very affordable student night on thursday. queue takes a while sometimes up to 2 hours so make sure you bring a jacket, having said this the cloakroom wasn’t taking any more items once i got in so had to stand with said jacket for about an hour. quite small dance floor although there are 2 but both were extremely cramped but that comes with the fact that all drinks were so cheap. overall could be fun but didn’t enjoy it myself.

Me and my friends turned up 2 of us sober 1 had very little drinks and the bouncers denied us. It is a disgrace if you are a young female though they will let you in. It is unacceptable.

I was there for a graduation party and I went to the cloackroom to hang my jacket and no one was there to take it and I asked someone behind the bar who was the manager and had me kicked out for no reason just because I was coloured. I have been racially profiled. Never going back there again. Racist manager.

as a certified oasis season ticket holder, I can only say this place certainly delivers the tunes but certainly doesn't serve up the craic. heavy depends wit night you go, but last time a went a had 30 year olds trying to get in about it. ashamed to say I accepted their drinks, proud to say a didny lower my standards for once man x

Doorman has a power trip. Dont bother going if you dont have a Glasgwegian accent, a person of color or a black person. You will be asked who are you for been black and told to find another place.

Bouncer needs some more training unless he was advised by management to be confrontational, racist, and disrespectful to people of color. The vodka and Orange juice were terrible. 0/10 I will not recommend it.

Great on a Thursday night. £1 drinks and a great atmosphere. Despite the fact that the club is packed, it’s really quick service at the bar and staff are friendly. A massive downside is the queue, on a normal Thursday you could be waiting 1.30-2 hours just to get in, for what seems like no apparent reason so bear that in mind. Jacket got bumped as well

Closer to a bar than a club, dance floors are only fit for about 20 people each. Queues are really long if you dont get in early. Main thing going for it is that it's dirt cheap, 2 quid doubles etc. Not the best club but decent if your skint

I’ve been in here at least every thursday since i started uni and let me tell you 🤣. I’ve just been in with my boyfriend, who fair enough was told he had one too many, so I said “i’ll get you upstairs” To which i got told by a female bouncer who i’ve never seen there before that I told my boyfriend “I’ll give you it upstairs”. Honest answer this person ruined our night out when I had literally only told my boyfriend I would meet him upstairs. Afterwards the bouncers wouldn’t listen to a word I had said. I explained that I said I would meet my boyfriend to which I was told I said “I would give him stuff upstairs”. Pretty pathetic considering we’re in here so often and have never had a problem before. Sort your bouncers out our you’ll lose customers, pretty pathetic from a club we’re regular customers too 🤣🤣 Won’t be back

Showed up solo on holiday. Wouldn't let me in. Asked to join the party behind me, which agreed. Bouncer said no. Bouncer was polite about it, but the policy is pathetic. My money spends as well as theirs.

Regrettably, I had a disappointing experience at this nightclub. The staff's attitude was extremely unpleasant and, at one point, I witnessed them threatening to remove a guest solely because they were trans. Such behavior is not only discriminatory but also completely unacceptable. Nightclubs should be welcoming and inclusive spaces for everyone. It's a shame that this particular establishment failed to live up to that standard.

Two bad experiences. The first visit I made we got let in, but it's sticky floor central. You need to wipe your feet on the way out. I wouldn't have went back a second time, but my friend insisted as it was his birthday. The second time 3 of my friends and I (All male) tried to get in and we were refused entry without even getting a chance to get our ID's out. Reason being we were all too drunk apparently. Keep in mind we were at a restaurant as it was my friends birthday and we all only had 1 pint each. Went along to The Garage instead as we always do. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Got randomly removed for no reason. I was just sitting in the club and I got asked to leave, asked for an explanation and a short haired, fat blonde woman asked me to leave. After asking me and my friend, we’re physically shoved from the club, it was very rude and still no explanation!!!!

Went on Thursday and was really impressed by the staff all around. Bouncers managed to keep a packed club reasonably under control - searched by bag and had me and my pal in the door quite quickly, seemed polite but firm with the punters, noticed them coming inside and doing regular rounds of the venue. Made us feel things were quite safe. Not often I respect bouncers… but they did a good job. Cloakroom full! Unlucky for me. The bar staff deserved a medal for absolutely bodying that night aswell. Massive queues at the bar, people wading to get through, seemed a few rude punters unfortunately. I work in hospitality myself and I couldn’t have dealt with it as calmly as they did - it was hectic but nonetheless the staff were very polite. Male member of staff with the two toned hair - I’m sorry that wee brunette lassie in the white top and jeans was being a cow. Hope she steps on Lego xx Drinks priced very well. Music pretty mid as per most clubs.

i was given an orange juice and vodka that was clearly fermented, tasted like mould and it was fizzy, i took it back and asked for a fresh one from the carton instead of the tap and was made to pay for the new drink. not really how that works in most places

This is NOT a nightclub… the dance floor is tiny and relegated to a corner with, for the majority of the time, no one on it. The photos on Instagram are incredibly misleading. And we went on the Friday night before New Years, so God knows how dead the dance floor is other nights. The music is advertised as there “being something for everyone”. It was appreciated by my indie friend but not varied as the poster promised/in my opinion very “danceable”. This would be a good BAR for people who are into alternative underground music to sit and chat with friends, if they’re willing to pay £6 to go to a bar…

I literally spent 10 mins in the toilet scrolling through my phone and the security guy kicked me out with not compassion. He was so rude. Description: black hair and horse tail. Worst experience ever.

Door staff very unprofessional. They seem to reject male patrons on a coin-flip, feels like it's a power-trip for them, pretty sad to be honest. Your loss, we took our group of twelve elsewhere, not difficult in this part of town.

Doorman is one of them blokes who thinks he has an aura about him. Lost my ID and was told to call the following afternoon, would have a better chance of talking to me nan who passed 5 years ago. 10 times we called. Needs to be better.

I was the first time in Glasgow and me and my friend decided to go into firewater. It was a great night till someone probably put something in my drink. I was getting dizzy and felt very weird (it was my second drink). One of the staff members were really friendly and gave me some water and said I could sit here as long as I want. She gave me many cups of water till I felt better. I wanna say thank you for keeping an eye on me. I still stayed and had a very great night <3

Was having a bad night and had a terrible panic attack in the womens bathroom while my friend was there trying to comfort me and security was trying to kick me out while I couldn't move or breathe, but then an absolutely lovely employee came and sat next to me on the bathroom floor and spent a while calming me down and just chatting with me and my friend until I felt better. She definetly didn't have to do this but took time out of her night to make a stranger feel better and so I appreciate them for hiring an employee like that.

been into firewater before and it’s been FINE at best but tonight I lost every single one of my friends, who happened to be in firewater and the staff sent me on my way walking around glasgow by myself having no idea what to do because all my friend were inside but they wouldn’t let me in for whatever reason idk

I’ve been looking forward to come here for so long, the music and prices on a Thursday were amazing but my night got ruined when i put my jacket in clockroom and never got a ticket. Went back atleast 3 times during the night, describing my jacket and saying what was in it but the woman was being pretty rude saying they couldn’t find it, accusing my ‘friends’ of getting it for me. by 3 am they found it without a number and were apologising for not seeing it. spent my night stressing about not getting it back and having to wait for the next morning.bus home.

This place doesn’t accept UK CitizenCards as a form of ID. This is ableist against people like my mate who legally cannot get a drivers licence due to a medical condition. Information on accepted IDs is not publicised by the venue so be prepared to, like us, waste your time trying to find out what IDs they do accept.
