training and excellent team sessions. Highly recommended.

EDA is the perfect place for people who want to get fit, get motivated and be held accountable for their health. The PTs are super friendly and approachable - they know their stuff and know when to push you to do better which is what I need. Couldn't recommend this gym enough. EDA IS THE BEST GYM IN GLASGOW 100% DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS!!!

I came to EDA for the first time in 2018 for a PT session and it already felt like home! Same with a group session in 2019. And now that it's become my regular gym since 2021 I can't say enough good things to explain how great they are. They'll take you from whatever point you're in your fitness journey and will help you to give the best out of you every single day. Even if one day you're not feeling well and need to slow down, they'll be there to help. The small group classes make them easy for them to be able to assess you in an individual way, so you can improve your technique on different movements. And of course, laughing, banter and coffee or smoothies are always there to improve your day, even if it was a tough one (or to start it in the best way, if you go early in the morning!). I can't recommend the EDA enough, it's one of Glasgow's finest places :D (If I have to say something less positive, I wish there was better public transport access! But that's not up to them ;-) ).

Best gym ever! All the coaches are knowledgeable, and welcoming. Any level of fitness you are, they will customize your workout. Nothing but encouragement if you are willing to work. Not your typical crossfit gym if that's what you're thinking. I have been there several times this past year, and every time Coach Valbo manages to get me out of my comfort zone with something new. Thanks Buddy, I will be back soon! Also, if you visit, don't forget to grab a latte after your workout! ☕ #Bonus

I've tried various different gyms and a little 'gym phobic' (if that's a thing) and none of them compare to EDA. It's the first time I've felt comfortable at a gym and not self conscious. All of the coaches and staff make you feel so welcome and make an effort to get to know you. I know it's a small thing but it goes a long way! The workouts push you but there are various levels within the work outs to suit all abilities. You always leave feeling chuffed with yourself as you always to do more than you think you can and the coaches are fantastic at encouraging you. It feels more like a P.T session than a big class that you feel like your not getting anything out of it. I also like that you get to know other members and 'were all in it together' atmosphere unlike most other gyms. It's great set up and struggling to find any negatives. Their smoothies are highlight aswell!

Had two absolutely fantastic sessions while I was there in September. Our group session with all the coaches was beyond amazing. We worked hard, no holds barred. The pay off was the praise from the coaches post work out. I also had a private session with Coach Tommy. His form points for KBS were on point, along with warm up/ cool down for running. Thank you everyone at EDA. Looking forward to seeing all of you again in September.

Not your average soulless corporate gym for sure! This is a community that makes you feel welcome and comfortable from the minute you set your foot in. Great equipment, extremely knowledgeable and fun coaches, workouts are original and not boring at all, good coffee and smoothies, pristine cleanliness - always! It's an all rounder.

Oh my gosh. Went to Glasgow this past September. I trained with a group of wonderful ladies, amazing workout. I also did two personal training sessions with John Valbonesi and “T”. Both sessions were great and can’t wait to go back and train at the gym again. The coaches are AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Totally felt at home while in the gym. Would highly recommend this gym!

A home away from home! I had the opportunity to train here over the summer and I can't wait to be back! From the minute you walk in, everyone is extremely kind and makes you feel welcomed. Amazing coaches and staff. Lots of variety in workouts/classes from strength training to conditioning to Muay Thai, they offer it ALL. It's true when they say, "People Make Glasgow".

10/10 recommend Every Day Athlete gym to anyone looking for a fully functional, highly motivating and extremely welcoming place to move, sweat and feel good. I can’t say enough positive things about the people, the vibe, the equipment and ease of my experience. I am so far from home (I live in California) and this place genuinely feels like home. Thank you!!

Amazing gym with a great and friendly environment. The CrossFit schedule is very work friendly with classes at 1730 and 1840 in the evening which fits in perfectly for people who finish at 1700/1800. The coaches are all very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming and every session is coached from start to finish with a lot of 121 interaction. Demonstrations show you the correct form and the coaches train the sessions the week prior so they know what you are going through and when they get to know you understand your tolerances. If you want to train on your own or with a partner the gym is well stocked with weights, bars and racks to fit in with any program or routine you are following. The gym also use an app that has training programmes you can follow if you are unsure what to do and these also demonstrate the movements so you get that instruction to get things right. The front of house staff are great and the coffee and shakes are top tier as well. Overall a great place to train with a community feel. The gym is also pet friendly which suits a lot of members who bring their dogs along.

EDA is the most fantastic, welcoming gym. I’ve been to other CrossFit facilities before and found them to be a bit ‘macho’ and competitive but the team at EDA are so inclusive in their approach, everyone is welcome! From dogs, to those with disabilities, to babies, to elderly clients with mobility limitations, all can get involved with the classes with scaling to a level you’re comfortable with (well, maybe not the dogs, but they’re allowed to hang out in the gym! 😂) Great if you’ve got any injuries or niggles too! I’m 6 months pregnant and still feel completely at home, and yet challenged, in the lunchtime classes. There’s such a great sense of community, and free parking and excellent coffee don’t hurt either! Can’t thank the team enough for helping to make me confident about training again!

As a man in his early 60s, I would thoroughly recommend this gym. Hours on treadmills and cross trainers are boring! This place actually makes exercise fun! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, and always take the time to improve your technique. Strength training has been a neglected area in older adults up till now, but these guys make learning to use free weights not intimidating at all. Finally, the other gym members are lovely too and very supportive. Join now---you won't regret it.

A very welcoming and friendly gym. They focus on either personal development or building competitive teams to push and support each other. I went as part of an organised group and the 2 hour session just flew by.

Great atmosphere and plenty of equipment. Fantastic people that know their stuff and can recommend variations to the workout based on ability and if you have any injuries. Supportive staff and members. Highly recommended. Coffee game is also strong.
