Park

😠 Could have been a lovely park space in the east end, but it's a mess. Lots of aggressive Jakes hanging around, smashed bottles and little in the way of playground equipment or anything to amuse the kids.

Took my granddaughter here on New Years morning. On entering the park there was loads of smashed bottles all over the footpath. Utterly disgusting. The enclosed play area fortunately was free of glass. My little one enjoyed the swings and didn't want to leave which is why I gave it to stars. Not much for older children so would not recommend.

It is a place where we go with our daughter 😉 nice and pleasant, and most importantly, safely

I'm sorry to say that it was absolutely dreadful. It was littered, in every direction, with beer cans and broken bottles. There were 3 council workers there, who, unfortunately looked as though they were working very hard to avoid the very sight of a beer can. Its such a shame because it could be such an asset to the area.

Very messy broken lamp post lying on ground very dangerous for kids.it could do with new benches and bins and bit of paint on the bike ride spot in all very disappointed. Broken glass every where.

Idiots digging the place up right now. Full of potholes and massive piles of dirt, with large areas of grass ripped up to expose large sections of mud. Large water pipes have been sitting on the ground as well, for several months. Also, filled with hooligans who smash glass bottles all over the place, dog excrement everywhere and drunk people/ drug users frequently staggering through. Workmen regularly leave things scattered throughout the park, and local hooligans have made a habit out of burning anything they can get their hands on.

Good for walking your dog during the day, plenty of other dog owners around if you've got a friendly dog you can trust around others. Not much else there.
