Plantation Park

Park

😐 A bit noisy due to the 8 lanes of the motorway right next to it. Also rather dirty at times since the council does not enjoy cleaning rubbish at all (and people throwing away their trash wherever they want). Otherwise could be a nice local park. People often mention park,

Pleasant, small park with outdoor playground, benches and paths.

A nice wee park next to the Underground. The motorway does detract from the tranquility but it's, comparatively, a quiet place with a wee play park for the kids and enough space for the neighbourhood dogs to run around and get exercise.

Plantation Park is home to Kinning Park Subway Station and the best bank in Glasgow. It gives you a kiss and a cuddle on the way in and out, but apart from that it is a flatbank - not a transition - and features a single-brick high ledge at the top (which I personally feel like nobody respects as I keep seeing footage of people just pivoting in off instead of popping out of, but that's just my opinion). As far as natural, Real street spots go, this bank is as good as it gets in the UK.

Small and comfortable park. Great for taking the dog or kid for a walk.

No just no. People don't pick up their dog mess and a drunk took a pee around the back of the subway in full view of my 2 year old.

Walking the dog there. Good place to let him run and be himself for a while

Always clean and well kept, usually frequented my families on the play area and student groups in grassy areas

a small park with potential, although heavily littered and too close to the expressway which generates a lot of noise
