We love Overtoun Park, it's so easy to get to as there are bus stops at both ends of the park. There's a good play area for older kids, a great play area for younger kids and plenty of seating. The park is lovely to walk round and has a bike track up the back. The bike track is suitable for all ages and even includes a little area for toddlers with a fake drive through window and two mini roundabouts. The only thing I will say though is there are no toilets which is literally the only thing the park could do with.

Small family and pet oriented park in Glasgow. A nice little haven in the built up south side of the city.

This park is local to me and any time of year it's always lovely! In summer it has plenty of dog walkers/sunbathers. In autumn it's full of colour and in winter if there has been snow then there are plenty of children with sledges. In spring then there bare trees just biding there time until they burst forth with foliage. The bandstand is always ready to offer shelter in the rain, and if meeting someone in the park then it's also a good place to rendezvous. The children's play area has just been renovated and now includes a zip slide. It has been enlarged so there are plenty of places for parents to sit and observe their children without being too obtrusive. The bowling green is nearby within the park but as their are other greens nearby I'm not sure if it is still in use at present.

Great little park to The south of Rutherglen . Well maintained grounds and pleasant oasis within the intensive housing locality . Noted modern playparks and bowling greens . Impressive Victorian ironwork gates and bandstand .

Great swing park for kids. Smashing for local joggers to get a run away from road traffic.

Little reminisce on a visit home. Nothing changed... still the same quiet wide open space to gather thoughts. Mind there were a few dough owners who had unruly pets, but didn't dampen our visit

I still enjoy a walk in the park. Even from an early age, living in a city, you can still be in contact with nature. Seeing the trees shrubbery, and the grass lets you unwind and de-stress. Easier than joing the Foreign Legion! Luckily turning part of Overtoun Park in flats was avoided not long ago. I will always support the Ents.

Top park, and unlike many parks actually has a toilet. Unfortunately, it's locked away in the community garden. Still, could be worse - the toilet at Queen's Park got turned into a coffee shop.

I don't like parks, tried to call the manager, no response. Terrible service. Why do people even like parks? It's seems to me that the government is forcing people to go there... I rated it 2 stars because of the private restrooms near the play park was decently private and very close. Overall bad but restrooms were good

👍👍 Started visiting this Temple on weekly basis, to offer prayers. The first day I visited, transformed me, as the temple priest made me do the Abhisheka for Lord Shiva, and made us couple perform special initiating ceremony and made us part of the temple, feeling overwhelmed and humbled. 😇🙏 The temp...
